This was our 2nd time staying at this location in Clearwater Beach this year. Everything was great just like it was our first trip. Definitely will book again

The house was wonderful, but the location was absolutely amazing! We found our new favorite beach. If you’re traveling with a dog, this is hard to beat. North Clearwater Beach allows leashed dogs beginning north of Somerset Street, and it’s just an easy walk from the house. One of our favorite surprises was Crabby’s Beachside Pavilion, which is just steps away and welcomes dogs, so our pup was even able to dine with us. This was one of the best beach vacations we’ve had because our fur baby got to enjoy every minute right alongside us. We can’t wait to come back!

Very cute and clean place with beach access right outside your front door. The location was perfect with tons of walkable restaurants, shops and the pier. Plus they are pet friendly. We had a great stay!

The location is walkable and very convenient if you have small kids. Only need to bring your own playpen and kids utensils and a step stool. Beach toys was a plus.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! This location is amazing and the place itself is nice and clean. Exactly as described. Everything you need within walking distance; beach, shopping, all kinds of restaurants, cvs, rentals, tours, etc. Thanks for being such great hosts!

Clearwater Beach — Excellent location. Unit was extremely clean. Almost literally on the beach. Shops and restaurants within 2 blocks. Parking big enough for 2 cars. Park across street for kids. Would definitely stay again.

Close to beautiful beach and restaurants. There are some chairs at the house or you can rent umbrella and chairs for $25 a day on the beach.

We could not of asked for a better place! Right at the start of the more “quiet” side of the beach, but very walkable to the pier and all the famous restaurants/shops!

Perfect place in Clearwater! Steps to the beach and all the best shops and restaurants. The place was even better than the photos- did not disappoint and will definitely look forward to staying here again! To note: there are beach chairs and towels, no umbrella. Cooler if you need it. Perfect set up!

It was far enough away from the chaos, yet an easy walk when we chose to venture downtown. The home was clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. I would definitely stay there again, and probably will.

Location, Location, Location! — This "Old Florida Charm" home has captured my heart for 8 wonderful years! If the walls could talk, I am sure the stories of the days of old would be plentiful! If you're looking to capture full moons, fabulous sunsets, and the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico in Clearwater Beach, look no further! Relax, and enjoy. This IS the place!

Awesome Location!: I loved my stay at Sandy Shores. The location is absolute perfection. Across the street from the Palm Inn Restaurant and steps from the beach which could not have been more convenient. From there it's just a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Clearwater beach. The place was much bigger than I thought and was presentable and comfortable. Allison from Belloise realty was also extremely helpful in the setup process. A 10/10 trip

Beach House: Registration was a breeze. Received numerous emails with information needed and information for us prior to check in. Check in was easy. Received email with the door code a few hours before check in time at 4pm. Once we arrived, it was as we expected. An average beach house that has seen a fair amount of use over the years. Nothing super nice, nothing super junky. If you’re going to Clearwater for a vacation, you’re not going there to stay inside, only need a place for your stuff. The place came with all needed dishes, single beach chair, several beach towels, some little kid beach toys, one beach umbrella. The A/C blew nice and cold. My only issue was with the hot water. It never stayed on. In one shower it would go from cold to hot 6 times in 10 minutes. Don’t know if it was an on demand tankless water heater or a very small water heater. I never saw it. One other issue was our rental was set up through Verbo. It asked if we had a dog, which I marked yes. Verbo did not charge the pet fee and I received a phone call after check out asking if we had a dog. I said I marked yes on Verbo when the reservation was made. The manager an apologized and said that they haven’t been able to figure out how to get Verbo to charge the pet fee, so they would have to charge me the fee themselves. Easily walking distance to all the downtown attractions. Exit the front door, turn right and walk 30 steps and you’re on the beach. We will stay here again.

★★★★★ — The Great- the house is literally steps away from the beach. Our family of 6 loved being so close to the ocean. The Good - it is very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, also loved the fenced in area for the dogs!

★★★★. Great beach access — Beach access was amazing. Older house. Can’t beat being that close to a gas station, a restaurant and the beach. Wasn’t loud or noisy at all until early morning when trash trucks and other vehicles start moving. But wasn’t bad. One bathroom, 3 beds and 1 pullout bed. 3 doors. I wish like some others have said that there could be a way to lock the back room doors to the outside with a chain or some other locking mechanism for added added safety. Especially if kids are sleeping in the back rooms. Customer service was great as the office was very close. There were beach towels there and a beach chair. We left another beach chair and an umbrella.

Was clean and functional: I was in love with this fenced in unit, It was perfect for the dogs!!! plenty of towels, and so close to the beach!! Made for a perfect vacation for me and my family.

Great — It is an older property, but very well maintained and very spacious. About 10 steps from the front door and you are literally on beach sand. Will definitely stay here again. Love the fact that you can walk the beach or either the shopping strip. Its all in a comfortable walking distance. Plenty of sleeping space for the family as well and all the beds were very comfortable.

The Perfect Beachside Vacation Location, Location, Location...... — Sandy Shores II is perfectly located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, literally steps away from the beach. Should you choose to venture away from the beach and the perfectly appointed accommodations, everything you could ever need is within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants, bars, etc. White sugar sand, and gorgeous sunsets. The perfect beach vacation location!

Best Place to Stay in Clearwater — This was an excellent place to stay at during our stay in Clearwater. We stayed at Clearwater with our three kids and it was a convenient walk to the beach I'll walk back you were able to see the water I had a pool everything was so clean and they had extra covers and towels. If I had to book another stay it would be at this location.

You're paying for location — As the title says, you are paying for the location. You're not paying for a luxurious place. As long as you know that going in, like we did, you will not be disappointed. But, if you're looking for a 5-star luxury sort of place, you'd better not book this one. So, the good? You are on the beach with enough room to sleep everyone you can stand to be around for a week. If you don't like the beach, you have 500 Mbps wifi to keep you entertained. (The TV is Roku only, so be prepared for this) The kitchen is adequate for the purpose of vacation, but there is no dishwasher. Again, not a big deal to us...location. There were beach chairs and a few other beach items in the front bedroom, and there is an outdoor shower on the left side of the house. The bad? This place needs some work. There are places in the floor that are weak, and it is rotted out beside the tub. (Not a big deal...location...focus on location.) Someone obviously thinks that white duct tape is a repair for any and everything. There are pieces on the floor, walls, etc. All in all, I'm being picky to find anything I would personally call "bad" simply because of the price paid in comparison to other rentals on the beach. The one big issue, and it may be a big one for some, is the garbage. The can outside is small. SMALL. It was over flowing when we arrived on Sunday. All on all, we would stay here again. We liked it, and it met our needs. The trash was inconvieient, but I get it.

Cute beach stay! — This was a cute place to stay for our beach vacay! Perfect location-near everything but super quiet and peaceful too. Host was very responsive. Would for sure stay here again.

Would definitely stay again 🙂 — Upon arrival the unit was very clean, the AC was kicking and the view of the beach was inviting. Note: There is a very tall building up next to the house now but you can still see the beach from the porch. This home is a bit ot dated and certainly has its quirks but nothing we weren't happy to deal with for the ease of beach access and FREE PARKING. The rooms are fairly large with plenty of sleeping room for all. The one TV is in the living room and is a Roku TV ready for you to log in to all of your streaming services. My kids weren't super happy about having only one TV but I was. 😂 Door has a keycode access which died on our second night (of 9) at about 10:30 PM on a Saturday. It was easy to reach the after hours emergency staff and after a bit they were able to reach a maintenance person to come let us in and change the battery. Not an ideal situation but the office handled it wonderfully. Speaking of locks, would like to see a chain or hotel style lock on all 3 doors in the future. There is an outside shower conveniently located near the back door for was rinse off. This was our first time in Clearwater and we seriously struggled to find parking (even paid) anywhere so we were extra grateful for the close proximity to the beach and being in walking distance to a few great restaurants. (Our favorites were Frnchies Rockaway Grill and Jimmy Hulas.) There was not one day of our trip we didn't walk the half Coty block to the beach! The kitchen is stocked with nearly any small appliance you can think of (except a dishwasher.) There also is an on demand water heater and washer and dryer. If you're able to look past a few vanity issues and want to be almost as close as possible to the beach, I would highly recommend Sandy Shores 2. 😀
