Clearwater Beach Suites 102

★★★★★ — Another amazing stay, very convenient and clean!!

Good location, walkable to the beach , restaurants and stores. Nice and clean place to stay at. The hostess was responsive when u needed something they would respond quicky. Overall it was a nice place to stay and the pool was great to.

We enjoy our stay here!

The place was amazing. Right near the pool which was perfect for us and our family. Pool is perfect. Bathroom was great. Beach chairs and umbrellas are right on the pool deck and there’s a decent amount. We used 3 chairs and they were good quality. The pull out couch was SUPER comfy. Would suggest bringing a spare blanket, just in case. Traffic at night is a little noisy for a few hours, but no one’s fault cuz you’re located just north of the strip. It doesn’t last long and you can fall asleep. ClearSky restaurant next door was AMAZING! Frenchy’s is good. Make sure you get there early. Line is literally a mile long for hours at a time for dinner. The Cooler right next door is also good for sweet treats. We ordered Açaí bowls. Chefs kiss. Everything you need is walking distance, if you choose. Would stay here again!

Loved the location. The heated pool came in big with the weather not being the best in the beginning of our stay. Perfect place for families.

Loved — I really enjoyed staying here we walked everywhere didn’t need a car lots of choices for dinner and beach sunsets where beautiful!

The property was wonderful and conveniently located near everything. The only downsides were that the pool wasn’t heated as stated in the listing, and there was no blow dryer available. It was pretty cold during our stay, so the unheated pool didn’t end up being an issue. But it would have mattered if we had planned to use it, especially since a heated pool was something I specifically searched for. We purchased a blow dryer at the nearby CVS and left it at the property for future guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Excellent location, perfect size! Everything was easy!

Location and rental unit were great! — So easy to get to beach or walk to almost any places on the beach. The pool may not have been heated and a bit chilly, which was the only disappointment. Our rental was clean and new. Most had been redone after the hurricane. There was some road noise but it wasn't an issue. There was prompt response when we had questions.

Clearwater — Good location. Need to improve water pressure in shower in unit 102 that i booked. Other than that it was awesome. Would book again.

Fantastic place !! — I highly recommend Clearwater Beach Suites. Close to everything on the beach and has rhe Mom and Pop style with modern up to date suites. Love it here !

Location! Wow! — What an awesome spot! Loved the location- beach access plus quick access to all the main restaurants and shops! The unit was all we needed for a family of 3. Also really appreciated the beach chairs, buckets, floaties available to use! This will be a top pick to stay at again!

Clearwater Suites - 102 — Working with the reality company was easy, professional, and very accommodating. I would strongly recommend working with this realtor and the location they have to offer. Only thing that meeds attention moving forward is the parking. Parking is becoming slimmer every year. This should have priority in working on items in the future. Thank you and look forward to staying next year.

Great location and wonderful stay! — We had a wonderful stay at the Clearwater Beach Suites! Location to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more is on point! Everything you need is right there! Pool area was great, clean and there were chairs you could take down to the beach. Our unit was clean and in good order when we arrived. I would highly recommend a stay at the Clearwater Beach Suites. The rental management company was also great to work with!

Great spot — We really enjoyed our week stay in unit 102. Everything was walkable, shops, bars and restaurants. Next time I would not get a car rental, as we never moved our vehicle the entire time. Ther guests were very friendly and had lots of restaurant recommendations, etc Hope to return next year.

Awesome, clean place just a few steps from the beach, and a 3 min walk to Main Street. Highly recommend

Perfect! — Everything was exactly as described. The unit was exceptionally clean. King size bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be staying in the unit on our next trip.

Amazing Stay — We have been coming to Clearwater Beach Suites for the past 22 years, when it was called La Sal Suites… Love this place!!

Ladies weekend: Location was great. Friendly guests. Pictures can be a bit deceiving as the place was a little smaller than it looked online. Overall good value, safe neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Good — The unit itself was fine. We do not have a Roku TV at home so it would have been nice if there was a guide on how to use it. Also, there was no channel guide for the TV. We were very happy that we were able to pay an additional $100 for a 2 hour earlier check in time. Our flight was changed to an earlier time by American Airlines so that the early check in time was great. Plus since we arrived before 2:00 p.m., we were given the code to the gate so that we could put our bags in the unit.

Room 102 — We enjoyed our stay and it was a perfect week. The beach chairs were nice to have for use on the beach. The area itself was so close to the beach it was literally a 2 min walk from out the door to the sand. Parking was easy if you follow the directions given. Getting into the gate and room was also easy if you just wait for the email and follow directions. The room itself was clean and neat.  We had a small issue but Belloise Realty was quick to help! Thank you for a great week and we plan on being a repeat customer.

Clearwater suites — Our stay at Clearwater suites was nothing less than excellent! So close to everything. While walking 15,000 steps seems excessive, it is a breeze while in Clearwater! Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

This is my 2nd time staying at Clearwater Beach Suites. The host is very responsive, rooms are clean and very cozy, and the location is PERFECT! The beach is just steps away and the walk to the pier is filled with lots of shops and dining. We will definitely be booking this place for our next return.

Great — I have 2 items that made this rating Great instead of Excellent. 1. There was noticeable sand on the floor in the bedroom and living room. 2. There were no batteries in the TV remote in the bedroom. That being said, I would still stay at the Clearwater Beach Suites again. I loved the decor, layout and location.

Highly recommend! — Location..Location..Location, Everything just short walk. Frenchy's Rockaway just next door, Palm Pavillion, best best on the beach for sunsets and listening to live music just 1/2 block. Clearwater Beach Suites had great heated pool, very clean room, fully equipped, Hands down, I will stay here again!!

Nice place, close to everything! — They answered all of our questions and were very communicative. Good first VRBO for me!
