What a great place. Location is amazing as it is close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. the place is clean, comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. Definitely coming back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the very beginning the host was incredibly proactive and communicative, reaching out multiple times before our arrival, providing super clear instructions and helpful tips, and always responding almost immediately, even though we thankfully didn’t need much during our stay. The condo itself was adorable, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the provided beach towels, well-equipped kitchen, and the in-unit washer and dryer, which is such a valuable amenity for a beach stay. The beds were also very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days in the sun. The kids loved the community pool and it was so nice to have high-quality beach chairs and umbrellas available for guests. The location truly couldn’t be beat with the beach just steps away. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Clearwater Beach! Thank you so much!

Great place, perfect location.

The location was perfect and there were plenty of beach chairs available for use. The room was clean and as described. We received multiple automated emails with incorrect dates that caused some panic (your trip is in 10 days! when it was 3 days out) The check-in process was a bit frustrating as we did not receive the code until 5 mins prior to check-in time. There were also no available ice trays or an ice machine on site and the hosts suggestion was to purchase one and that we could leave it for the unit if we chose to. Otherwise the unit was nice and comfortable, it was secure, great location and clean!

The best kept secret in Clearwater — This our 4th consecutive year staying and I have nothing but raves. The proximity to the beach is the best feature, but the staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are impeccably clean. The instructions for check in and checkout are clear and concise, easy to understand.

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. The condo had everything you needed plus more. I highly recommend booking here.

Great location near the beach and cool little spots! Quiet pool area which is nice after coming from the busy beach and town. Condo was clean and nice!

We met with our friends for a one week stay in May. The condo made our stay in Clearwater Beach perfect. The unit was on the bottom floor, so it was rennovated after the hurricane in late 2024. The space was clean and the unit had all new appliances. The availability of the beach chairs and umbrellas really helped us enjoy our beach days great. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels for all four of us. We had an onsite parking permit, so it woked out well. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants and stores. There were just a few small changes that would make it even better. A few ice trays would be great, as we had to purchase ice. There were 2 instruction books that differed and we weren't sure which was correct. The twin bed room was difficult to get to the closet. It would be a lot easier if the doors were off the closet. Also the hot water took a long, long time to heat up. Overall we hope to be back tonthis hidden gem next year!

10 out of 10!!! — It was a beautiful place! Pool was clean and included everything we needed. A block from the beach is the perfect location. We really liked that it was a locked gate and door code was easy to remember. We will definitely come back here!

Great location

Our stay at Clearwater Beach Suites #106 was wonderful. The location is super. You are so close to the beach. We would book this unit again. One thing to be aware of is that although this unit comes with parking, most units have to use public street or lot parking, which can be hard to find on weekends. Condo was super clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bedrooms and closets were a good size. The living area and kitchen are a bit small. With four of us we were bumping into each other in the kitchen. I’m just noting that because the pictures make it appear bigger. There is a large washer and dryer which took a large load of towels when needed. Always had a nice hot shower. Pool area was super cute and we were always comfortable there. It was never too busy to sit and relax. Pool was heated to a very nice temperature. They provide a nice supply of beach chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach. Communication was very prompt and friendly.

Excellent stay, highly recommend! — We had a wonderful stay in Clearwater Beach. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Everything was well maintained and made for a very relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Its a great location, everything is walkable! Beach, bars, restaurants and stores are all close. Place was clean and the pool was great also.

Best location! Walk to Frenchy's and the Gulf! Walkable to other shops, stores, restaurants! Small, sweet, clean place with a heated pool. Responsive hosts. The home guide book was full of instructions AND all the areas amenities! Loved the location! Would definitely stay again!

Beach view was a few steps outside and around the corner. Great location with lots to do on the area. We just relaxed and had quite a few beach days. The beach is a few hundred yards away. Decent accommodations but great location. Would stay again.

★★★★★ — Adorable and very clean, cozy condo. The location is perfect. Washer and dryer in the condo was a game changer! Kitchen accessories need to be replenished\ updated but a minor detail. The only other issue was the connection to all of the televisions to the internet had to continuously be unplugged and rebooted. Not a game changer, just an annoyance. Still would not affect me coming back here. It was a wonderful little condo. Loved the decor. Love the fact that there were twin beds in the second bedroom. Couldn't ask for a better location. Great restaurants in walking distance. Would highly recommend this place and can't wait to book my next trip to this place and this specific condo!

The Best Spot in Clearwater — Perfect all the way around. Clean, Convenient, and Caring. The Staff was professional and helpful. The space was spotlessly clean and all amenities were in working order. So handy to have a washer/dryer. Just walk to the beach behind the building - literally. This place is a gem! We walked the whole time we stayed - coffee and ice cream next door. Many restaurants and shops in walking distance.

location can't be beat ... steps from the beach! unit was clean, had everything as described, and felt safe. there is some road noise in the mornings, but the location and unit far out weight the noise! would recommend!!

Hidden gem!: We had a great time! The place was clean and a stone’s throw from the beach. The town was bustling with it being high school spring break but when we were in the pool, you didn’t notice too much. It’s right on the edge of being super busy. The pool has locked access. I’d stay here again! I wasn’t sure how to find the property manager, even after reviewing everything.

Clearwater Beach suites 106 — GREAT location for a group of families that want to travel together but have their own suite without a large hotel atmosphere. The pool was perfect and got sun most of the day and enough chairs to lounge around. Location to the beach was about a block walk. We were there with a group of 10 families and had a wonderful stay.

This place was great location! Short waking distance to the beach, and restaurants. The pool was great, and most important cleanliness of the unit was good and a cold AC in our rooms.

Awesome spot in Clearwater Beach! It’s hard to get more beachfront than this set of condo units and the price was unbeatable compared to other beachfront options. Our unit was comfortable and effective for our stay - everything worked and we had exactly what we needed. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cute/comfortable spot in north Clearwater Beach!!

Amazing, I would like to stay more! Great location for beach lovers!!!

Location was great, property was as listed. Not having a washer/dryer for 6 ppl on a 7 day trip will prob keep us from reserving same unit next time. I would also suggest a loveseat for more comfortable seating in the living room, watching an afternoon movie or card game before bed was incredibly uncomfortable in those wood chairs. Other than that, check in was very easy and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place!!!! — Great place with great location! It worked perfect for us! I lived the fact they had chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. It was also with in close walking distance to pretty much everything we did. The beach out front was amazing. We even had a dolphin swim right by us and found sooooo many sea shells! Thank you we will be back!

The location is almost unbeatable. Steps from the beach, a block from main street restaurants and pubs and we had parking right in the lot beside the condo (which is included in the pricing). The building had great amenities as a whole as there were beach chairs and umbrellas available on a first come first serve basis. The pool area was clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. The condo was as advertised. It can accommodate 4 people comfortably, bathroom and kitchen are small, but expected as much. We had some self inflicted issues at check in, but had someone on site within 20mins to help get us back in. The check out time of 10am would be the biggest issue with the rental as a whole. We lucked out and got 11am as is shown in the additional rental details. There were cleaners waiting for us to leave the rental and the code to the door no longer works at the exact check out time, so be aware of this. Great location and would stay in this condo building again.

We had a great couple of days at this really nice location. The parking rules were a bit confusing and recommend a short video to walk future visitors the process.

Location!!! The vacation rental is in a perfect location. The space was well organized and a great fit for our family of 4. We loved how they provided towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys! Just a few minor inconveniences the chain lock on the door did not work, the overhead light in one of the bedrooms did not work and there was a dead insect in the bathroom towel. To be fair, we did not report any of these things to management for them to fix anything. The place was well kept and we would definitely stay here again.

Prom night — I stayed with my daughter and her friends during prom weekend. It was the best location and a very good price for 2 nights. Very clean and plenty of room.

Comfortable retro place to stay for a beach trip. 100 yards from the beach and tons of restaurants and shopping easily walkable. Nice pool. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available for guest use.

Another amazing stay — Perfect location for a great getaway!! This is the second time I have VRBO'd this property. The condo was nice and very clean. Only recommendation is to replace the two table chairs in the living room with a love seat or a more comfy arm chair. We were stuck inside most of our trip due to rainy weather, so it would be nice to have more comfy seating. Otherwise everything was amazing! I will absolutely be renting there again and highly recommend this place to anyone.

Clearwater reunion: Property was as advertised, it was clean and stocked with the basics and the location was just a block off beach. I could nitpic a few little things but they're not relevant to the overall experience, I'd have no issue recommending this vrbo to friends and family.

Great location!: Our condo at Clearwater Beach Suites was perfect! The property and location were prime for all the touristy stuff we wanted. The property is well maintained and better than the photos I viewed online. We would certainly book here again when we return to Clearwater.

Clearwater Beach Suites Room 106 — This condo is perfect! Just the right size for 4, close to the beach, has a great pool and was very clean! The only thing I would recommend for unit 106 is a full length mirror. I loved that there were beach chairs available for all of the units to share!!

Location cannot be beat. Place was very clean when we can checked in. Only complaints were the lack of washer and dryer and dishwasher and that the living room only had one couch and 2 uncomfortable chairs. We stayed here before in a different unit and this one seemed less up to date than the previous one. I appreciated that they supplied beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. Overall would stay here again, super convenient especially if you don’t have a car since everything is within walking distance!

Location is amazing for the price. Only two issues. The water heater was definitely broken, the shower was ice cold, and there was a dead cockroach when we checked in.

This place was great. It’s on the beach and beside an ice cream shop and a good restaurant. No need to drive anywhere when you stay here. This was our 2nd time staying here and will stay here more in the future.

Great place to stay for a beach get away — We just loved our stay! Close to the beach, wonderful pool and a cute little beach bungalow to stay in! So much to do within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to bring some towels as they only provided 2 bath towels and 4 beach towels the entire stay and also bring a couple garbage bags as you are only provided one bag.
