Great location, and a peaceful, community vibe at the condos. Everything you need is within a 5-7min. walk. Highly recommended.

The location was close to beach and restaurant. We loved our stay and would recommend.

Walking distance to stores/shops,restaurants and beach! When we reached out to ask questions ,they were quick to respond! We loved the pool that had plenty of toys for our son to play with at the pool / beach! Also if ya forgot beach chairs or umbrellas they provide some that you can borrow! As for me and my family we would definitely recommend staying here! 10/10!

We truly enjoyed our stay and always had something to do or explore nearby. Everything we needed was within walking distance, and Publix was just a short drive away. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals during our stay. Our only wish was that the pool stayed open past sunset, but aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations. The property had everything we needed and made our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you for having us! Would love to come back!

This property will make your stay at Clearwater beach that much better! The location is the best around with great restaurants and shops in walking distance and the beach literally steps away from your door. The family loved the pool!!! Even with being in the middle of everything, we had no issues with noise or lights. They had so many amenities that helped make our time at the pool and the beach easy, convenient, and so much fun! The place itself was clean and up to date. The bed was a little rough to sleep on, but that might be a personal problem and not a big complaint overall. We will be looking to book this property whenever we come back to Clearwater!

It was a great location being within walking distance to the beach and other things to do. Wish we could’ve used the pool and beach more but the weather was too cold most of the days we were in town which was abnormal. Would stay here again however.

Weekend getaway — Great location. Steps from beach. Everything we needed for weekend except more beach towels (had to re use). Early check in was delayed by 30 min, only received code after calling for 1/2 hour.

The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking if you wanted to. The beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic, 1 block's walk to the beach. And a beautiful beach it was. Frenchy's right on the beach for eating. Very convenient. A short walk to all kinds of shops and restaurants. Great place to stay.

Work Remote: I went to Clearwater (From Tennessee) to have a work remote get-away. My only disappointment for Frenchy's was closed for remodel. Obviously not the property's problem. WONDERFUL unit. WONDERFUL location. I loved it!!!!

Weekend get away: I stayed with my 14 and 19 yr old daughters for a weekend get away. We live in Tampa. It was clean. Perfect bc it’s towards the end of the beach strip but just. Short walk to pier 60 where all the activity is; plus Frenchy’s is the perfect dining spot. The hotel is small, quiet, and perfect.

Nicely updated unit, small private pool and a few steps from Frenchy’s and the beach. Breakfast spots a short walk, shopping and anything else you might need within a short distance. Perfect location and only 12 or so units here.

Clearwater Beach Suites #105 — We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at unit 105. The proximity to the beach, walkable to many restaurants, shops and bars. The pool was very nice. The unit was clean and well maintained. (There was a handprint directly on the mirror as you enter the unit, that I am sure was just an oversight.). We had plenty of towels to get us through our stay. We will definitely look to stay here the next time we travel to Clearwater Beach.

Vacation Rental — I have rented these suites 5 times over the past 2 years. Every time it has been a great experience. Would recommend to anyone who is staying in the Clearwater Area!

Weekend Getaway — My wife and I stayed in suite 105 for a weekend getaway. The unit is nicely appointed with all the necessary amenities. What we liked most was the location! It is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Even though Clearwater Beach Suites is near all of the action you don't notice it, hedges around the pool offer privacy, we never heard traffic noise in our suite and even though there were guests in all of the adjacent suites, we did not hear people walking around or doors shutting like you would in a hotel. We will definitely be back!

Vacation — Great condo, we love how close to the beach the condo is! We have stayed at other condo's at Clearwater Beach suits. This one we will rent again! Only thing Is staying 10 days next year 2 weeks, we would love to have the bed sheets changed out and more than 6 towels.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! I would recommend to anyone coming to clearwater to book here, close walk to where everything is, beach literally steps away, gated off from everyone else which makes you feel safe and secure with your children. The place was roomy and looked exactly like the pictures. They even have beach chairs and toys you can use which was a huge PLUS. I know where we will be staying if we return to clearwater.

Good Vacay — My husband and I just need a quiet place away on a beach for a few days in the fall every year and this was a good experience. The place was very clean and updated. A little smaller than expected from pictures but suited just the 2 of us just fine. Only a few steps to the beach and downtown area. The only issue was that we had to "reset" the hot water heater out back to get any hot water in the shower. We tried to contact someone about it the first night but got no response. Bed seemed fairly old and not real comfortable. Parking was a bit confusing but we are pretty laid back and can walk from having to park down the street no problem. Overall I rent from this company again. Thanks!
