This property was perfect for our stay! It was clean, exactly as portrayed on the listing and all the basics were included. A quiet stretch of the beach just steps away and food and things to do nearby. Would definitely book again.

Perfect location for a beach vacation! Able to walk to the beach and easily come back for lunch instead of packing it all to the beach. Helpful info: There's an orange cone to indicate where to park. We didn't see it initially. It's on the left side by the bushes. There was a book left in the drawer under the tv with the puzzles-In the Likely Event...highly recommend if you like romance novels (and other renters leave it there).

Check in was simple and easy. The house was practically on the beach with everything you’d need for a fun beach day. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was extremely clean. The area was quiet and peaceful. Would stay again and I’d recommend this place to others.

We had a great stay! The space was perfect for us. We had the best time! Our part of the beach was much quieter and less crowded which we loved! Short walk to an ice cream shop the kids enjoyed and a dock across the street. The 3 bathrooms were perfect, even with all the people we had showering there was no issue at all with hot water which was a great surprise! The short check-out list was also refreshing and so nice. Would recommend and stay again!

Great location with just a short walk to the beach! Our group really appreciated having an en suite bathroom attached to every bedroom.

Everything about our stay was great! We especially loved that beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and small cooler were provided.

The location could not be better! There was direct access to pristine Beach – the water was so warm everyone took a dip! Beach toys for the kids and a tent for the Baby, plus chairs for the adults made it easy for everyone to enjoy. The unit had everything you need to settle in and cook as well. If you prefer, there are lots of nice restaurants and activities both walking and driving distance. We enjoyed the Clearwater aquarium and feeding alligators at the nearby mini golf.

Awesome beach house !! Pictures were accurate. Literally 50 steps to the beach. Very clean. Everything you needed while staying. Had some each chairs to use !! Beds comfy. I will love to stay here again. Can walk to beach shops and ice cream. Coffee and putt putt close by. Also a short drive to Clearwater and Johns pass. This location is awesome. Private beach 10 out of 10

The ocean was just a short walkway away. The beach was beautiful, not at all crowded. The home was clean and as advertised.

We enjoyed everything about it. The owners were very friendly and the house was perfect. Walked straight out to the beach. Enjoyed every second of it.

We loved everything about this Indian Shores beach home! The location right on the beach was perfect, you can’t beat stepping straight onto the sand. The house was spotless and so comfortable. Having three bathrooms was a huge plus and made everything so convenient. We had such a relaxing stay and would definitely come back!

Perfect space for our group of 5! Proximity to the beach, second to none

Our group enjoyed everything about the Coastal Dream Beach House!!! The host suggested that we should see the beautiful sunset...which was just a minute walk from the guesthouse through the host's yard. The sunset was gorgeous! The guesthouse was immaculate and nicely decorated.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful and full of many extras. We had a last minute wedding on the beach just in front of the house!!!

The 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin-style was clean, very easy 2 minute walk to the beach, had cold AC yo escape the humidity, and was quiet.

Perfect!: Perfect location, steps away from the beach. Easy beach access. Owner in large house next door was very friendly and accommodating. Would love to come back!

Perfect get away: I was for the first time was able to take my kids on vacation, it was bittersweet due to why i could afford it. However this is an area ive been able to travel too with friends throughout the years. This home didnt disappointe. I will absolutely look forward to staying here again, whether it be with my children or friends! I truly cant thank the owners enough!

Spring Break: Booked for a long weekend for spring break with the family. Location and area were great. Everything in the property looked brand new. The property was exactly as advertised. Communication with the property management group was good. Access to the beach was perfect. Would stay there again.

Best little retreat — What a perfect little vacation home for our family. Even with the most recent hurricanes and damage to the local area they truly made this vacation home a home away from home. The owner of the larger home on the premises was still having repair work done and they truly tried to make sure it didn't interfere with our vacation even though they had gone through what they did. I cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you so much for letting our family have their very first vacation this far away from home it truly was amazing every little detail was perfect.

Spring Vacation for 4: Everything was perfect! From check in to check out.....great location. Up to date facilities....kitchen had everything you would need and anything forgotten at home was found available in the house. Kitchen accessories -toaster, blenders etc were all available. Beach chairs were also available along with a wonderful grill for grilling ! Very clean and up to date. Highly recommend this location! Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice stay: Overall we had a nice stay. It was nice being so close to the beach and having three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. However the place was very dirty when we arrived and there was very limited cleaning supplies and supplies in general. The floor was black when we would wipe something up. We ended up just wiping the entire floor with rags to get the grime off. There were dead roaches everywhere. There is no large table for eating. The beach access pathway was not maintained and very overgrown and uneven. Also there was a glass coffee and side tables in the living room which was a little scary with small kids because it was not sturdy. Again we enjoyed our stay but will likely not stay here again.

Good and bad — The house was overall good. However the kitchen was lacking basics. For a sleeps six, only had three coffee cups, no frying pan except the cheapest gunked up one. Had to buy one and leave it there. You're welcome. Constant construction in the house behind us. Driveway full of cars and many k turns just to find a way out. Had to walk by the construction house wondering if something would fall on our head. Then the path was a jungle to work through to get to beach. Beach was gorgeous and overall nice to be that close. So in the end, house was good except the kitchen. Location good but wear a hard hat.

Cozy Stay! — Really enjoyed our time at Coastal Dream Beach House! My family and I stayed at this little beach bungalow for our annual family vacation. Pros included proximity to gorgeous, clean beach, walkable distance to some ice cream shops, local park/gardens area (and very drivable to everything else), easy check in/check out process. The house itself is a little older with appropriate updates. Three bathrooms was a HUGE plus for a family with several kids + adults. The kitchen is a little light on the utensils/dishes but easily supplemented. Also had to bring some additional trash bags (shout out to previous reviews)since they only provide one for your stay. Biggest con to the house was that renovations were occurring at the main house on property, so we were constantly having to shuffle around cars with the parking situation. The crew were very nice about moving cars in/out when possible, just was inconvenient and wasn't given a heads up from the rental company. Only other concern was that 1) the property address was not listed anywhere, and had to request it to be sent 2) check in instructions were not sent until I called after the official check in time of 4:00pm. Very small bumps in the experience, overall would rent again in the future.

Coastal dream house — Beautiful location! The beds all need to be replaced. The couch and chair need to be replaced too. Easy beach access.

Loving Indian Shores: This is my second time within the past 30 days of being at this property. I continue to enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of the location. The accommodations were top notch, as usual.

Long weekend: Had a great time, property was lovely!

Great location, needs some updating: The location is 5 stars all the way through. Biggest perk. The downside is that the house is dated and in dire need of updating. The kitchen is very sparsely appointed, we had to go and buy a pot to cook in when we arrived. It could have also been much cleaner when we arrived. We made the best of it, picked up a broom and a mop and after a quick once over it was ready for us. I believe it just changed hands in Nov 2023 so hopefully the new owners will do all the updating needed. Again, it’s an amazing location but it needs some love.

★★★★★ — Such a cute little place. The best think was each bedroom room has its on full bath. It was lacking enough silverware and glassware to accommodate the number of guests it will hold. Great location.

Spacious and comfortable for 4 adults — Cute, clean cottage with owner on property, which we did like. Three bedrooms with separate baths was great for the two of us and our two adult children. Wasn't sure if we could use the hot tub, but didn't ask so we did not use it. Otherwise the beach is close by and very clean and pleasant. Utensils fell short for the four of us but most everything else we needed was there. All in all it was sufficient for the needs of a short family get away.

Covered: Our stay was great, the guest house was clean but worn, as expected in a rental, everything worked, just need to get a new frying skillet. The only deception was the pics of the beach chairs and umbrellas, removed the pics if not with agreement, the umbrellas are all broken, that’s my only complaint. The tree coverage was perfect kept the house cool.

Nice cottage at beach: Overall cute cottage and right at beach. Access to beach is through courtyard area of main house with owners sitting right there on patio on many occasions. Sprinkling system early limits access if wanting to be at beach for early morning. Be sure to bring garbage bags as there was only one available for a 2 1/2 day stay. Cottage is comfortable. Parking was tight with 2 cars- parking in owners driveway between 2 cones but manageable. The rental company is very responsive and nice.

Great house on beach: House was adequate for our needs. Air conditioning was excellent, beds and bedding were very comfortable. Only downside is that the exterior fits l doors open out for some reason, so you can't use any kind of standard door stop security devices.

Great spot — What a great spot.

Paint, cleaner: Beautiful place if showers were updated and back door lock was repkaced. Reasonably priced and great location. Love the privacy, especially at the beach. Would love to come back.

Comfortable beach getaway — This was a 4-girlfriends’ getaway retreat. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. It would have been nice to have a small dinette table for meals and playing games/cards. The place was very tidy and clean.

Great location: Location was great! Very laid back beach away from the crowded beaches of clearwater. We would definitely stay again.

Girls Weekend at the Beach: This house was the perfect size for 3 adults: 3 private ensuite bedrooms, a comfortable living/kitchen space and most importantly, quick and easy access to the beach! The description of the property was accurate and kitchen amenities were just enough to get by for a short few days. The A/C was a different temperature in each bedroom but like the 3 bears, one wanted it very cold, one of us wanted it cool and I loved my bedroom where the A/C was very little. Perhaps a function of the layout of the vents, we weren't sure, but it worked for us. Owners were very accommodating but the property manager difficult to get quick answers---they said use email but then they answered with VRBO, so we did get all our questions answered like parking and code to enter so no complaints. It's a great house for an adult or small family get-away.

Sufficient for a good time: Old property with nice updates. Great washer/dryer. Location was excellent. Had some ants in the kitchen most of the stay.

Great location !: This was a great house for myself and a few friends for a girls getaway ! It was calm quiet and peaceful on the beach yet close enough to area restaurants and conveniences.

Nice Location — Cute cottage with great beach access and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Could use some updated pots & pans and utensils.

Winter Get Away: Great property and a great location. Very close to the beach and great places to eat and fun little bars.

Family Holiday Getaway: We had a lovely time staying at this house. The location was perfect right on the beach with pizza, ice cream, shopping, and activities all very close. The kitchen is a little sparse and in need of a few more dishes and cookware. The home itself was spacious enough for our family with 3 bedrooms and a relaxing living room area. When we struggled to figure out a few things in the house, the owner was quick to stop by and check on us. Overall would recommend.

Cozy 7clean — We enjoyed our stay. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away as well as several good restaurants. Beds were extremely comfortable & everything super clean. Only couple of comments: the shower head in the back bathroom needs to be fixed, the Keurig needs repair/replace as it did not work, & need more than one trash bag for garbage.

Eay access to beach: Only problem was weather... which we made the best if our time there.

Great Thanksgiving stay!: This house was great! We had 5 adults and there was enough room for everyone. The private walkway to the beach was amazing and the house was located close to a lot of great restaurants. We throughly enjoyed our stay and this property made our thanksgiving celebrations even better!

Mother Daughter Vacation: The house was beautiful. The beach was fantastic. Just wish we could have enjoyed our whole vacation but unfortunately it was interrupted by hurricane Ian.

Beautiful Cottage — Beautiful cottage with great beach access. There were even some chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys for us to use. Just a short drive to Clearwater Beach for shopping and eating and cool little coffee shop just south a little ways.
