What is the cancellation policy?

60+ days before arrival: full refund. 30-59 days: deposit non-refundable if paid 50/50; 50% refundable if paid in full. Less than 30 days: non-refundable. Trip Protection is strongly recommended.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM for vacation homes and 10:00 AM for condos. Early check-in and late check-out available on request for an additional fee.

Some properties are pet-friendly with an additional $125 per pet plus tax. Unauthorized pets result in a $1,000 fee plus immediate eviction. Service animals always permitted.

Is there a security deposit?

No traditional deposit. An Accidental Renter's Damage Protection (ARDP) fee is included covering accidental damage up to $1,000.

What is the minimum age to rent?

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. Valid photo ID required before check-in information is released.
