The location and home was very beautiful and private. As a single woman, alone, I felt very safe in this home and area. What sold me on this space was the sunroom as I was going to be working every day while here. I practically lived in there. Also, distance to the beach was another reason. The only downside for me, and this is very much a personal preference, was during the day (outside of the sunroom) the house does not get a lot of natural sunlight so it feels pretty dark in the rest of the house even with the blinds open. The space was very clean and tidy. The only other thing that would have been nice is since you have to commit to at least one month, it would be nice if the guest could be provided some basics like some laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, sponges etc. I wanted to clean the bathroom and kitchen counters while I was there and didn't really have any supplies unless I purchased them which I ended up doing. Not a big deal, just a preference.
