Great week with our family — Casa Del Mar was a wonderful retreat for our family's spring break. The home was like new with a beautiful kitchen, living areas, and pool. Our children and grandchildren all enjoyed this home. And the location to the beach was perfect. The cottage was the grandparents' home for the week, but we loved having some sweet snuggles in the morning from our grandkids!

Perfect getaway — We loved everything about Casa Del Mar. It was perfect for our family of 7! Only steps from the beach, plenty of room to play and relax indoors, a beautiful pool… it had it all!

My stay — Was nice close to beach pool was great but the lack of cleaning thing like a mop to help clean things up would have been nice and to be able to lower the temps to 69 for ac but other than would recommend 😀

The Casa Del Mar Beach Pool Home — My family and I enjoyed a comfortable stay in this beautifully decorated, spacious 6 bedroom house, which is within a short walking distance to Clearwater Beach. Large kitchen, dining room and living room were a plus! Many amenities are provided including beach chairs, umbrella, etc. We loved spending time in the pool with a cascading waterfall- very relaxing in the private courtyard. The Casa Del Mar is the perfect rental home for a large family reunion or friends' gathering. Our rental specialist Jennifer Johnson was readily available throughout the rental process and attentive to our needs. We'll be sure to request the Casa Del Mar for our next beach rental.

Great house — Our extended family stayed at Casa Del Mar for the Thanksgiving holiday. It’s a roomy, quirky, well situated home that met all our needs. The rental/management company is great and were helpful and accessible.

★★★★★ — Perfect house, fit our large family perfectly! So close to the beach. We had a little trouble with a fuse and needed some help finding the fuse box and were able to speak with someone very quickly, after hours as well! The only downside we had was the trash collection. It only picks up once a week and with a large group we were overloaded. That is not the house or realty issue, it seems to be a city problem. Loved having all the beach chairs and pool toys available!

★★★★★ — Casa Del Mar was very nice. When we walked in we found it clean and accommodating. Our group of 10 slept comfortably. The amenities were super,a beautiful pool area, short walk to the beach, plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and 2 washers and 2 dryers. Our questions and requests were answered quickly. Everyone with the realty company was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is a very mean and unfriendly lady who lives next door. One evening my daughter who is 52 and our granddaughter who is 30 were sitting out by the pool and talking. The lady yelled from her balcony that the pool was closed. My daughter asked if they could just sit in the backyard and the lady yelled that everything within the gate was closed. That left them with no outdoor area to relax. We feel this is very unfair of the neighbor. We were an older group who was not partying or yelling. If something could be done about this situation, Casa Del Mar would be perfect.

Perfect house for my familiy — The house is literally steps away from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, and stocked with utensils, sheets, even beach toys for the kids. Above all Belloise was very communicative and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great experience.

Casa Del Mar delivered! — Plenty of rooms for everyone! Full bedrooms not just a pull out couch, twin bed or bunk beds. 6 bedrooms. Pool area and outside patio were excellent. House was clean and comfortable in all living spaces. Did have to change out the propane tank as it was empty when we arrived. You can't beat the location to beach - just walk across the street and down the path. Downtown area was great with restaurants and bars and we were able to drive our golf cart everywhere. Did the Fenchys Grill challenge and Got a free tee shirt for Buying a drink at their 4 locations. We definitely rent it again.

House was Amazing — The house was great, the pool and backyard were amazing, and the proximity to the beach as well as the local restaurants was perfect. Would definitely recommend this property to other renters looking to have a great stay in Clearwater.

Highly recommend! — Amazing place!!! My family and I were here for 4 days. The location was amazing and the fact that it's in a private beach area was even more amazing! The pool was perfect for us and just an all around great space! Super close to all the hoppin spots on Mandalay Avenue and just a short drive to Pier 60 which was super convenient and fun! The neighborhood it is situated in is super quiet and free of worry. Overall a great find for me and my family! We will be back!

Perfect Getaway! — We loved the location of the house, in a residential section of the island at the end of a quiet street. You can't go wrong with being directly across the street from the quiet and beautiful beach, as well as having your own private pool in the backyard. The house was large, and we comfortably slept 12 people. The realty team was super helpful with recommendations, for example having Instacart deliver our groceries for our stay was great. The pool house had floats, beach chairs, towels and sunscreen we could use. They even included small touches like a bottle of wine and bakery treats from a local shop upon arrival.
