Sugar Sand Sanctuary - Beach Condominium. — Really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and the condominium was clean, which was a great thing, especially for my wife. We will look to return in the future.

The apartment is perfect, the communication with Florida Vacation Rental Company was very friendly and they helped us in several situations. The location is incredible, it is a few steps from the beach. It really is a very special place. I recommend it!

We loved being just outside of the busy area. Only steps from the beach, and the beach was not crowded. We were also only a short walk from the shops and restaraunts. The unit was well kept and had everything we needed, the whole process went just as you would have expected. It was a quiet and private, while the owners were only a message a way. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a worry free vacation.

A good place to rent! Pros included a great location just steps from the beach, beach chairs and towels included, a fully equipped kitchen, and restaurants and nightlife beginning about a half mile away. This made it walkable but still away from a lot of the noise. We had a hard time checking in because the unit number wasn't provided, and, after a late flight into Tampa, we were unable to reach the host. We eventually found it by walking through the complex and looking for a keyless entry lock- it felt weird. It was a pretty clean place, but the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. I feel like we overpaid a bit for what we got. Overall, it was a spacious place that comfortably fit two couples. If you are looking for a landing spot for a long weekend this could be a good option!

Great location for a week of Sunsets — Staff/employees were great to work with as they were very accommodating. You can't beat the location. We had a great week of vacation with sunsets every night only being 1/2 block away from beach.. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of down town but with in walking distance of all of it. The place was clean and organized. Had all the basics . Would rent again in a heartbeat.
