22 Laurel in Clearwater Beach — The vacation rental was excellent! Enough space for everyone and then some! Beautiful layout and seconds from the beach! Would absolutely book again!

Great pool house — Amazing back/deck pool area, in a quiet residential area just one block to the beach. Really enjoyed pass through access to the kitchen to back, and there were numerous bedrooms.

Weekend Beach Getaway — This home is amazing. We had the best time, and everything was perfectly setup for a large group. The kitchen area opening up to the pool was amazing spectacular feature. You are literally steps from the sand and a short uber ride to downtown. Zero complaints we had the best time!!!

Reunion Weekend — We found the accommodations to be spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary, utensils, pots, and pans, and cooking related items. We were disappointed that only one garbage bag was provided. The outdoor area, including pool were in tremendous shape. I think they need to have a new pool skimming net. The bathrooms were clean. The house has tremendous sleeping space and bathing space. We enjoyed our time immensely. At a generous supply of beach towels, and bathing towels. We were disappointed that no beach chairs were provided, although I was told in advance that there were beach chairs for use at the beach. Our group would absolutely recommend the use of this property by small groups or families.

Perfect Beach Getaway! — We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation rental. The proximity to the beach was absolutely perfect. One of the best parts was being able to bring our pups along; they had a great time too! The house was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. We especially loved winding down with a movie by the pool after a hot day at the beach. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a beach vacation — Loved our girls week vacation at Island Time! Perfect for relaxation and gathering for visits, games and lots of eating. Location was close to the trolley line which we used instead of trying to park at Pier 60. The house had everything we needed. I can't say enough about Bellaire staff either. Whether it was a phone call asking about the Wi-Fi password whatever they were quick to respond and if i had to leave a message I would get an email and a text making sure i was taken care of. Will definitely book again and use Belloise.

February 2024 — Great place. As advertised. Short drive to Pier 60 where there's a lot to do, but in a quiet neighborhood. One block to a beautiful beach. The house itself had 6 comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and tv's everywhere. Even though the weather was in the 60's, the kids spent hours every day in the heated pool. Lastly, every interaction with the rental company was professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Island Time — This is our second year in a row staying at Island Time - we love the house and location. The beach is beautiful and there is a lot to do in the area! The house easily accommodates our big group and we always have a lot of fun and laughs!

Island Time Rental — One word describes this property: SPECTACULAR!! The pool with the outside cabana area is amazing!! There is a giant screen tv that you can watch while in the pool with 2 refrigerators!! The home is impeccable with a fully functioning gourmet kitchen. And the best part is still to come!!! Literally a 2 minute walk to what seemed like a private beach. Will most definitely be coming back to this property in the future! The rental agency contacts were also a joy to work with and very quick with responses to any questions I had!! Highly recommended!!!

★★★★ — 1. Instructions needed for outside fan 2. Instructions needed for Roku TV ie how do you get regular broadcast channels 3. Need instructions for the kitchen Refrigerator- it kept beeping and the icemaker was not initially working. 4. Outlet in the bathroom to the left of the family room was dead. 5. Overall there was enough space for everyone and the place was clean and well situated 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. 6. Would be nice to have a list of nearby restaurants and other facilities such as the city tennis courts which we did find

Island Time — Our family enjoyed the home, the home was clean and loved that it was newly remodeled. The only thing we noticed was the air conditioning didn’t seem to keep up, during the day it would be 78-80 in the house. Even on days we weren’t there it would be warm when we returned.

Great stay — Wonderful location. Loved the pool, outdoor seating areas and perfect space for 10 people. Loved the place

Family trip 2023 — We had a wonderful trip to Clearwater beach. I chose the house off the VRBO website and it did not disappoint! The house was spacious and very clean with very updated appliances. The layout was perfect for our large family gathering especially with the lanai/cabana area. The ocean is literally a 1 minute walk from the house. We also were able to walk into town multiple times which was terrific (approximately 1.5 mi walk) with great restaurants and cute shops. The rental company Belloise Realty was incredible. They were so responsive and accommodating. I would rent anything under their umbrella again!

Excellent — All good great for big family group -super close to beach Used grill -kitchen -pool -loved it all would come again Only problem 1 roll of TP per bathroom -for 5 days -for that big house and 4 bathrooms and the cost paid kinda of a cheap easy thing to fix. I mean charge me $100 more and put 10 rolls

Great home and location — We had 16 family members stay, 8 adults, 8 children. We all enjoyed ourselves, the accommodations were superb. The house is very well designed and the owner thought of all the little things to make it work well for travelers. The house was spotless along with the outdoor area. I worked with Jenn and she was very helpful and always returned any inquiry I had in a very timely manner.

Great — We had a great stay at Island Time. The staff was always available when we called, we were able to get in 2 hours early.

Island time — Island time is a very nice property, it fit our party of 14 very comfortably., A few of the rooms were very warm and seemed to not benefit from the air conditioning , however there are fans to use . The queen size bed needs A new mattress it has a dip in it . The cabana and pool were great to have as more space and the pool was refreshing.. The pool did need to be serviced and chemicals added which kept us out of it for several hours . Your steps away from the beach . The beach was not crowded and was clean , there was no beach gear to use at the house except for some beach towels. There are plenty of shops , restaurants and activities near the pier , it’s A beautiful area and we enjoyed our stay .
