Clearwater Beach Suites 104

★★★★★ — Unit was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed was available. We'll be back for sure!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Beach Suites. It was small, but cozy. We experienced our first Tropical Storm and felt safe the entire time. We loved how close we were to the beach and restaurants. We are planning a trip in the future and thought we really didn't "need" a rental car because everything was so close. The little touches like beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc available were very appreciated.

Overall good.: We stay here for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay here. Its few mins walk to the beach and the neighborhood is nice

It was just ok.: My two kids and i stayed here, since it was right next to our friends who were staying at the Sandpearl. The property listed that it had a washer and dryer in the unit, so we had packed less items. This was not the case. No washer and dryer unless you paid extra for a laundry service. So that was totally misrepresented on VRBO. Second, the bathroom door was busted and falling apart, so we could not close the bathroom door during our stay. I emailed and called the rental company about this but they did not respond back. Nice. And lastly, and most importantly, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. HUGE cockroaches. Ive never seen such large roaches. It was terrifying and disgusting. We spent much time out of the room as it was most unpleasant. This place needs to be listed a little more accurately and priced accordingly for not actually having the amenities it stated in the listing, and for being unsanitary with roaches. We will never be back. My advice to people is to look elsewhere.

Loved the location!!! — This was our first time staying at Clearwater Beach Suites! The location was great!!! Walking distance to the beautiful beach and restaurants and shops! The pool area was clean and neat and very inviting after a day on the beach! Our condo was a bit dated. Very small bathroom. It was tidy but not as clean as we would have expected! We also had some uninvited guest show up at the pool. 12 Teenagers got in because they haven't changed the gate code in years (so we heard) They left and never came back! But I think the code should be changed! We met some very nice guest at the pool! I'm not sure I'd stay again in this condo 104 again but we may try another unit next year! The realtor we went through to book it were very helpful and professional!

Great Location! — Just steps to the beach and great dining options. Kids loved the pool. My wife and I enjoyed that the resort provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and a toy box full of beach toys for the kids. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location: Everything you need is right there. We will be back.

14 day stay — We called and went to Beloise and requested a parking pass by the pool and we were accommodated the next day. I think that is it. The beach was lovely, the pool was grand, the cleaners were helpful and friendly. the cleaner named Pam was especially kind and helpful. Oh, we had restful nights sleeping. Thank you for renting to us.

March month rental — Had a glitch with the lock code. Was pleased that the staff was able to get the lock working as soon as I called in. Housekeeping was excellent with service. Was able to swap out dirty linen without any troubles. Much appreciated since our stay was for a month. All staff was friendly, location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown, beach, and restaurants on beach. Look forward to our next stay.

Suite 104 — Great little spot, perfect location and very comfortable!

This is my 2nd time staying at Clearwater Beach Suites. The host is very responsive, rooms are clean and very cozy, and the location is PERFECT! The beach is just steps away and the walk to the pier is filled with lots of shops and dining. We will definitely be booking this place for our next return.
