The location was perfect! Right next to the beach and very walkable to all of the restaurants and the pier. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, practically on the beach 🏖️ many eating options within walking distance. Nice neighborhood. I was able to take my dog with me and even took him to the beach. Small Backyard space for my dog. House was clean, quiet neighborhood but neighbors were loud

My sister and I had a lovely stay at Sandy Shores and enjoyed having the beach so close. The home was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance to not only the beach but many great places to eat!

Perfect place to stay for beach lovers like us. The beach was just steps away! Loved that all the restaurants and shops were very close. No need for the car. Great place to stay! Definitely will stay there again!

The air bnb was steps to the beach and a very short walk to 2 restaurants and right off the main road with lots of shopping and other restaurants. The place was so clean, and the linens were so fresh and clean. Unfortunately my stay was not long enough. I would definitely stay here again!!

The place was awesome and the location could not be beat. Had one issue with the hot water and within an hour of reaching out, they had someone at the condo to fix it. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

Our favorite place!: This is absolutely a hidden gem. We stay here every time we come to Clearwater. It's just a parking lot away from Palm Pavillion and Frenchy's Rockaway!

Beautiful Beach: Cleanest beach property we have ever rented not a spec of sand anywhere. House is close to beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen has everything you would need to make a meal. Furniture is all comfortable. The hot water heater worked sporadically. I did call during our stay about it. I would definitely return

Awesome and convenient!: This place was perfect for what we needed! It was clean and exactly like the pictures! The location was literally perfect! It’s in walking distance to literally everything!! When we come back to FL we’ll definitely be booking this place again! Highly recommend!

Perfect: My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! We loved the location! We were in walking distance of shops, great food and were steps from the sand! The house was clean, and cozy. We’d love to visit again someday! Also, check-in was simple and everything was as described! Would definitely recommend!

Beach vacation: I was disapointed with the tv, could not get the Stanley Cup Finnals.

Location Location Location — The space is nothing to brag about however it is clean and it's all about the location. You cannot get any closer to the beach. It's literally at your front door and that is why you come to Clearwater Beach right! The pullout couch is pretty awful so if there is one area to choose to improve that would likely be it.

The Perfect Beachside Vacation Location, Location, Location...... — Sandy Shores is perfectly located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, literally steps away from the beach. Should you choose to venture away from the beach and the perfectly appointed accommodations, everything you could ever need is within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants, bars, etc. White sugar sand, and gorgeous sunsets. The perfect beach vacation location!

For Sandy shore — A great location. Our agent Jennifer could not be anymore helpful. She took immediate care of any problems we had. The bathroom could really need some flooring stabilization before someone gets hurt. The linoleum is in bad shape. Other wise it is a great place to stay. Again, Thanks ! Jennifer

It was just what we needed.: We love the location!

Great Spot for a Small Group: Great convenient location steps to the beach, with beach view from the front porch. Fully stocked kitchen. The pull-out sleeper sofa was a medieval torture device for an adult, so you're better off sleeping on the sofa. Unit was equipped with beach towels and toys. Be advised: hand soap is not provided in the bathroom.

Sandy Shores — Good value for price. Would stay there again. Very clean.

Clearwater Trip: Trip was great, good location & close to beach!

50 steps from the beach — Can't beat the location so close to the beach. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Was a little worried when we arrived by the looks of the outside. But you can tell they at least clean it n try to keep it clean. Was worth the $. Nice that they have chairs and beach toys there if you have children. Fully stocked kitchen was important to us and wasn't a disappointment. Definitely would stay again.

Great Place! — Everything was better than described, location can't be beat, and they'll allow pets. If you're looking for a place right on the beach that's right next to shopping and all the food you could ever want this is it.

Excellent — Love coming to the house with my kids. It was our fourth year and we did bring our parents this time and we all loved it.

Great Location — Amazing home and location. Beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the swimming pool. AC worked very well and slept 6 comfortably.
