Great place to stay and location

Absolutely perfect. Steps to the beach. Short distance to dozens of restaurants and coffee places. Easy check in. CLEAN. the beds are comfortable. The pillows are comfortable. They even have soft/fuzzy blankets!! 2 adults and our teen kids had plenty of space to spread out and have storage. Would 100% book again!!

We rented two units at Clearwater Beach Suites. Both were very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. There is plenty to do in walking distance for adults and kids.

Our stay was wonderful! Very close walk to things downtown and to the beach! The best of both worlds! We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided for our use! Everything was clean and pristine! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was charming and in a fantastic location—within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was proactive and checked in to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was clean and as pictured. It was modern and comfortable and there was enough room for our family of four with two teenagers (although there is only one bathroom). It’s in a great location with a one minute walk to the beach with everything in walking distance.

This place is a hidden gem and I am so glad we found it! The pictures are just as what the place looks like. We stayed in the two bedroom and it was so nice inside. You are just steps away from the Main Street and everything is walking distance so you don’t even have to drive. We walked everywhere and they have great restaurants, the restaurant right next to our place is right on the beach and had great food and drinks and we sat outside of it and watch the sunset on night it was stunning! They also offer beach chairs and umbrellas for you to take to the beach , the pool was nice and clean the pool chairs were nice and they even had pool toys for the kids. It was a gated community that you were in . We will definitely stay here again if we come back to clear water beach.

The condo is in a great location right next door to the Sandpearl resort. A shot walk to the beach, several restaurants are very close by. The condo is fairly well appointed and decorated. This 2 bedroom condo is great for a family with children. We stayed in unit 201 which is located upstairs. The only negative about this particular unit is the stairs a narrow. The stairs make it tough to take your beach gear and strollers up and down the stairs. All in all a great stay and great location, we would definitely stay again.

Awesome visit! — This was my first time in Clearwater. This place was recommended to me by my broker. It is the perfect location and the perfect stay. I loved all the amenities including the pool and washer/dryer. The bed is SO comfortable. We will definitely stay here every visit!

Another Amazing Visit to CWBS!!! — This is our 3rd stay at Clearwater Beach Suites in Unit 201. The unit is always clean, check in is seamless and the location could not be more perfect. We were expecting to see some remnants of the hurricanes that came through last fall but the property looked fabulous as always. The pool and deck are very well kept. Staff was busy every morning cleaning the pool, deck and outside of the units. Love that the dehumidifier was added. The ac always keeps everything nice and cool. We will be back next year!

Awesome Trip — I love coming here every year, its a convenient location for us and the room is always clean & we really appreciate the beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use!

Perfect location — The location is perfect if you plan on spending a lot of time on the beach. The unit was very clean and quiet for the most part, minus the noise from vehicles racing on Mandalay at night. I do wish the unit had frying pans to use as cooking with what was there was almost impossible causing us to eat out more than we anticipated. The biggest issue was parking if you arrive on the weekend like we did. Took us forever to find a spot. Be prepared not to have beach chairs available to you or if they are, they could be broken. There are chairs and umbrellas to rent for the day which we ratcheted. However, one day we went out and they never opened so we were stuck with broken chairs and umbrellas. If I was in my 20s, i would've probably enjoyed this place more, but I think we'd rather stay at a resort if we ever go back again.

5 Stars – Amazing Girls Weekend Getaway! We had an incredible stay at this Clearwater condo for our girls weekend! The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the beach with warm, crystal-clear water and a perfect ocean breeze. The condo itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed, including a full kitchen, beach towels, and access to community beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was a great bonus, and we felt very safe in the locked community. We loved being able to walk to so many fantastic restaurants and enjoyed every minute of our stay. While communication via the Airbnb app and email was a bit slow, and the parking instructions were overly detailed but still a bit confusing for our group of five, those were minor issues in the big picture. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun beach getaway. We’d definitely come back!

Wonderful place!!! — This is a gem of a place! Really comfortable for 3-4 people. The location is fabulous. Grab this one!! But they are all great. I've stayed 2 times and will again!!! Pool is nice! Shower is great.

Our stay was great! Our host was very responsive and flexible. We were able go secure early check-in, but when our flight was delayed 3 hours, they proactively arranged for a refund for us. That, to me, is going above and beyond! It was something completely out of their control, and no fault of theirs, but they opted to do the nice thing. The location was perfect, it was walking distance to all of the shops, the beach, restaurants, etc. There is also a trolly stop right across the street so we were able to travel further. The pool was warm even though we had a very cold stretch of weather, so the ocean was definitely out as an option. Everything looked exactly as pictured and was an adorable place to stay. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back when the weather is a little better!

Great location! Walkable to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. We were in town for a wedding and a lot of the festivities were held at the sandpearl resort, which was right next door and made it very convenient. The pool outside of the condo was nice and it had beach chairs and umbrellas available for the beach. Would stay again!

Very convenient location to enjoy the beach. The property was very clean. The parking was a little confusing at 1st but once easy once you figure out exactly where to be.

Place was really nice, wallking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and well equiped kitchen. Definitely going back next summer.

Great condo and location: Condo was clean, location great. Appreciated having the hose to get the sand off and the chairs and umbrellas were a nice extra. The pool was a big reason we rented here so it was a huge disappointment that it was closed. The front door lock stopped working the last night so we had to sleep with the door open because the lock was stuck out. There was a broken shelf on door in refrigerator. Not a big deal but it was like that when we entered. 2nd big disappointment was the bedding for the pull out couch which was in the closet smelled so strongly of urine when we opened the bag it was stored in. We pulled out pillows and blanket and the urine smell was so strong we couldn’t use them. I would rent here again if I knew these issues wouldn’t happen again. We really did enjoy the location.

Nice place but parking was an issue.: We love the location and the room this time was excellent. The pool was nice and the beach is just a short walk away. We had 2 cars and had to pay 100 for one vehicle a block anway and the other car we received a free parking pass but it was not left in the room when we got there. I called and spoke with someone m, they said that they would take care of it, but I never received a call back. I called them an hour later and they said the housekeeper should have sent it over and they would call again to make sure it was taken care of. It took almost 2 hours before we could park the other car.

Our favorite! This was our second time to this property (first in this 2 bedroom unit) and it is absolutely perfect for our family. I love the coded gates and the location is great to walk everywhere. Beautifully decorated condo had everything we needed. Our original door code didn’t work but the host was very responsive and fixed it quickly! We cannot recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to come back!

I started out this search because I did not want to be in the big overcrowded 25 story tall hotels on the water, I wanted something smaller, a private peaceful property with a little kitchen and in unit laundry with a pool, this place was the perfect match for that. An added perk is the onsite parking if you have a vehicle. We had a great experience in Clearwater Beach.

Kelly family — We loved the location. Traveled with friends and our toddler aged daughter. The unit was clean, everything you could possibly want was available. In fact we could have saved ourselves a few extra checked suitcases if we would have done our research. It was quiet, every other tenant was respectful. The pool was lovely and clean every morning. It was a safe environment for our toddler, every area is gated. We will absolutely be returning

Girls Trip — Great location, less than 5 minute walk to the beach and 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, CVS and other shops. We didn't use the pool but there were umbrellas and beach chairs that you could take with you to the beach that we used. Rental was clean. Had 2 bedrooms (one with large bed and other with 2 twins) and a pull out couch (full size). Kitchen had many kitchen supplies if you would like to cook (we didn't). Overall, great trip!!

Great accommodations! — This was our 5th time staying at Clearwater Beach Suites. We love the location. Unit 201 was amazing. Super clean. Roomy. Comfortable. Quiet. We will definitely be back.

It was perfect for a family of 4. Pool area was nice and having beach chairs and umbrellas available was an added bonus. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat. We are hoping to return next year and for years to come. It's our new favorite.

Awesome place! Right by the water — I had a great stay here. It's right by the beach and Frenchy's resturant. The condo is very nice inside and well kept up with. The office is very responsive and friendly. It's walking distance to all the bars and shops. Pool was nice and clean but a little cold but in February I'm sure that's to be expected anywhere. I'd definitely stay here again!

Clearwater's best kept Secret! — This is actually our second stay here. First was in June and now September. My wife and daughter love this location. For a 1 year old baby to be able to wave to all the pedestrians walking by, and then literally steps away from Frenchy's Rockaway grille and the beach you can't beat the value. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Roku TV a nice added feature. We like it so much we are looking at units for sale!

Weekend fun: The property was perfect and the photos were accurate. It was actually closer to the beach than i realized. The location in general was great. No complaints at all.

Clearwater Beach Resorts: Wonderful apartment with easy walking distance to the beautiful beach. The included washer and dryer are very helpful when at the beach since we needed to wash towels more often than usual. We arrived after hours and the code to open the apartment door did not work. After contacting the emergency number, they were able to reset the code remotely. Overall, a great stay and walking distance to everything in town.

Best Vacation Ever! — We had the best time in Clearwater! This was our first time in the area and we will definitely be back & we will be staying at the Clearwater Beach Suites again! It was the perfect set up for our family of 5. It has a perfect location. A short walk to everything! To the beach, local restaurants & shops. The pool was perfect for our girls and we could even watch them from the room. Everything was easy about check in and check out and the room was very clean upon arrival. Condo had many beach and pool toys for the kids to play with that came in handy. I would highly recommend the condo. It's definitely a hidden gem in Clearwater and I'm so glad we found it!

Easy walk to the beach and Pier 60. Great restaurants within walking distance too. It was helpful that they offered us a place to keep our bags before check in since we arrived early morning. Would definitely recommend for a great spot in North Clearwater Beach area and hope to stay again soon!

Walking distance to everything!: I visited this same line of suites back in 2018. I loved it so much I wanted to bring my fiancé and our two kids this spring. One had never seen the beach so this was the perfect location since it’s sooo close! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, the pier, and of course the beach! Clean room and clean pool! Ran into a problem initially with the key pad but that was resolved quickly with one phone call and two follow up texts ensuring it was working fine. Great staff! Clearwater Beach Suites is a must stay for any stage of life!

Great condo — We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was nicely decorated and very close to the beach! It was a short walk to Pier 60. There were plenty of restaurants close by. It was well stocked and had a full kitchen. The grandkids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Great location and pool. Plenty of beach gear available. Staff was responsive. Appreciate starter amenities. Washer and dryer worked great. Was chilly our first night and thermostat did not rise above 63. Could use some updates but pleasurable stay.

Location, Location, Location: Seriously just steps from the beach and the room was perfect!!! Cute beach decor and super comfortable. Perfect location to get a nice daily walk in down the main strip with all the little shops ☺️
