Great stay — 2 GP, 6 Adults, 6 GK (8,7,5,5,2,2). We loved the location of the house. Minutes from the beach and steps away from McKay Park. Played on the park equipment as well as pickleball everyday with the GK. (Several of the PB courts were used to "paddle in" so individuals could play as well). The house had some beach toys and we rented chairs and umbrellas from Frenchy's. Restaurants and ice cream shops are within walking distance. To be transparent, the house is not perfect. First floor bedrooms are little tight. Inside there is only a spiral staircase to get upstairs. (We used the outside stairs to take up the luggage). However, we would easily rent again in the future. Many positives as well: The house was clean!; 2 each: refrigerators, washers and dryers; Lots of TV's; TV in outside bar was great for watching golf while swimming with GKs; beach towels provided.
Golf trip — Great location. Lots of room. We had 12 of us there for a golf trip. Easy to get to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were attentive.
Amazing — This house was great. Plenty of space. Our family had a great time. Florida Vacation Rental quickly took care of anything we called about. Restaurants and Ice cream shops were all within walking distance. The best part was the park across the street. The kids loved the playground and the adults loved playing pickleball everyday. We would definitely stay here again and book directly through Florida Vacation Rentals

4 1/2 Stars — Our stay was great but we did have a few hiccups that kept us from giving 5 stars. The property listing mentions a high chair and play pen available. The messages sent through the VRBO app were not responded to in a timely manner. We received one response saying the high chair was no longer available and no response when asked about the play pen. Half way through our trip we found a play pen in one of the bedroom closets. It would have been nice to know from the start of our stay. The dishwasher needs repaired/replaced. We had to run dishes multiple times to get them clean. While a king size bed in every room was great the smaller rooms were quite cramped.
Family of 15 July 2025 — Only complaint, at this price point garbage bags, TP and paper towels should be provided. Great location, nice comfortable beds, loved pool.
Large family short term visit — We truly enjoyed our time there. The location was good; the pool was awesome; the lay out of the home was excellent for people who wanted quiet time or social time.
Forever Sunshine: means FOREVER MEMORIES, GREAT ACCOMODATIONS & HAPPINESS — Our family's stay at FOREVER SUNSHINE, to celebrate a 67th Family Reunion, far exceeded our hopes and expectations. There were 20 of us (3 yrs to 88 yrs) for this well designed beach house of 9 bedrooms (all with King-sized beds), adequate bathrooms, a large fully and very well-equipped kitchen, a large propane grille and plenty of seating outside and inside, a large family room for our indoor activities and a lovely pool. The instructions prior to arriving, while we were there and departure instructions were clear and timely. We are planning to return soon and often and are telling others, as well.
Perfect — 6 couple birthday trip the place was amazing. Great location. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Easy company to work with. No issues.
Our family vacation was great — This property allowed 5 couples and a baby to have a very enjoyable stay near the beach. I think we could have held twice a many people and been fine. It was nice to not need to drive to a public beach, the beach was clean and not crowded. The property provided beach chairs and toys, we used the barbecue for burgers and brats, there are many television screens, sufficient towels for a large group, and two full sized refrigerators. The bedrooms offered king sized beds, which is nice because all of us are tall. The bedrooms are somewhat crowded, but we did not spend much time in them other than sleeping. We appreciated the extra bed space in exchange for less walking room. The property is well maintained and everything worked as expected. We would definitely stay here again.

★★★★★ — This is our second time staying at Forever Sunshine. We had an excellent week long stay for spring break. The house was clean, pool clean and warm, beds and pillows were comfortable. Two washers and dryers which made it convenient for our large group to keep up on laundry. There is a nicely equipped kitchen downstairs and a small kitchen upstairs, we utilized both. Three full size refrigerators and a mini refrigerator in the bar area outside. Great space outside and you can see the gulf from the top deck. The house is located in the perfect spot and walking distance to many stores, restaurants, pickleball courts, park and the beach. The property management company was great to work with. I highly recommend this vacation home!
Family Reunion — It was an amazing rental for a family reunion of 17 people ranging from 5-75! Something for everyone. Great location to beach. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. Pool very clean. Many memories made. Highly recommend.
Great house and location! — We had a fantastic stay at the Forever Sunshine property! It is a fantastic property to host large groups. Many rooms and bathrooms and ample indoor and outdoor seating. The pool is lovely and it is setup with an outdoor bar and TV. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Clearwater Florida! — This rental fit our family of 14 perfectly! We loved the privacy of the trees, our own private pool and easy access to the beach. Truly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend to large groups.
Perfect for large groups — Just as all the other reviews say, this is the perfect house for a large group. Plenty of fridge space. Lots of chairs and room. Bedrooms are a little small, but they work out for the time we were there. Plenty of beach chairs already provided. Definitely would recommend and would go back!

House was very spacious. Plenty of sleeping for 16 in our party. Outdoor bar by pool with mini fridge and TV was a hit! All linens and small appliances were stocked. Rental also supplied a number of beach towels and pool supplies. No need to bring your own. Second story patio area has a view of the gulf. Area has plenty of activities within walking distance or a short drive. Cant wait to go back! Would recommend for large groups.
Amazing stay for my entire family — This house was beyond perfect for my family. We have been saying prior the trip, this was our last vacation to Florida, but now we are saying - when are we coming back here?
There was a lot of information in the other reviews that were helpful and I echo many of the sentiments - location is perfect, towels and amenities were perfect, plenty of space in the home for 20 people, pool-toys-closest had plenty and a great benefit.
There are only two things that would suggest for improvements. The pool area is beautiful but we did have a disabled person that a railing of some sort would have helped to get in the pool (we just substituted a chair)and there are fans in the bar area, but a few around the outside of the house in the pool area would help because the beach breeze is blocked and that Florida sun is HOTTTT. Again, nothing that was really terrible but would have been helpful.
Another note, the agency was beyond accommodating. I can't believe their kindness and helpfulness to make this such a great family vacation.

Forever Sunshine — Forever Sunshine IX is definitely a place you'd want to stay at forever. It was 15 of us and we could have easily fit 8 to 10 more people. A few things to follow up on from the other reviews. The rooms on the main level are smaller than most of the rooms upstairs. Unpacking clothes and storing your luggage in the closest will give you more space. The room with the queen size bunk beds is small. This room has little walk space. Maybe the owners should consider full sized beds. Then again, the Florida sun will have you outside your rooms all day.
Plenty of shopping options to buy your necessities, but check every open door, drawer and cabinets to ensure you need to buy certain things. The house has beach toys for the kids, floats, and chairs for the beach. People pass it forward with hand soap, paper towels, hand sanitizer, closed snacks, trash bags, etc. For the coffee lovers, the coffee makers are regular coffee makers, not Keurig. Filters maybe left behind. The beach is less than a five minute walk house…depending on how fast you walk.
Staff will come around to conduct standard landscaping, and pool maintenance. Overall this is a beautiful home, that I highly recommend for any large groups looking for a vacation home.
Close to the beach — I will start by saying the management company is incredibly responsive. The house is beautiful. A few takeaways: the bedrooms are small (like you can’t store your luggage in the rooms small) and there is a lot of bulky furniture in the rooms, the first floor AC doesn’t work great (but does work). There was a pack n play at the house which was a plus for us. Outside furniture is high quality (polywood). Very close to the beach. 3 full size refrigerators which is great. We had a good time.
Perfect Beach Vacation Spot!! — This rental is amazing!! We had 18 people in the house and it was a perfect fit! We did have a couple that used one of the pull out beds for 2 nights making it 20 people total but they did say it was pretty uncomfortable. The LOCATION is perfect! You can walk to all the busier areas to find things to do or a place to eat but you are further up the strip where it is nice a quiet. The upper deck is a game changer! You have more than enough room to spread out and see the beach or just enjoy the night. Having three full size refrigerators was great to make sure we had plenty of room for food and drinks for the whole group. The pool closet with all the chairs and beach stuff was so nice to have and all the "house towels" allowed everyone to have access to a beach towel for the pool or the beach. Having a private pool with the bar area was also great! After being at the beach being able to come back and hang around the pool was so nice and relaxing! If you have a big group I 100% recommend this house be on your list!! We all were so happy with it!

Great home for family vacation — This home was great for our large family vacation with a total of 20 people. The first thing we noticed was how clean and well stocked the home was. Having the pool option was also great after a day at the beach which is less than a block away. Bedrooms were not huge but it's great having a king bed in each room, along with the room with the bunkbeds. My only complaint is that the instructions for TV usage wasn't very clear but a quick call to management was helpful. We didn't spend much time watching TV but there are PLENTY of them at this rental. Our family all loved it!
Very nice stay! — This was a great stay for my group and we'll be back again! The house was just as advertised and very clean. My guests also loved that the local spots were walkable. Check-in/ out were both smooth and clearly detailed. The beach chairs and towels were also appreciated.
Great — Home was large enough for 20 people. We loved the proximity to the beach, to town and the house pool. The only issue we had was that there weren’t large pots to make pasta and knives were very dull. We had to wait about 30 minutes to check in because one of the cleaning crew was late. They have pancake griddle and large roasting plug in pan. There are full pot coffee pots upstairs and downstairs. They have one beach umbrella and a bunch of beach towels. Plenty of refrigerator space 3 full refrigerators and 1/2 by bar outside by the pool. The sheets for pull out couches are upstairs in closet and will have to be put on. Air conditioning wasn’t cool enough in our opinion as they set at 72, but we understand it is hard to get cooler in a hot climate. We had a great time and it’s a good home reasonable priced for a group.
My Daughter's Wedding — The bride and grooms immediate family, with the wedding party were able to stay in this house . We all were in awe of how spacious, well stocked, clean and beautifully decorated this home is.
There were 3 large refrigerators and everything you could need to cook for your guests, including a grill on the deck.Each room had it's own TV, the large living room/den had four TV's. We didn't have time to watch them but if someone wanted to host a game party, etc. This would be the perfect place.
The location is awesome , the beach a few steps away and the entertainment district all within walking distance.
The pool and bar were perfect for entertaining, and the lighting in that area was perfect.
There's also a spacious deck where everyone can relax and enjoy the sunset, there was a nice breeze and it felt like you could reach up and touch the moon and stars.
Our family and friends will be bragging about this beautiful home for years. We're looking forward to planning future family get togethers and coming back here whenever possible.

Forever Sunshine — We had 7 couples come in for a 5oth birthday celebration and the house was absolutely ideal for a group that size. Noone ever felt cowded.
The people with Beloise Realty were a joy to work with as well.

Wedding Perfect — We held our wedding at San key beach and used this house for our wedding party to stay in. we had a small intimate wedding and held a reception at the house. It was a perfect option with a large patio upstairs, the large pool for our guests to swim in large kitchen to be able to prepare food, and the bar was an awesome touch. The only things that we wish we had was additional blankets. It was a little chilly, and we did not have any throw blankets in the house.
Sports Playoff Weekend Getaway — The property was advertised well, slept the group comfortably, and provided great access to the beach, restaurants, and area amenities. The group would also highlight the pool and grill area as a key property feature.
Excellent — This was the perfect place for our family of 19. Close to the beach and walking distance for restaurants and shopping. The pool was great and was nice to have beach chairs and towels. Everything about the house was quite satisfactory. Feel like we rented the perfect place. Highly recommend it.

Forever Home Vacation Celebration — This house was perfect for the 12 of us. we came to Clearwater Beach to do a celebration of life for my spouse. We are a group of friends that don't get to see each other often and the set up of this house inside and outside was perfect because we got to enjoy each other's company because of how spacious it is. The house was spotless when we got there. We also loved that it had more than one refrigerator so it was easy to stock up for 12 people. We would definitely go back to this house. It is located in a perfect spot because everything is within walking distance .
Perfect House in the Perfect Location — This home hosted 23 of our family members for a week and we all fit perfectly. The house is located in a wonderful location - close to the ocean and plenty of bars/restaurants. The decor is lovely and very beachy. The beds are comfortable and there are closets in each room. Having three full size refrigerators was magnificent and the kitchen areas were well stocked. Our family hung out by the pool most of the time and the bar area and mini fridge was nice so we didn't have to run back and forth into the house. There are plenty of pool towels and toys. All of my family was very pleased with our stay and we hope to come back in the future! Thank you!
Forever Sunshine XI — Forever Sunshine turned out to be a great stay for us. The space was huge with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms to serve our needs and it was also very clean. The amenities were also wonderful, including walking distance to the beach, private pool, rooftop deck, and roku TVs in almost every room! Any items (beach chairs, noodles, towels, shade canopy) we needed for a great beach day were also provided, which was awesome. The only thing that could have improved our stay was access to more cleaning/household items. For instance, there was no dish soap provided for either hand washing dishes or for the dishwasher, which made it difficult at check-out to meet the request of cleaning the dishes. Additionally, we were only give one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and we quickly ran out. Finally, have aluminum foil and sandwich plastic bags/plastic wrap would've also been super helpful. Other than those few things, we loved our stay and had a great time!
Great condo for a large family gathering. — We enjoyed gathering our children and grandchildren together for several days at this property before heading to Disney. The layout of the rooms, beds, and bathrooms was perfect for our group, and we enjoyed the pool and the upper deck for play and social time. The condo was sufficiently clean for a group like ours and we appreciated the double washers and dryers very much. (Conversely, the number of televisions is over the top.) We were also pleased to have beach towels, chairs, and amenities to use. The proximity to the beach was perfect, yet the condo was quiet and everyone slept well. Our only real complaint involves the trash situation. Garbage bags were not provided and should have been.
