Very close to the beach. Restaurants nearby and more shops are very walkable. Unit itself was perfect for me and my daughters. Will be back!
Great location, as advertised, just steps away from the beach! Also very close walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, really didn't need to drive anywhere. Perfect little spot for 2 people if you want directly on the beach!
Forever sunshine: Very convenient to everything going on in Clearwater, comfy beds, and plenty of room to have a good time with a large group
The home was perfect for our group of 9. with 3 couples and 3 singles, everyone had their own bed. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms so we never felt on each other's toes. Kitchen was very useful and sizeable. Beach was only about a block away and the trolley was about a block away.
The 3 months we spent at Gulf Breeze were enjoyable. The few issues we encountered were addressed quickly.

Our stay was great and just steps from the beach. The unit and entire condo community was clean, quiet and well maintained. Would definitely stay again and it would be the first place I looked for in a future visit.

This was our 3rd girls trip staying at the Clearwater Beach Suites condos. We have had an amazing stay each time and will definitely return. Highly recommend this location. The condos are supplied with all necessities, but a gas station is close if you need sny last minute items (including alcohol 😉). Condo has a pool that is always clean. Its steps away from the beach at Frenchy's. Also, right on Mandalay Ave - can walk to all the beautiful restaurants, bars, Pier 60, etc. We literally have bever had a complaint!
Great location, beautiful property!: We traveled to the Clearwater area for a 4 day 3 night stay and found this property to be in an ideal location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach conveniently located near convenience store, restaurants and shops. Property had a pool and 2 nice outdoor areas. We loved this and would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful Family Vacation: The home was recently redone and redone very nicely. This is in a perfect location for our extended family from 72-2 years old. Wonderful memories were made!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this waterfront home! Waking up to views of the water every morning was a dream. We were lucky enough to spot dolphins right from the backyard, which made it extra special. The house was spotless, cozy, and felt like home. Towels were even provided. The location couldn't have been better. Indian Rocks Beach was just a 5-minute walk away, and there were several great local restaurants nearby. Walking along the beach, or exploring the neighborhood, everything about our stay was peaceful and perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was located close to great restaurants and walking distance to the beach. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 to gather inside together and hang out; we didn’t feel crowded. We would definitely stay there again.

Just as all the other reviews say, this is the perfect house for a large group. Plenty of fridge space. Lots of chairs and room. Bedrooms are a little small, but they work out for the time we were there. Plenty of beach chairs already provided. Definitely would recommend and would go back!

This home was lovely and the yard and flower gardens were so beautiful to enjoy everyday! We enjoyed keeping the yard and flower gardens free of debris every week and met some of the neighbors and had an overall wonderful stay! We are returning next year for a longer period of time here! I highly recommend this place for a very relaxing atmosphere and wonderful stroll to the beach as well!
