Clearwater Area Vacation Rental Property Management

Our stay was fantastic. We had a great time and the listing is very nice and pretty.

Couldn’t rave more about this place! Not only was the location exactly where we wanted to be within steps at the beach, but it was also within walking distance of several of the coffee, shops, bakeries, restaurants that we frequently attend. Will definitely be bookmarking this place and staying here again.

Had a tremendous vacation staying at Sunny’s. Will be back next year for certain! Highly recommend for the value , location , and comfort.

This was our first stay at Sweet Escape. The view of the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd floors is incredibly beautiful. There was no need to walk across the street to the beach to view the sunsets, we only needed to gaze out the floor-to-ceiling windows each night. The 2nd floor kitchen/dining room/living room is bright, open & airy and great for entertaining. The kitchen is well-stocked with new appliances and plenty of storage. The 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor are huge, as well as the bathroom attached to the main bedroom that includes a jetted tub with quite the ocean view. Because there are 3 floors, there are many steps to maneuver if the elevator is not operating. We know the owner is working hard to make sure the elevator is in working order for their next guests. Sweet Escape is indeed 'sweet' and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Quite possibly the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. And most definitely the cleanest! With an unbeatable location just steps from the beautiful beach, this impeccable cottage was homey and clean while also providing everything we could need for a beach getaway! We loved the cute, tasteful decor and the chairs/umbrella for sitting out at the beach. The hosts were extremely responsible, communicating clearly and proactively about everything we could possibly need to know. They made it easy to reach them if needed and responded to all our questions promptly. Every single thing about our stay exceeded our already high expectations. We can’t wait to come stay here again!

Everything was so perfect that we didn't want to leave. Had a problem with learning how to us the TV remote but weren't just sitting around. Found plenty to do and keep us busy. A big THANK YOU to the owners of B2..a wonderful job of redecorating and clean up after the hurricane last year. And thanks for letting us stay in B2 when A1 wasn't ready yet.

The host helped right away to get the pool heater on for us someone came right out

Clearwater: The property was neat and clean. Communication with the property manager was easy, and they were very quick to respond. The property was exactly what we needed for my family of 3.

What an awesome spot! Loved the location- beach access plus quick access to all the main restaurants and shops! The unit was all we needed for a family of 3. Also really appreciated the beach chairs, buckets, floaties available to use! This will be a top pick to stay at again!

Everything about our stay was great! We especially loved that beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and small cooler were provided.

Our stay was great! Our host was very responsive and flexible. We were able go secure early check-in, but when our flight was delayed 3 hours, they proactively arranged for a refund for us. That, to me, is going above and beyond! It was something completely out of their control, and no fault of theirs, but they opted to do the nice thing. The location was perfect, it was walking distance to all of the shops, the beach, restaurants, etc. There is also a trolly stop right across the street so we were able to travel further. The pool was warm even though we had a very cold stretch of weather, so the ocean was definitely out as an option. Everything looked exactly as pictured and was an adorable place to stay. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back when the weather is a little better!
