Step 4: Hurricane & Preparations

*Exterior installation is required: please provide the location where shutters are stored (ensure all hardware is included).
Hurricane Preparation Notice: Sunny Orange Stays coordinates with housekeeping to assist in securing rental properties in the event of a hurricane. In the event of an approaching named storm, we will typically contact the property owner to provide details regarding the scope of services and any applicable fees associated with securing the property.

If your property has existing rentals or guest blocks, please provide dates, guest names, contact info, and rates for any reservations Sunny Orange Stays will honor.

Airbnb's New Listing Promotion

Airbnb offers a 20% discount on the first three reservations booked within 30 days. The promotion ends after three bookings or 30 days, whichever comes first, and the discount terms cannot be modified.

Our recommendation: we recommend using this promotion, as it can improve your listing's conversion rate and visibility in Airbnb's search results, helping position your property for long-term success.

VRBO Subscription

We are currently subscribed under VRBO's Pay-Per-Booking model with a 5% commission per reservation.
