Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Steps away from the beach, everything provided, and close to everything fun! We will be coming back next year.

Our stay was wonderful we had everything we needed. Orange stays Had excellent communication and were very kind. Our place was clean, well kept and comfy. The beach was beautiful as always. A+

The home was great! Just as described and pictured. Has everything you need and very clean. I would suggest adding a small cooler that guest can use to take the beach. Location is great because it’s steps to the beach and close to many restaurants. Only issue we had was that the pool was not usable until a few days later because it was not clean. My 2.5 yr old grandson was with me so we chose this place for the proximity to the beach AND the pool. So not being able to use it when needed was disappointing. However, the owner/host was extremely responsive and helpful and did what they could to resolve the issue even though the HOA was the one responsible for the pool. Would definitely stay at this place again!

All I can say is I think this was the best vacation of my life! The place was spotless, the vibe was peaceful & quiet, and the beach was my backyard. Choices were to sun/shade, water/sand, float/swim, interact or stare off into the abyss. I saw dolphins, once just a few feet from where I was bobbing up & down amongst the waves. Only put shoes once for an adventurous lunch- other than that, I had everything delivered. The pool was lovely but I didn't even use it because the beach was so beautiful & convenient. Can't wait for my next visit!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The biggest plus was the excellent AC in the place along with the wood blinds that kept the FL heat outside!! Very nice kitchen with everything we needed. New appliances. Very nice to have 2 full bathrooms with plenty of hot water. I loved the reclining couch in the living room. Outdoor seating both up front and out the slider were great. So nice to have the use of beach towels and the beach chairs. Literally steps from the gorgeous beach and we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone who wants a nice relaxing, peaceful and beautiful get away to the beach. We also utilized the washer and dryer which worked very well and was a great amenity to have available. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The biggest highlight was being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. Watching the sunset multiple evenings was absolutely worth it and made the trip extra special. A couple of things that would be helpful for future guests to know: * The assigned parking space is labeled with a specific name (ours was “Greene”), but that information wasn’t included in the check-in instructions. I’d recommend asking for your assigned parking spot before you arrive. * The washer and dryer are not inside the unit. They are shared with the other units and require a small fee, so be sure to bring quarters if you plan to do laundry. The only other thing to note is that the beds are very firm. If you enjoy a hard mattress, they’ll be perfect for you. Overall, we had a great stay and especially loved the location and easy beach access!

10/10 highly recommend! This place was absolutely adorable and so clean. It was my 5 year olds first vacation and first beach experience. This cottage helped make it so special! He loved the pool and being so close to the ocean! The host was so helpful and responded so fast. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonder time at the villa. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was available for our use . Beach towels and chairs even a beach umbrella. It was very clean and cozy. I loved that we were right on the beach and that the pool was just out our front door. Very nice patio furniture too.

This little cottage was perfect for my family of 4. Easy access, easy to check in, was very clean, had all the essentials needing for our vacation! I love that the beach was a few feet away which made it easy. I definitely recommend this place for couples or small families. I will definitely be coming back to this place!

Unbeatabe location just steps from the beach, and it’s in a quieter, more residential area than other nearby beaches, so it never felt crowded. The cottage itself is super charming, really clean, and thoughtfully put together. Everything we needed was already there; from beach chairs and umbrellas to a fully stocked kitchen and lots of beach towels. It made relaxing so easy. The space felt cozy but still had everything we needed, and being able to catch the sunset from inside made it special. Overall, this place exceeded expectations. Would absolutely come back!

We really enjoyed this cottage. The location next to the beach is perfect - you can even see the sunset from the living room. The day bed was perfect for our daughter to sleep in, and both bathrooms are well appointed. We really appreciated the beach accessories and towels, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Great place, we highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was literally 40 steps to the sand. The cottage was very cute with pool access. It’s a nice part of Bel-Air Beach mostly residential so the beaches were not crowded at all.

Quite possibly the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. And most definitely the cleanest! With an unbeatable location just steps from the beautiful beach, this impeccable cottage was homey and clean while also providing everything we could need for a beach getaway! We loved the cute, tasteful decor and the chairs/umbrella for sitting out at the beach. The hosts were extremely responsible, communicating clearly and proactively about everything we could possibly need to know. They made it easy to reach them if needed and responded to all our questions promptly. Every single thing about our stay exceeded our already high expectations. We can’t wait to come stay here again!
