Fabulous location. Steps to the beach. Kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

We had the best week here! Couldn’t beat the location, plenty of room for the whole extended family, host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay with our family! The walk is so quick to the beach plus coming back and being able to get in a nice cool refreshing private pool in the backyard was really fun after a long hot day at the beach. It was awesome to have two sets of washers and dryers. The neighborhood felt safe. We liked having plenty of room for our family to spread out and the additional Casita was helpful for our married kids with a newborn. We had a great time thank you so much!

We have stayed here a few times. We love it. You have made some beautiful upgrades in the last 2 years...love them. We had one small issue that was addressed. Always clean...short walk to the beach. We would stay again!! Thank you

This was the PERFECT location! It's on a corner lot and right across the street is beach access. There's plenty of beach towels and there's also boogie boards, floaties, chairs, and some beach toys for kids. There's only initial basic supplies, but for 9 adults for 5 nights, we didn't need any additional toilet paper or paper towels. I would recommend buying additional trash bags, dish washer pods, and bringing your own shampoo/conditioner. There's currently construction being done behind the house, and that woke up the people sleeping in the in-law suit early one morning. My friend group and I would stay here again if we come back to Clearwater.

Can’t beat the location to the beach.

Amazing! We stayed for a bachelorette trip with 8 people. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and it is right next to the beach. We would stay here again!

We had problems with the pool and filter not working and the pool getting cloudy. Leaving the pool pretty bad looking for 3-4 days of our stay. Also would be great if there was a vacuum in the home, the beach sand gets overwhelming quickly. Other than those two issues the home was clean and large enough for 3 families to share.

We loved this house so much. It is so well - appointed, with many great sitting areas and is literally across the street from beach access. The back yard is cozy and while the pool is a bit small, there’s good seating and a dining table and barbecue. We loved the multiple washers and dryers and all the beach towels. The bedrooms are comfortable, including the garage-turned-casita. The neighborhood is a nice quiet counterpart to the crowded downtown part of Clearwater. The hosts are responsive and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The location is fabulous. Maybe 200' and you're on the sand in a very quiet part of Clearwater Beach. The house was clean and the beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect. Do heed the list of items they provide and not, we had to shop very quickly for paper towels, trash bags and dishwashing supplies. I sent the host a list of maintenance items, the most significant of which was the kitchen microwave not working.

The house is amazing The location is excellent We plan to return on our next vacation.

Great location, beach access across the street! Great setup and plenty of room for our group of 15 (9 adults, 6 children) to be together and to also have some quiet time. Beach was uncrowded, great for families. Swimming pool was nice addition and much enjoyed by the kids after long days on the beach. Provided beach towels, chairs, fishing poles and toys were nice extras! Full-size laundry (2 washers, 2 dryers) facilities were handy.

Wonderful amenities: Location to beach was A ! The beach chairs and beach towels provided were great. The safety of the pool was great for the little ones. The ONLY thing we weren’t happy with were the upstairs bedrooms. No closets to hang clothes in and no outlets to plug in our phones. The appliances broke down while we were there but got fixed quickly. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, cups, etc that we needed. The grounds/ landscaping needs a good bit of work. All in all it was a great time with family and we’d recommend staying there.

Great week with our family — Casa Del Mar was a wonderful retreat for our family's spring break. The home was like new with a beautiful kitchen, living areas, and pool. Our children and grandchildren all enjoyed this home. And the location to the beach was perfect. The cottage was the grandparents' home for the week, but we loved having some sweet snuggles in the morning from our grandkids!

Perfect getaway — We loved everything about Casa Del Mar. It was perfect for our family of 7! Only steps from the beach, plenty of room to play and relax indoors, a beautiful pool… it had it all!

Great location for vacation getaway: Our family enjoy our times together at this house. Got everything we need convenient to shopping and places. Only three minutes walk to the beach, private and clean.I definitely recommended.

My stay — Was nice close to beach pool was great but the lack of cleaning thing like a mop to help clean things up would have been nice and to be able to lower the temps to 69 for ac but other than would recommend 😀

Beautiful home with everything we needed. We had trouble with the AC in the addition and they had someone come out and fix it right away. We were very thankful!

Great beach house: I wanted a house close to the beach and that’s exactly what I got. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the beach from this house. Some days it felt like we had our own private beach since it was so empty. I stayed here for 5 days with a total of 12 people. 2 people to each bedroom. The house was clean and cool, while the pool was clean and warm. AC worked great so it was always comfortable inside. I found some beach chairs and boogie boards in the laundry room which we were able to use. All the appliances worked and they even replaced the barbecue with a brand new one. It was great going back and forth from the beach to the pool all day. WiFi worked well also. As a huge bonus, one of my friends accidentally left some jewelry behind after we checked out and didn’t realize it until the next day. They called the management company and were told that the cleaning crew found it and turned it in. They went back to pick it up that day. Really appreciate the honesty. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a boys trip! House was huge with more than enough space, clean, and had everything we needed for a long weekend. we spent most of our time hanging out by the pool! Access to the beach is unreal, literally right across the street. Couldn't have been a better experience!

May Beach Stay — Great location lots of room for all - pool smaller than initially thought but it worked as it was refreshing and shaded on a hot day. Would rent again as it worked for our family get together.

We were there for a Bachelorette party! The location was perfect & plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably. The bathrooms were beautiful. The bungalow could use a little updating, but the main house was perfect!

Great Location - Perfect for Family — This home had everything. Close to the beach, swimming pool, fully stocked with what was needed and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We would stay here again.

The Casa Del Mar Beach Pool Home — My family and I enjoyed a comfortable stay in this beautifully decorated, spacious 6 bedroom house, which is within a short walking distance to Clearwater Beach. Large kitchen, dining room and living room were a plus! Many amenities are provided including beach chairs, umbrella, etc. We loved spending time in the pool with a cascading waterfall- very relaxing in the private courtyard. The Casa Del Mar is the perfect rental home for a large family reunion or friends' gathering. Our rental specialist Jennifer Johnson was readily available throughout the rental process and attentive to our needs. We'll be sure to request the Casa Del Mar for our next beach rental.

Great location and well stocked.: Business center didnt exist, but they printed what we needed down the street. Cottage is perfect for privacy we were on honeymoon and chose the cottage for us, out guest stayed in the main home. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathrooms and beds in main house were excellent!

Enjoyed our stay: Clean, great location. Would give it five stars but the owner is aware of a problem with the upstairs shower and has elected not to address. One upstairs shower runs constant cold.

Great and family friendly: Charming home that had a great set up for a 3-family get-together! House was very close to beach access and Clearwater town, and ~1 hour drive from Tampa and Busch Garden amusement park. Everyone loved the house and enjoyed the stay. Great dining/take out options nearby. Communications were clear and instructions were provided ahead of time, and property manager was very helpful. We really appreciated that they allowed early access to the house after cleaning was done, making it easy for everyone to come straight to the house when they arrived in town. Only request would be some extra supplies, like trash bags and dishwasher detergent (unless those were stocked someplace we didn’t see). Thank you!

Great place to share with family and friends to attend a wedding. Everyone had there space. Great pool. The beach could not have been closer. We all enjoyed ourselves

Great house — Our extended family stayed at Casa Del Mar for the Thanksgiving holiday. It’s a roomy, quirky, well situated home that met all our needs. The rental/management company is great and were helpful and accessible.

Paporello's vacation — Overall we were happy with the facilities and had a really good time.

This house was perfect for my best friend's bachelorette - we all fit so comfortably, the place had it all. Multiple bathrooms, amenities (esp the kitchen) the pool was amazing. There are 2x washers and dryers which was huge for us gals and the cutest separate house off the back for the not so early risers we have in our crew lol we were almost right on the beach with easy pathway access and close to really good restaurants/ bars. Also this house had a lot of charm, big older windows that opened up from the dining/living space to the sun room , fireplace and beautiful balcony to lounge on. Would definitely recommend and go back to this spot! Our only qualm was that the wifi knocked out early in the trip and we couldn't use wifi, the tv or even the lock pads during our stay. we couldn't get it up and running, even after resetting the routers and unfortunately lost some communication with the Belloise team on this front so it wasn't resolved during our stay.

★★★★★ — Perfect house, fit our large family perfectly! So close to the beach. We had a little trouble with a fuse and needed some help finding the fuse box and were able to speak with someone very quickly, after hours as well! The only downside we had was the trash collection. It only picks up once a week and with a large group we were overloaded. That is not the house or realty issue, it seems to be a city problem. Loved having all the beach chairs and pool toys available!

★★★★★ — Casa Del Mar was very nice. When we walked in we found it clean and accommodating. Our group of 10 slept comfortably. The amenities were super,a beautiful pool area, short walk to the beach, plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and 2 washers and 2 dryers. Our questions and requests were answered quickly. Everyone with the realty company was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is a very mean and unfriendly lady who lives next door. One evening my daughter who is 52 and our granddaughter who is 30 were sitting out by the pool and talking. The lady yelled from her balcony that the pool was closed. My daughter asked if they could just sit in the backyard and the lady yelled that everything within the gate was closed. That left them with no outdoor area to relax. We feel this is very unfair of the neighbor. We were an older group who was not partying or yelling. If something could be done about this situation, Casa Del Mar would be perfect.

Wedding week: Had an amazing stay! Loved the pool as well as being able to have our own place away from family but still in the same house. Would definitely rent again ! Also super close to beach great to walk at night !

Our family of 11 enjoyed each and every aspect of the home. It was steps away from the beach and a 2 minute drive to Pier 60 and all the activities.

Top tier guys trip: Amazing location! The house was mere steps away from the beach. Everyone was extremely nice and approachable. Communication with the property manager was almost instantaneous. We had 11 guys staying in the house for a bachelor trip. Every single one of my guys stated to me how great the place was and let me know I did a hell of a job booking this great property. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

beautiful place with extremely quick beach access

Loved the location and main house fit our family great. The cottage for my husband and myself was ok. Shower so small, if you dropped the soap you would have to step out to retrieve. Sheets kept popping off the mattress. Most annoying is not having a dresser/mirror to put clothes in or personal items on. No fun living out of my suitcase. We were disappointed the pool was too cold for our grandkids to really enjoy. We had great weather and location of the house made our trip!!

Location, location, location! That's the key to this rental. You rent for the location of being on Clearwater Beach and the ability to walk back and forth to the beach. If you are looking for a luxury modern home to stay, this isn't it. I read the reviews prior and knew not to have high expectations. A few more things fell short. There was no hot water in the kitchen, the stovetop is not working correctly. It never would go to a low setting and burned a lot of food. The grill would not heat above 250*. We paid the extra $$ to have the pool heated but it was by no means warmer.

Perfect house for my familiy — The house is literally steps away from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, and stocked with utensils, sheets, even beach toys for the kids. Above all Belloise was very communicative and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great experience.

Great place to stay for a family with young children.: It has nice common space and a lot of bedrooms. The cottage is great for family that needs more privacy and quiet. The beach is very close and the pool is good for children, we did pay to have it heated. There are pack n plays, high chair, booster seat, lots of beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys available. We had a great time!

Amazing location!: We rented this property for our family's Christmas Holiday and it was absolutely perfect. The house provided enough room for 10 adults and 5 children to be quite comfortable. It was nice having the cottage suite as well. The location couldn't be better just steps from the beach. We didn't use the pool much since it was a cold Christmas in Florida; however it was nice to have as well. The kitchen is equipped enough although we didn't do a lot of cooking just warming up food. There was laundry and dryers as well as all the beach gear needed. Overall the check in process was a breeze and the house was nice and clean. It felt like home for the Holidays. We definitely would stay again!

Love this house!: This was our second or third stay at this place! We absolutely love it there! The house is very nice and has lots of space to spread out. We had 6 adults and 7 kids from 6 months to 14 years old and all had plenty of room. The beach is a very short walk away and the house has plenty of chairs and toys for the beach! We will definitely be staying again in the future! Strongly suggest you try this house out! You won't regret it!

Casa Del Mar delivered! — Plenty of rooms for everyone! Full bedrooms not just a pull out couch, twin bed or bunk beds. 6 bedrooms. Pool area and outside patio were excellent. House was clean and comfortable in all living spaces. Did have to change out the propane tank as it was empty when we arrived. You can't beat the location to beach - just walk across the street and down the path. Downtown area was great with restaurants and bars and we were able to drive our golf cart everywhere. Did the Fenchys Grill challenge and Got a free tee shirt for Buying a drink at their 4 locations. We definitely rent it again.

House was Amazing — The house was great, the pool and backyard were amazing, and the proximity to the beach as well as the local restaurants was perfect. Would definitely recommend this property to other renters looking to have a great stay in Clearwater.

Highly recommend! — Amazing place!!! My family and I were here for 4 days. The location was amazing and the fact that it's in a private beach area was even more amazing! The pool was perfect for us and just an all around great space! Super close to all the hoppin spots on Mandalay Avenue and just a short drive to Pier 60 which was super convenient and fun! The neighborhood it is situated in is super quiet and free of worry. Overall a great find for me and my family! We will be back!

Perfect Getaway! — We loved the location of the house, in a residential section of the island at the end of a quiet street. You can't go wrong with being directly across the street from the quiet and beautiful beach, as well as having your own private pool in the backyard. The house was large, and we comfortably slept 12 people. The realty team was super helpful with recommendations, for example having Instacart deliver our groceries for our stay was great. The pool house had floats, beach chairs, towels and sunscreen we could use. They even included small touches like a bottle of wine and bakery treats from a local shop upon arrival.
