We absolutely loved our suite! Perfect size and in the perfect location with having two small kids! It was nice not having to load up to go to the beach or to eat every time they wanted to go!

★★★★★ — 7/14/2026 Communication with Sunny Orange Stays was excellent, the staff responded to texts immediately everything was explained and easy to follow instructions. Our suite was new and extremely clean, washer and dryer in the room was a plus. Beach towels, umbrellas, chairs furnished. Keypad entry to entrance and rooms are very convenient, no keys needed. The location was convenient to restaurants and very short walk to the beach. This was our 2nd time staying and we will definitely be booking again! Thanks for making our girls trip great again!

Very close to the beach. Restaurants nearby and more shops are very walkable. Unit itself was perfect for me and my daughters. Will be back!

Lovely cute beach home. Master room as said is cramped and a little noisy, it was more so in the morning for us when the tractors or whatever else was coming to and from the beach. The sofa bed wasn’t great there was 7 of us in total and we stayed two nights so two parties took turns on the sofa bed but was so uncomfortable and short for tall people ha! The bedding for the sofa bed also had a yoghurt stain or something on the sheet, I’m assuming it was yoghurt. Other than that the place was clean and airy, just what you think a beach hut would look like. Ideal for smaller groups but location is amazing.

The Best - Look No Further — Our family of 3 people had a great first time visit to Clearwater Beach, FL. Unit 107 exceeded all of our needs. The Keurig machine, the ice maker, steps from the beach, the pool, the beach towels/chairs, the shower with great water pressure, a hook for everything, proximity to fantastic food and drink, sunsets, endless amenities. You cannot go wrong with this resort and unit. We will go back to Clearwater Beach and we will stay at this resort again. Thanks for a great time!

All the people staying at this condo were amazing the staff was very friendly and helpful. My granddaughter left her baby’s cooler in the fridge and they got it for me. I greatly appreciated that kindness. Unit was very cute and cozy

Beautiful beach condo — Beautiful condo, super location so close to the beach, we had a super special stay with family. So many restaurants just steps from the Condo. Oh , and some of the most amazing sunsets.

Great Vacation Rental! — We enjoyed everything about our stay at Clearwater Suites. The location was excellent and the condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful family vacation rental — Perfect location steps from the beach! Our family enjoyed the nearby restaurants and easy access to and from the beach. The condo offers use of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas to use while accessing beach for the day which was extremely helpful. The washer and dryer was also a huge perk for families staying for the week. The condo is well kept and equipped with everything for a family to use, very clean, and having the pool to enjoy late evenings was wonderful. Our second stay at this condo and would definitely book again!

Quick walk to the beach — Loved this condo! It was steps from the beach, the strip & many restaurants so we never had to use a car! It was stocked with beach towels & any kind of dish or cooking item you could need. There were beach chairs by the pool that you could take down to the beach daily which was a big plus because we flew. Loved the cozy beach vibe in the clean & freshly renovated condo - would definitely stay here again!!

★★★★★ — It was an absolutely beautiful unit! It was recently done over because of the storms we had this past fall. Everything you need is in there. It is a perfect location on the beach near everything. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. Exactly what you see in the pictures is how it is in person . The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to put felt padding on the bottom of the kitchen chairs because the floor is beautiful and the chair scratch on the floor when you pull them out. It would be a shame to mess up a beautiful floor.

We were a little concerned about the timing of our trip after back to back hurricanes. The room was amazing. It was clean and basically looked like a new unit. We love staying here as this was our 3rd or 4th stay. Never a bad decision booking here!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per un paio di notti. Appartamento a due passi dalla spiaggia, molto comodo. Noi eravamo in 5 ed eravamo un po’ stretti ma per due notti ci andava più che bene.

For a first time being in Clearwater. Great place to stay. Enjoyed it with the family. Only thing I didn’t like was the pool wasn’t working. Should’ve been notified about that prior from me getting there. Besides that highly recommend

Condo was nice, clean and nicely decorated but small. Close to the beach and umbrella set up. Pool was nice and clean with plenty of chairs. Had free umbrellas and beach chairs to use which was really nice. We were lucky to get an on site parking pass which was convenient with a baby. My issue was the master. You can barely move around in there and the head of the bed sits next to the window which is on a very busy beach access street and next to Frenchy’s. On Friday and Saturday night it was horribly loud. Had to use a sound machine and ear plugs and even then could not sleep until after midnight. If you are out that late I guess you won’t mind but for us it was terrible. The master could also use some curtains as the street lights were so bright. We had a couple with a baby and they couldn’t use the master bedroom because of the noise and bright room. If you are a partier and stay up late, then I would recommend but for us, this wasn’t a good fit.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It is a wonderful location. As others guests noted, street noise was problematic in the master bedroom in the evening, but primarily on the weekend nights.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der Masterbedroom ist allerdings sehr laut und alles ist sehr sehr eng. Der Kopf des Bettes liegt am Fenster welches direkt an der Strasse ist. Zudem ist gleich nebenan das Haupttor der gesamten Unterkunft. Die Türe wird dauernd zugeschlagen, dies bis spät in die Nacht. Die Vermietungsgesellschaft hat sich auf unsere Reklamation hin bemüht, uns zumindest mit dem Preis etwas entgegen zu kommen. Die Eigentümerin hatte jedoch kein Gehör und wollte sich immer rechtfertigen. Wir finden, dass der Preis viel zu hoch angesetzt ist, dies aufgrund der Lärmemissionen, auch im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften. Zudem wurden in der Küche Basics wie Salz und Zucker bsp nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir sind etwas enttäuscht.

Nice stay: The picts is what get. The rooms are small but you arent there much! Literally Steps from beach. Plan if you have more than 1 car. There was a door in the master that led to the back of the building. I dont remember seeing that noted on the listing so good to know if that would freak you out. Overall nice stay.

Super cute place in the perfect location! We rented a car but it sat all weekend because we didn’t need it!! Very clean and plenty of room for our family of 4 (2 adults,2 teen girls). We will definitely be back as we come for sports tournaments often.

We loved it. It was a beautiful place and super close to the beach.

The condo we stayed in was beautiful and in a prime location. We did have some problems with noise and other people who live in the same condos. We had 7 people staying in ours and it was pretty tight. I would say this condo would be better for a family of 5 that doesn’t mind a busy night life.

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again!

Great spot next to the breach: This is a great little spot next to the beach and plenty of places to walk to. Would come back!

Overall great place to stay in Clearwater beach. The location can not be beat, you are 1/2 block to the beach/Frenchy's which is amazing. Also, this isn't mentioned in their description but there were tons of toys/chairs/umbrellas to use which was great because we were traveling from out of state. Pros: - Proximity to the beach - Interior is well decorated so you feel like you are at the beach - Kids loved the bunk beds - Pool for when you don't feel like being at the beach - Close to all Clearwater beach restaurants/bars Cons - Master is loud due to it sharing a wall with the sidewalk. A sound machine/white noise from your phone is a must - Pool area isn't the nicest. Don't get me wrong the kids loved it but the furniture is old and you are basically on the main Clearwater beach street so it isn't particularly relaxing

Had a wonderful time in Clearwater! The condo was clean, cute, and so incredibly close to the beach! Will definitely be staying here again! If you’re a light sleeper, a sound machine wouldn’t be a bad idea as the master bedroom wall is next to the street and sidewalk so conversations and street cleaning were easily heard! A great stay!!

Second time staying in a unit in this building. That was a big reason for coming back to Clearwater Beach and the location is perfect!

Clearwater Beach Suites — Well equipped unit that is walking distance to everything.

Excellent — Unit 107 was beautifully decorated and had all the items we could need. I was stopped several times by other renters telling me we rented the best unit. We were in town for our niece's wedding at the Sand Pearl so the location couldn't have been better. We stayed a few extra days and had a great time!

We had 7 in our group; our host Jennifer was awesome and very helpful! The loaction of the Airbnb was very convenient, especially being right next to the beach. The pool was a nice perk if you wanted a quick swim and not so crowded. If I were to make my way back down, I would be happy renting out the same place for another time.

Loved It! — We did wish the pool was open later than 9pm. Other than that, we had a great experience! Thank you!

Beautiful and Comfortable — This condo was perfect for our family (2 young kids/2 adults). Everything we could possibly need for our time in Clearwater, super clean and well decorated. Kitchen has everything we could need for our short vacation stay. Lots of soft and comfortable bedding available, and comfortable beds. Pool was clean and so warm! Bathroom was on the small side but worked perfectly for our purposes. 10/10 - we would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic stay and Jennifer was an amazing host. The unit was even better than pictured. We were a part of a wedding at the sandpearl and this unit was closer to the festivities than if we had actually stayed in the hotel. It’s a perfect location. Highly recommend
