Perfect place of tranquility — Ideal location for us work it's own private dock, it's quirky and unique, you need to go round and work out what switch works what light, but it is an old building, and I would say impossible to update with central a/c and electrics ect, but if you want relaxation and fabulous views from your own sofa this is the place to be easy walk to the beach too
