Quaint place with fantastic location — We really enjoyed our stay. Cute and functional condo with the most amazing location right next to Clearwater Beach and Frenchy's Rockaway. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Sun and Fun — Beautiful condo! Clean! Quiet! Pool and surrounding grounds were very clean and well kept! Condo was just as listed! We just wish it had a washer and dryer! Very close to beach and restaurants! Shout out to Salty Crab! Great food and atmosphere!

A nice stay in 203! — Everything was as shown or described. No surprises. Rental office was very responsive & co-operative to the couple requests we made. No problems (one note however, we didn't use the pull-out sofa as a bed, but it is very uncomfortable for just sitting, watching tv or whatever. Needs to be replaced) Would re-book this location! (stayed April/ 2025)

★★★★ — Super nice, just needs a couple of things to make it a 5 star: 1. Toilet leaking water so gets all over the floor. 2. Shower needs instructions or put in a normal shower head, very complicated to figure it out.

Great location but need new pull out couch — The location was fantastic. Having extra chairs and umbrellas there was also a huge bonus. The room was way smaller than we thought or maybe because it had a lot of stuff in it. Decor etc. The pull out bed was leaning and had to put extra pillows under mattress to level it a bit. Also, we booked next to our best friend's room for their laundry unit and their machine was broken. So we left with all dirty clothes etc. I would stay here again if those major issues were updated.

Great stay — I was skeptical upon arrival but once I saw the inside of the unit I was amazed and very happy. The location is perfect to the beach and walkable to restaurants. The outside was very clean, staff very nice. Free parking and everything we needed in the unit. Would stay here again

Would go back and recommend. — Condo Clean and so close to the Clearwater Beach. If you don't get the onsite parking the other parking lot is a block away. There is a few loading zone spots for when you arrive to unpack vehicle. They are only 30 minutes long. Towing trucks do patrol very consistently so make sure you adhere to the parking. Overall this place was very clean and a few steps from the beach. The unit we got was a one bedroom with very comfortable mattress and pillows! WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHERE THEY GOT THE PILLOWS!!! I need to buy one for myself they were so comfortable. There also was a pullout couch that slept two adults. So we could have 4 adults to the condo and shared one bathroom.

Stay at Clear water beach — Everything thing was great. Clean , cozy and plenty of places to eat close by. Beach just a few steps away.

Suite Stay — Great beach Suite for 2 people. Great location, easy beach access and access to restaurants and shops. Everything is within walking distance. Remote parking was kind of a pain, but you're there, you don't need to drive anywhere. Shower left something to be desired, but a minor issue.

A+++ — Wonderful small getaway suites have just the right amenities! Hop, skip and jump to the beach just a block away. Restaurants and shopping very close! Relaxing environment onsite with a pool and outdoor lounging for a day spent basking in the sun! Easy to find and parking was right on site! Will be booking again!

Great location — It's a very short walk from the condo to the beach. Condo was very clean and looked as advertised. Management was very friendly and accommodating.

Great stay — For always usually staying at the Sandpearl, we couldn't get in and found this hidden gem. The room was nice and clean, the grounds were clean and the location was perfect. Will stay again!

Simple and clean 1 bedroom apartment steps from the beach — We stayed for three nights and had a very nice time at the beach, which was about 50 yards from the apartment. There is also Frenchy’s Rockaway restaurant, right where it meets the beach. 10 minute walk to the marina which has most of the day excursions. We also took a fishing charter out of a different dock, which was five minutes walk. Perfect white sand beach with tons of seashells.

Fantastic Experience! — We were very pleasantly pleased with our vacation rental experience and would definitely book again! The unit was clean, well appointed and up-to-date with the beachy decor you would expect, without being tacky. The location was perfect with the beach just steps away and many shops and restaurants around the corner. Frenchy's Rockaway Grill is a great beachside restaurant that is right next door. The pool on property was clean and heated, which was nice. Parking was about a 5-7 minute walk, which wasn't ideal, but once you are there you really do not need your car at all. There is a loading/unloading spot available which made it easy to load/unload your vehicle. Overall, we were very happy!

Nice Place! — Cute little place with all you need. Location is great. Close to the beach, restaurants & bars. The unit has everything you need including beach chairs & towels. The kitchen has all the amenities as well. My only complaint is that there is an outside light right outside the bedroom window and the shades are not room darkening. So, it is difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Perfect location — This suite is very lovely decorated and clean and newly remodeled. Walking distance to the beach down the block is fantastic. Would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay — our room was ready when promised (one bedroom). access was quick and easy with PIN codes for the gate and doors. The room was well kept, quiet and cozy. The location could not be more convenient to the beach and all the activities in and around clearwater beach! Everything was within walking distance. will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Phenomenal But Don't Bring A Car — The places are fantastic and yards from the beach! Parking not so much.

Good — Check in was super easy and timely. The place was clean. The pull out bed barely has a mattress - thin padding at best - so you're sleeping on metal rails. Good thing we brought an air mattress! The bathroom is remodeled but TINY. My husband is tall and could barely raise his arms, not to mention the shower head hitting him mid chest. I'm 5'2” and it was barely above my head. Convenient location but not a comfortable place. Love Clearwater Beach Suites but wouldn't stay in this unit again.

Perfect location, perfect everything!! — Great location in Clearwater Beach. Steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more! Check-in/out process was easy and Belloise Realty communication second to none throughout the entire process! Clean and updated unit. We will be back in November!

Awesome place to stay! We had lots of fun!

Loved the location! — We loved the location never had to move our car as eateries and the beach were just a block or so away. I will say there were some unexpected situations which caused concern. That said a visit to the office just a few blocks away and the actions of the staff resolved our concerns and left us with the feeing this is a location we would return to and recommend. Thank you Vincent, Jennifer and the housekeeping staff!
