Great place to gather as a large family!

The kitchen and cabana/pool area were amazing. All of the beds were comfortable and 5 were king sized, one queen. The rooms were a tight squeeze with the big beds, and the bathrooms were small but we weren’t inside very long. We stayed in the pool, outside in the cabana or at the beach, which was less than half a block away! Great location. Friendly owners. Would stay here again.

We LOVED the location...so close to the beach which was beautiful and not crowded. The pool and backyard area were fantastic and was great for our large group! The house says it sleeps 18 but it doesn't...sleeps 12 comfortably and 16 people with 2 couches pulled out. If you stay here, there are no extras like most Air b&b's we've stayed in...no spices, cleaners, trash bags, 1 dishwasher pod for 5 days. Also 1 dryer didn't work, shower in queen room leaked and shower door didn't close. It's a great house and we had a wonderful time...just need a few things addressed.

Very clean, so close to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved the pool area and outdoor space. Although four of the bedrooms have king-size beds, which is a plus, the rooms are very small and there's not really any place to put your luggage. The outdoor living space and kitchen are great for groups and entertaining, but the living room was on the smaller side for a group of 10 people. Nothing extra for the price. Bring your own paper products, soaps, etc if you're a large group. Ridiculous early arrival and late departure prices.

Overall the experience was amazing, the outdoor area and pool were fantastic. They said the beach was a two minute walk away which is not true, it is closer to 30 seconds. The price was reasonable and I would absolutely recommend staying here

We booked this house for the location and it was worth it! Walkable to the beach which was great. And we finally figured out how to use the trolley on the last day to go down to the main area with all the restaurants and bars. Otherwise it’s an easy uber. We enjoyed our stay here!!!

Location location location. It was very close to the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen area with open window/wall to the cabana and swimming pool was the best feature of this house. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall it was a good experience. A few little problems. The dryer in the house wasn't working but there was another set of washer/dryer outside and we were fine. Also, there was not dish washer detergent at all. For the money they charged for this rental things like loundry/dish detergent should be provided. I would definitely come again because of the location and size of this house. It was 7 of us and it was plenty of room for everybody.

This house was amazing!! Super close to the beach, not too far of a walk to the downtown area as well. Perfect for our big group of family and friends! The photos made everything look a little bit bigger than they actually were but it was still more than enough space for our group of 12! The location was perfect and the house was perfect we definitely recommend it if you’re looking to vacation in this area!!

Great location! Literally steps from the beach. Short drive to restaurants nearby and great for a group. We had 8 adults and plenty of room for everyone, everyone got their own bedroom and outdoor space was great. If you have a larger group, I recommend bringing some of your own stuff like bath towels, toiletries and paper goods. Not a lot is provided so if you stay more than one or two nights you will need to get stuff but this is a great house for a group vacation. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was easy to arrange. Host was responsive and easy to work with. We had zero problems or questions while staying there

Great pool house — Amazing back/deck pool area, in a quiet residential area just one block to the beach. Really enjoyed pass through access to the kitchen to back, and there were numerous bedrooms.

Great rental on the north end of Clearwater Beach! The location is perfect quiet, secluded, and just a short, easy walk to the beach. A peaceful spot that still keeps you close to everything. Highly recommend.

This island time home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our family of 10 plus kids stayed in this 6bedroom 4 bath home for a week. We enjoyed the pool and poolside covered cabana with outdoor furniture, tv, frig. Most of all we enjoyed the white sands of North Clearwater Beach just steps away! It was great and very private for our family. We could have used another room to hang out after 10pm with littles sleeping but the home was exactly as listed! Restaurants and nightlife is only 2 miles away at Pier 60 and available by Trolly. We had a small prob with outdoor wifi and the tv but he host was so friendly and helpful to quickly remedy the problem. Thank you for a good week of memories.

Everything was wonderful!

The house was pretty decent. Bedroom were extremely small. Advertised 3 pull out soafs and only 2 pulled out. Had to put 3 girls in a king and one laid on a 2 person couch. You need to drop your #s down, especially when its all adults. Pool needs some deep cleaning. Floor is stained. Loved the kitchen area, with open window to the patio. Furniture was all in great shape.

Weekend Beach Getaway — This home is amazing. We had the best time, and everything was perfectly setup for a large group. The kitchen area opening up to the pool was amazing spectacular feature. You are literally steps from the sand and a short uber ride to downtown. Zero complaints we had the best time!!!

This was our second year renting for our girls trip. Rental has made a few improvements from last year. Would definitely recommend for an adults trip.

We had a wonderful stay with family for my 40th bday. The house was perfect with the indoor/outdoor kitchen that opens up to the social pool area. Great location too, lowkey and relaxed while a 5 minute drive from great beachfront establishments. We would stay there again!

Reunion Weekend — We found the accommodations to be spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary, utensils, pots, and pans, and cooking related items. We were disappointed that only one garbage bag was provided. The outdoor area, including pool were in tremendous shape. I think they need to have a new pool skimming net. The bathrooms were clean. The house has tremendous sleeping space and bathing space. We enjoyed our time immensely. At a generous supply of beach towels, and bathing towels. We were disappointed that no beach chairs were provided, although I was told in advance that there were beach chairs for use at the beach. Our group would absolutely recommend the use of this property by small groups or families.

Perfect Beach Getaway! — We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation rental. The proximity to the beach was absolutely perfect. One of the best parts was being able to bring our pups along; they had a great time too! The house was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. We especially loved winding down with a movie by the pool after a hot day at the beach. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Perfect for a beach vacation — Loved our girls week vacation at Island Time! Perfect for relaxation and gathering for visits, games and lots of eating. Location was close to the trolley line which we used instead of trying to park at Pier 60. The house had everything we needed. I can't say enough about Bellaire staff either. Whether it was a phone call asking about the Wi-Fi password whatever they were quick to respond and if i had to leave a message I would get an email and a text making sure i was taken care of. Will definitely book again and use Belloise.

10/10 would definitely recommend and stay again. The location was perfect, just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. This house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood but was less than 5 minutes to all the restaurants and shopping. The pool/patio/kitchen area made this home over the top and was by far our favorite thing about the house. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 littles (3 and 1) and never felt cramped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds that I’ve stayed in for an Airbnb.

Beautiful home and plenty of room. Only negatives were the wifi didn’t quite reach the tv in the pool area well and the pool wasn’t super clean. But overall a good experience.

Great Stay: Property was great! Plenty of space outdoors and close to town. Only bad thing I could say is they need to invest in new dryers that work and gaskets for shower doors to keep water in showers. Overall very good experience!

Friend getaway: Great property and location. Rental specialist was not helpful so you'll need to research info on your own regarding activities amd entertainment. Phone number was not easy to reach a human, but we did get a call back after about 45 minutes.

The home was perfect for our group of 9. with 3 couples and 3 singles, everyone had their own bed. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms so we never felt on each other's toes. Kitchen was very useful and sizeable. Beach was only about a block away and the trolley was about a block away.

The home was exactly what our family of 13 needed! Plenty of room for sleeping and eating. The pool area was perfect for the kids to let off some steam when we arrived it was heated and too late to go to the beach. The beach access is so great short walk and you are there! Very nice and recommend anyone with large groups to look into this property! Thanks again for a fabulous property!

Perfect Stay: We were very happy with vacation property. Home was in residential neighborhood but proximity to shops and downtown was close. Home was very clean and easily accommodated our group of 14 without feeling crowded. The check-in process was easy.

Just rent this place already: We come down here every few years and we LOVE the area, but we have never stayed in a place like this. We outgrew our other place and this house was absolutely perfect. It's so close to the beach. The pool is great. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. And you're still close enough to enjoy everything that Clearwater Beach has to offer. Our only complaint was the mosquitos. We didn't have any issues anywhere else during our time in Florida, but the mosquitos in the cabana were terrible. We contacted management and they only recommended bug spray. This, however, will not prevent us from coming back and we intend to stay here from now on.

What a Great Experience. — The whole experience was great. I wish I could go back next week. Crew was very welcoming and highly responsive. So, stop your search and rent this one.

As Advertised: This place has everything needed for a great beach home. The pool area was our favorite hangout area. The walk to the private beach was very short. We definitely enjoy our time at this home.

Penn Hills Reunion in Clearwater Beach: The home was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our little reunion. The kitchen/pool window/counter pool area was our go-to gathering area during the day, and the living room was reserved for board games at night. We look forward to returning in 2025. Proximity to the beautiful beach was outstanding.

February 2024 — Great place. As advertised. Short drive to Pier 60 where there's a lot to do, but in a quiet neighborhood. One block to a beautiful beach. The house itself had 6 comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and tv's everywhere. Even though the weather was in the 60's, the kids spent hours every day in the heated pool. Lastly, every interaction with the rental company was professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This house is good for groups that need a lot of bedrooms Pros: Very clean, plenty of bedrooms, nice outdoor cabana by pool, steps to beach, peaceful neighborhood, short drive to restaurants. Considerations: the house sacrifices inside common spaces for beds and baths. That worked for our group but worth considering. There is a nice outdoor space for lots of people with a cabana by the pool, and a giant window to the kitchen that opens on the pool area creating a bar-like feel. It just needs to be warm weather for that to work. Cons: 1. the house has a few maintenance issues. The refrigerator malfunctioned throughout our stay, beeping incessantly through the night. Don’t stay here until you confirm the refrigerator has been replaced. The agency says that is in the plans. 2. The pool has a leak. The agency asked me to turn on the hose daily. The heater for the pool is very loud. The unit looks pretty old and did not heat the pool over a 24 hour period.

The location was excellent! Within 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was extremely clean. The heated pool was on point! The outside pool area was the best, with 2 extra fridges and a TV.

50th anniversary: We got our whole family together to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The house was wonderful and fit our family of 18. Somewhat crowded but overall a wonderful experience. The pool was the biggest hit!

Close to the beach: Very close to the beach, was very nice to be able to walk right there to the beach. Was clean when we arrived however a couple of cockroach’s came out of the pull out couch (it happens and wasn’t a huge deal). House is in good shape minus a few minor things, however I was very disappointed in the fact that I paid the $200 fee for the pool heater and it never worked and we were not able to use the pool because it was so chilly.

After cruise beach trip: It was awesome. Only problem we paid for them to heat pool and it was freezing but they returned the fee.

Island Time — This is our second year in a row staying at Island Time - we love the house and location. The beach is beautiful and there is a lot to do in the area! The house easily accommodates our big group and we always have a lot of fun and laughs!

Island Time Rental — One word describes this property: SPECTACULAR!! The pool with the outside cabana area is amazing!! There is a giant screen tv that you can watch while in the pool with 2 refrigerators!! The home is impeccable with a fully functioning gourmet kitchen. And the best part is still to come!!! Literally a 2 minute walk to what seemed like a private beach. Will most definitely be coming back to this property in the future! The rental agency contacts were also a joy to work with and very quick with responses to any questions I had!! Highly recommended!!!

Family vacay: The house exceeded the pictures. House is fabulous. Plenty of room for everyone. the pool was absolutely beautiful and perfect for the kids and adults. Walk to the beach took minutes. Our overall experience was perfect.

2023 Vacation: Island TIme was a great property for our Family vacation. It was located close to the Gulf Beach and had a nice size pool. Other accommodations were good. Only issue was the outside pool door latch lock did not close so we had to prop closed with a chair on the outside when not in use. Agent was called and message left but no return call. Hope it is fixed for next guests. Overall, very enjoyable and fun !!

Need instructions for the kitchen Refrigerator- it kept beeping and the icemaker was not initially working. 4. Outlet in the bathroom to the left of the family room was dead. 5. Overall there was enough space for everyone and the place was clean and well situated 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. 6. Would be nice to have a list of nearby restaurants and other facilities such as the city tennis courts which we did find

Beach House - Family Friendly: Easy walk to the beach that allows for trips back and forth for the bathroom and snack breaks. Beach was in a residential area so it was a lot less crowded than the hustle by the hotel and pier. Purchased umbrella and chairs from Big Lots for a minimal price for the week. Additional outside frig was a plus.

Fabulous stay for large groups: We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The location was fantastic- literally less than a minute walk to what was pretty much a private beach! The house accommodated a large group of three families! Close to shops and town! Very strict on the curfew policy but understandable! Neighborhood was nice and safe! Kids had fun fishing and going from pool to beach! Would definitely recommend this house!

This is our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed our time. The location is great and there was plenty of space for our group. The only issue we had was the large amount of mosquitoes at dusk. We wished we had known about this so we could have prepared better and the property did not provide us with any candles or repellers. Otherwise, it was still a great trip and we would return.

Super close to the beach and absolutely adored the outdoor space. The last night there we did find quite a few palmetto bugs inside, but I’m sure with some spraying they would go away.

Island Time — Our family enjoyed the home, the home was clean and loved that it was newly remodeled. The only thing we noticed was the air conditioning didn’t seem to keep up, during the day it would be 78-80 in the house. Even on days we weren’t there it would be warm when we returned.

Family Wedding Togetherness: This house was fantastic! My son got married at the Sandpearl Resort down the street and this house was great to accommodate our large extended family instead of booking multiple hotel rooms. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and walking down to the beach. The layout is a little odd, you can see they were trying to maximize the bedrooms and bathrooms but it worked for us. We absolutely loved opening the kitchen window so we could all eat at the indoor/outdoor bar. It was so unique! I can see it might be an issue trying to have a large family meal here if the weather wasn't good because most of the seating is outside. Wasn't an issue for us though - the weather was perfect!!!

Great time with Family: Everything was great! House was beautiful and clean. Close to beach and perfect for our family of 11.

Family trip 2023 — We had a wonderful trip to Clearwater beach. I chose the house off the VRBO website and it did not disappoint! The house was spacious and very clean with very updated appliances. The layout was perfect for our large family gathering especially with the lanai/cabana area. The ocean is literally a 1 minute walk from the house. We also were able to walk into town multiple times which was terrific (approximately 1.5 mi walk) with great restaurants and cute shops. The rental company Belloise Realty was incredible. They were so responsive and accommodating. I would rent anything under their umbrella again!

Great location steps to the beach: Property was very clean and as advertised. Steps from the beach. Convenient to shops and restaurants (15-20 minute walk or 6 minute drive). Really enjoyed the cabana and plentiful outdoor seating. Just wish there were some lounges vs. all Adirondack chairs. Would definitely come back. A little cozy, especially the kitchen, for 9 adults, but it worked! Would come back.

Excellent — All good great for big family group -super close to beach Used grill -kitchen -pool -loved it all would come again Only problem 1 roll of TP per bathroom -for 5 days -for that big house and 4 bathrooms and the cost paid kinda of a cheap easy thing to fix. I mean charge me $100 more and put 10 rolls

Great home and location — We had 16 family members stay, 8 adults, 8 children. We all enjoyed ourselves, the accommodations were superb. The house is very well designed and the owner thought of all the little things to make it work well for travelers. The house was spotless along with the outdoor area. I worked with Jenn and she was very helpful and always returned any inquiry I had in a very timely manner.

Easy walk to the beach and right outside the main drag. Beds easily sleep many people and are comfortable. One TV per room, there must’ve been 20 TVs in the house. Pool area was accommodating and functional.

Amazing 4 day weekend trip!: This is a great house if you have a larger group (10-15 guests) because there's 6 bedrooms with large beds plus plenty of living space, great kitchen and amazing outdoor space. We spent a lot of time at the pool. Very short walk to the beach as well! 20-25 min walk to downtown Clearwater beach, 3-5 min drive.

Great — We had a great stay at Island Time. The staff was always available when we called, we were able to get in 2 hours early.

Island time — Island time is a very nice property, it fit our party of 14 very comfortably., A few of the rooms were very warm and seemed to not benefit from the air conditioning , however there are fans to use . The queen size bed needs A new mattress it has a dip in it . The cabana and pool were great to have as more space and the pool was refreshing.. The pool did need to be serviced and chemicals added which kept us out of it for several hours . Your steps away from the beach . The beach was not crowded and was clean , there was no beach gear to use at the house except for some beach towels. There are plenty of shops , restaurants and activities near the pier , it’s A beautiful area and we enjoyed our stay .
