This was my second year staying here. We picked it again because of the view and walkable locations. Air conditioning worked perfectly and everything was amazing. Patio and dock were perfect.

Perfect location for a couples trip. We loved being able to walk to dinner and drinks, the beach and shops. The private dock with chairs was very relaxing for our morning coffee and evening drinks. The home was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

It was so peaceful there. Unit was exactly as described, and just a short walk to restaurants, and the beach. We loved using the dock to watch the boats and sunrise/sunset. Would absolutely book again.

This place truly feels like a hidden gem. It's conveniently located near all the popular restaurants, yet it maintains a serene and private atmosphere. It's the perfect escape for those seeking a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle.

Absolutely loved our stay. Location was great and beautiful. Interior had some repairs that need to be made, Ie bathroom door does not close and water damage on the bathroom ceiling. Nothing too bad that I wouldn't stay again.

This location is great! We loved sitting out back watching the water, passing boats, lots of birds, and even saw a manatee and several dolphins. It is a quick walk to Clearwater beach, and Pier 60. The first impression of the apartment is not great. It is very clean but did not feel warm and cozy. I quickly got over that because the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Most of our time at the apartment was spent out back enjoying the view. My one complaint is that the pocket door to the bathroom was either broken or off the track as we could not get it to close all the way. We made due, as there is the linen closet door was right there and when opened up it gave some privacy. It was not a big deal but who doesn't want privacy in the bathroom? I did send a message to the owner about it on the last day of our trip so that he was aware. I did not get a response but hopefully it will get fixed. Would I rent this location again? Maybe.
