Coastal Breeze

This beach house was large enough for us all to have our own space. Very clean and welcoming! It was a short walk down to the beach, the beach was very private and not overly crowded at all. It was an excellent house for our families during our Florida vacation visit. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, comfortable home. We really appreciated the amount of space, fully functional kitchen and ability to control air conditioning in the bedrooms. This is a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to a clean public beach. We also had plenty of parking for our 3 large family vehicles. make sure to bring additional toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags if you have a large group.

This house is so cute! We stayed with 8 girls for a bachelorette, it was perfect size and we had plenty of room for sleeping and getting ready each day. Location is really close to the beach, probably a 3 minute easy walk! Only con is the house had no basic cleaning supplies (dish sponge, dish soap, extra trash bags). We also only had the one paper towel roll and I think maybe 1 extra roll of toilet paper. As long as you know this going in, this house is totally worth it! I also think the pictures don’t do it justice, it’s much larger than it looks! I would definetly stay here again if I came back with a group!

My family of 6 absolutely loved our stay here! We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and well appointed the home is. Everything is even nicer than the photos- So nice that we added on an extra night. Walking to the beach was a breeze, even with a toddler and an infant. & The location on North beach is so much less crowded than the main part of Clearwater. Plus, we saw dolphins every day! The screened in pool was perfect and had lots of fun floats for the kids. We also appreciated the home being pet friendly! We were sad to leave and definitely would stay here again. Thanks for a great trip!

We felt right at home! Comfy, clean and just a few minutes walk to the beach. House was bigger than expected and pool was big enough for our family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location of this house is amazing! You can walk to the quieter beaches in Clearwater and get away from the hustle and bustle! Having the pool was awesome. We had plenty of space! The description said that it didn’t come with any beach chairs or beach toys but actually we had everything we needed when we got there! This place is rented out by an agency so it’s not as personal as if you’re staying in someone’s home, but everything went smoothly and the house was as described!

We were so pleased with our stay! I am surprised this rental was available for our last minute trip but I am so glad it was. The home is updated and had plenty of space for our family. 4 bedrooms and it actually has 3 bathrooms which as surprising because the listing mentioned 2. Everything was nice and clean upon arrival. Neighborhood has sidewalks which was nice for our morning walks, the main area of Clearwater is about a mile away so easy access on foot if you don't rent a car. Area felt safe, neighborhood was stunning. Other than the obvious offerings shown in photos; there were plenty of beach towels and bath towels, if you are staying for an extended period then you will need laundry detergent. Washer and dryer worked well and were convenient. Plenty of dishes, everything we needed for our stay, coffee pot, dishwasher (take extra pods). The pool was our favorite spot, screen keeps everything out and the heater was enjoyable even in march. I would absolutely return to this cutie house in Clearwater.

The only issue we had was there was no starter for the place. No dish soap, no dishwashing pods, and no washer detergents. Also we were only left with the 1 trash bag. How can you expect 6 adults to only use 1 trash bag, no cleaning supplies, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We left plenty hopefully for the next gusts.

The house was fantastic and just as previously stated; larger than it appears. We frequent North Clearwater Beach and were excited to find a house available for our stay. A huge perk was the pool! It should be better noted that the advertised heated pool costs extra to actually heat. If you’re not staying in summer, this is necessary. Regardless, the house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great House! — Great house. Fully updated. Great location!

Spacious and even bigger than it looks in the photos. Very clean upon arrival, with fresh towels, beach towels, and plenty of pool equipment. The heated pool was wonderful and easily accessible (event for wheelchairs even tho it isn’t promoted as such. Only one small bump to get in via side door and one small 1-2 inch lip from kitchen to living room). Check-in was simple, and the property is easy to find. Great location—close to everything yet private enough to feel like your own retreat. I WILL BE RENTING AGAIN

Great Stay for a Family Beach Vacation — This home was wonderful! It was immediately apparent that the property had been updated, so the entire house was very nice. It was also clean. Every room and space was thoroughly clean upon our arrival. Communication from FVRCO was helpful and correct. No issues getting access to the house. Plenty of towels, washcloths, and beach towels. The pool was great! It was cleaned the first day we arrived. Somewhat shaded, especially in the afternoons. The house was a very short and easy walk to the beach. This house is located in the north residential area of Clearwater Beach. The beach is not crowded in this area. Perfect for families and kids. If you don't mind the walk, it is also perfectly walkable down towards the restaurants and shops as well. Overall, this was a great property and we will consider staying her again.

This place is very nice and deceivingly roomier than the photos show. The walk to the beach is quite short, maybe just a block and a half. You need to bring your own beach chairs, wagon, tent, etc.

Great house near the beach — We had a fabulous time with our kids and the grand parents. Everything inside the house was brand new. Everyone loved the outdoor pool especially in the afternoons. The beach is an easy walk even for young and old people. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location: Beautiful little house minutes away from the beach.

Perfection: The property was amazing! In a nice neighborhood literally 2 block from beach access. Also 3 minute drive to shopping! The house was recently renovated and in pristine condition. The beds were comfortable had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was chilly but we did go first week of April. We loved every minute of it! i had 4 teenagers with me and they never got bored!

Pool and Steps to the Beach: Very spacious house so close to the beach, excellent for our family gathering! We enjoyed the pool, the pool deck could use some refreshing. Plenty of beds and bathrooms but walls a bit thin between 2 front bedrooms! Overall great place.

★★★★: Air conditioning is ok at best. Did not have internet for most of the week along with tv. There is no vacuum or a mop. We found a broom outside to use Pool is nice. Other than the mold around the perimeter of the room. And spiderwebs in all the corners. In my opinion I payed way too much money for the week! But it did the job.

We had a group of five. Parents and three teen daughters. The set up was perfect! Everyone had plenty of space to relax and recharge. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. We used one of the beach umbrella’s and went to pick up a couple beach chairs. One review I read stated they had chairs, but the listing did not state that so it was understandable when we had to purchase them. We rented a car so we ended up driving down to restaurants and the marina. The parking fees aren’t bad if you find the right places. Overall it was a perfect getaway for our family.

Great Family Stay! — Perfect stay for the family. The house is close walking distance to the beach and the pool provides a nice alternative. I like the location, as it is close enough to the restaurants and shops for easy access, yet the beach is in an area much less crowded & noisy. Good value.

The house is nicer than the pictures! Pool was great! We had an issue with the AC but it was fixed in an hour. Such a short walk to a peaceful part of the beach. We had a great time!

Location was very nice. I would even say nicer than the pictures in person. Only downsides were only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, with an extended stay this could get dangerous. Also the stay had a mandatory policy preventing the A/C being set no lower than 75F. This meant for some pretty warm conditions in the Florida heat. Everything else other than these two issues was great. Enjoyed the stay, nice beds, plenty of room, and quiet/calm pool area to hangout with a small group.

I would give it 5 stars but the grill did not work, and there were some dishes in the cabinets that were kept dirty and others in the dishwasher that were not washed, the house is literally 4 minutes walking to the beach and we had a good time thanks

Great house and area: We really enjoyed staying near the beach and the quiet end of Clearwater Beach. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool as well. We appreciated having someone come by to take out the trash bins on trash day!

Family travel for memorial service: The property was large enough to accommodate our family. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The property served our purpose.

★★★★ Clearwater Beach Getaway — This house pretty much satisfied our needs for a beach getaway. Lots of space and seating in the living and dining areas. The kitchen was well stocked. Beach towels were supplied. The pool was great after spending time at the beach and was actually bigger than we thought from the pictures. Lots of TVs (but couldn't get the TV in the 2nd master bedroom to work (got error code)). The space in all of the bedrooms was small, but adequate. The master bedroom was in the back. The room itself had space with a large walk-in closet, but the bathroom was tiny, very dated, and the shower was as big as an old phone booth. The bed was very soft which forced me to sleep on the sofa.

Great property/ great neighborhood: Wonderful house that met all our needs! 3 minute walk to the beach, lovely neighborhood and plenty of parking for our cars in the driveway. Looking forward to another stay.

Great family getaway — We had a wonderful stay!! We were four adults (including elderly parents) and two kids and this was very spacious. Loved that it was dog friendly, beds were big and comfortable, very clean, nice layout/setup. My dad and stepmom had their own private space in the back bedroom. Nice well equipped kitchen, though it could use some large bowls. The pool is small but perfect for my kids, and new floats and noodles were included. We liked that it wasn't super chlorinated (saltwater?) but still clean. Beach is a short easy walk away and there were chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels provided by this rental. We thought Clearwater was a bit less family oriented than we realized - parking was nearly impossible when we were there in late June, so we spent most of our time at the pool or beach. But we enjoyed the aquarium.

We enjoyed our recent stay at here! House was spacious, neighborhood was quiet and it was a quick walk to the beach. This house also has extra beach towels, chairs & umbrellas which was appreciated as well as a washer and dryer (located outside by the pool).

Close to beautiful beach: The house met all our expectations. We loved the cleanliness, the pool and the layout. Get friends get together! It would have been nice to have a written instruction sheet detailing about trash, where washer and dryer ( It was hidden outside in a cabinet in the pool area) was, etc. all the was sent in a generic email.

Easter vacation: A great place to hang with family for a couple of days.

Our family had an amazing vacay at this home! Tons of towels, lots of bedding and a great layout. But most importantly a quick walk to beautiful Clearwater Beach!

The house is even better than pictured! As others mentioned, the layout is hard to figure out from the photos but it is really nice. We had 2 kids and 5 adults which fit comfortably. The beach is a very short walk to a residential end of the beach which means not many people around. There was a beach cart with 4 chairs, umbrella, soft cooler bag, plus lots of pool/beach towels. We used the propane grill for dinner 2 nights. There is a Publix just 2 miles away to stock up, close to the Aquarium which was a hit with our kids. Our first trip to Clearwater was wonderful in part thanks to this house!

Great Place - Close to the Beach: Overall great experience. Great home with everything you need. Only a quick 5 min walk to the beach. Bars and restraunts are also within walking distance. Ride shares are available for anything beyond walking.

We would stay again! — The house was just fine for my family. I thought there were three beds in the room with the bunk beds, but the trundle mattress was missing. Thank god there was a pack in play. It worked out perfect. The pool is smaller than the pictures suggest. If you stay at this property make sure you stop at the store to grab dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent because there is none on site. Overall this was a great place for my family. Close to the beach, a little out of town, and a low traffic street. If we went back to Clearwater, we would stay again.
