Sea Board Pool House - 1122 Charles Street — We enjoyed our month-long stay at 1122 Charles Street. My husband and I both work remotely, the two living room areas were ideal for each of us to have our own space and we had no issues at all with the strength of the wifi. The location is fantastic! Two blocks to walk along the intercoastal on Edgewater Drive, 1 block to the Pinellas Trail where we walked daily with our dogs, 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach, 20 minutes to Honeymoon Island State Park and just a short 5 min drive to the wonderful restaurants and bars in downtown Dunedin The home is on a very nice street and every neighbor we encountered was kind and friendly. The fenced backyard is HUGE, so not only do you have the pool (loved taking a dip after a sweaty walk on the trail!) but plenty of extra space, which was great for our dogs. Kudos to the team at Sunny Orange, we arrived after business hours and I couldn't access the door code on the app but they got back to me quickly so we could get in after a long day of driving. And I am always appreciative of owners who welcome dogs - thank you! Looking forward to returning!
Great place — Great location. Clean and has all the amenities you need.
Dunedin rental — This is a nice house, yard and pool. The owner and his wife were on the spot immediately for anything we needed. They were the kindest most friendly landlords we have ever seen. The Pinellas bike trail is ~ 0.13 miles away. the park on the bay was just a block and a half away to walk our dogs at night. Dunedin was 1.25+ mile walk on the bay or bike trail to any restaurant, which are great by the way, or activity you would need. There is always something to do there, they had allot of different activities going on. Clearwater has multiple recreation centers that my husband used the work out rooms and I swam laps in the pools. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!
