Water Lover's Paradise

Excellent accommodation — Excellent accommodation with large living area, 2 bathrooms a bonus, located in a quiet residential area. Really well equipped, felt like home from home. Didn't have a kettle so we bought one which hopefully future guests will benefit from. Pool is lovely but deep so not ideal for young children, for us it was great to cool off in and swim. Great location, walking distance to the beach and a few really nice restaurants and bars. Really lovely to have the water behind and we even saw a dolphin!

Paradise — Absolutely gorgeous!!

Summer vacay — Very clean!! Well stocked kitchen. Lovely pool with a beautiful view and quick walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Only suggestions would be to add ventilation fan in bathrooms. Would totally stay here again.

Great Stay — Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt, Problemloser Check In, alles sehr sauber und tolle hochwertige Ausstattung!Komplett Ausgestattete Küche (Geschirr,Besteck diverse Elektro Geräte).Uns hat nix gefehlt!Pool Top wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Großartige Lage!Haben sogar Delphine von der Terrasse/privatem Pier gesehen (gegen 8Uhr beim Kaffee ist es sehr wahrscheinlich)ruhige Nachbarschaft sehr angenehm. Der Strand und viele Geschäfte (Shops,Restaurants)in laufbarer Nähe,der nächste Publix&Walmart/CVS nichtmal 5min mit dem Auto! Strandstühle und Schirme waren auch vorhanden ,das war großartig! Alles in allem großartiger Aufenthalt!

Excellent and very clean vacation home. — Great home for our weekend getaway. There were 2 couples and our 6 year old. House was very clean and perfect open plan layout. We also were able to dock our 25' jet boat at the house. We cooked most meals in spacious kitchen and had drinks by the pool at night. Highly recommend this vacation home. We will return.

Perfekt Beach Home — We had a wonderful stay in the newly renovated house. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, lots of beach accessories and very nice pool.

The view — Spectacular view, sunsets and dolphins! Loved this rental. Close proximity to beach. We chose to drive with three small children and had no issues with parking. My only suggestion, having small children, would be to have chimes on the doors

Water Lovers Paradise — We stayed a month and truly enjoyed our stay. The property is updated and was stocked with most everything we needed. There was a problem with the pool heater in the first few days, but it was addressed promptly. It is a short walk to the beach and local attractions are a short drive away. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which was nice. There were a number of dolphin sightings as well. The property is pet friendly which is important to us. We would recommend this property!

Beautiful & Peaceful — We had a great week with beautiful weather. My husband fished off the dock and we both lounged around the pool. The house was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The kitchen furnishings had most of what you needed unless you use an AirFryer & Instant Pot (which I do). We had a light breakfast & lunch in and we ate out every evening. Great restaurant choices are available in the area. The neighborhood was very quiet and we loved that. Thank you for a Great Week and by the way we didn't visit the beach at all, no need to we had all we needed right here 😊

Very Nice — Upon arrival we did have some trouble figuring out the door lock. Once in the home is very clean, accommodating and comfortable. Great view with a wonderful pool. Restaurants are close as is the beach. Lifestyle in the area is very laid back.

Water Lover's Paradise — Two of my cousins flew down from Massachusetts and I picked them up at Tampa airport. When we arrived at the cottage it was much prettier then the pictures. The place was neat and clean. We loved being right on the water. Saw dolphins one night. Walking distance to the beach. Plenty of towels . There was a k-cup coffee machine, new refrigerator and stove. The only flaw was the every day silverware was scarce. and no potholders.There were plenty of sharp knives/carving knives and utensils. Beds were very comfortable. All in all we had a wonderful time!!

Perfect stay — The pictures don't even do it justice- it is such a beautiful home with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful touches to make it feel like home and a great location close to the beach. We were in town to see the Blue Jays spring training and it's only about a 25 minute drive into Clearwater/Dunedin. It was a perfect stay- only regret is we didn't stay longer!

EXCELLENT! — EXCELLENT!! We are repeat visitors to Indian Rocks, but this was our first at this beautiful home. This gem is directly on the intercostal waterway, but super close to the beach. The entire back of the home is open with views of the waterway. The sunsets are breathtaking. The back patio has a beautiful pool, with 3 pool lounge chairs, a patio table with 4 chairs and a great professional grill. Beyond that is a newly renovated dock that extends out into the intercostal waters. The back patio and dock is a magical place to watch a family of dolphins swim by on multiple occasions each day!! What a treat!! Indoors, the house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen is well stocked with every imaginable needed utensil, tool, and gadget. Dining options include a high top bar, dining table, and the outdoor patio. The linens are beautiful and the pool towels and supplies are plentiful. The house is within walking distance to the beach (at the end of the road is a parking lot with public beach access). While walkable, we typically drove as the house didn't have a “beach wagon” to carry the house beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, floats, floats, & “noodles”). Given that the pool was so nice and dolphin watching was available, we most often chose to stay at home anyway :) The laundry room is complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board - all full size. The bathrooms are super clean, stocked with many travel size toiletries, and quality oversized shower towels. The 2 bedrooms have plenty of storage in closets and dressers, flat screen TVs and quiet ceiling fans. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place the stay!! We were sad to leave but excited to return for another stay in the future! Some great local restaurants in the area to try: Kooky Coconut (delicious ice cream and Cuban sandwiches), Salt Rock Grill (daily, fresh caught seafood, expansive wine list, beautiful views), Guppy's (local favorite for great seafood), and Keegan's (local diner with great fish sandwiches - once visited by the food Network's Diners, Drive-in's and Dives!!)

Thoughtful touches — Overall this intercoastal home is very well kept with many features that reflect a strong attention to detail and a solid customer service bias.

Wonderful stay — Location...perfect. Couldn't be any cleaner! Quiet safe neighborhood. Backyard right on the water. We sat outside for hours watching all of the dolphins. They will come right up to the private bot dock

Absolutely stunning — My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights with one other couple. The place is absolutely stunning. It is better in person than in the pictures which we didn't think could be possible! The house was immaculate, the pool clean, the set up perfect. The lovely open kitchen made it great to cook in and the outdoor table was wonderful for our cookouts. The moment we arrived we joked about booking it for next April. Jenn was extremely responsive and pleasant. This is walking distance (less than a half mile!) to the beach and restaurants if you didn't have a car. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. We cannot wait to come back!

Cozy and comfortable — This place is a beautiful home on the intercoastal. It has all the amenities you need for the beach and the home is cozy and comfortable.
