Great location, pool and waterfront views!

We had such an amazing week here! Everything about our stay was perfect, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, and the location was great. You could really tell how much thought was put into making the space feel welcoming and enjoyable. We had the best time and were sad to leave! We’re already looking forward to coming back and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! 🤍

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. The host was responsive and went above and beyond to help us find a solution when we needed access to an outlet for the golf cart we rented, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Sunny Orange Stays were super helpful, especially with my unusual information requests. Property was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and entertainment. The outside spaces and dock were good for the Mrs' sunbathing and parking the boat (and plenty of room left over for fishing). Saw dolphins on the cove every day and some big rays on the surface too. Also worth a mention are the stunning sunsets every night through the panoramic windows at the back of the house. Overall a fantastic vacation and would recommend for a good value stay. 10/10 as a avid Airbnb-this was one of the nicest we've stayed at because it's hard to compete with that backyard & view!! When we weren't exploring IRB we were lounging on the back patio, fishing off the dock or in the beautiful pool. Definitely walkable to the beach and restaurants, we're walkers so it wasn't an issue but it's a 'healthy' walk esp in the heat! Renting a golf cart could be fun too! Only issue is now i'd love to move to the area! Great place! If you are use to Airbnb's just be advised this is a business one so no condiments, toiletries ( they provide small ones) We choose to eat out most meals and there were plenty of close local options. The beach was perfection. House was great would love to visit again Thank you

Excellent accommodation — Excellent accommodation with large living area, 2 bathrooms a bonus, located in a quiet residential area. Really well equipped, felt like home from home. Didn't have a kettle so we bought one which hopefully future guests will benefit from. Pool is lovely but deep so not ideal for young children, for us it was great to cool off in and swim. Great location, walking distance to the beach and a few really nice restaurants and bars. Really lovely to have the water behind and we even saw a dolphin!

Loved the clean facilities and the water front view. Pool was clean and inviting. We were able to fish from the dock and even caught a few - we released back! Had an issue with the roller blind and the outdoor patio awning that were not operable, but very minor. Would definiely stay again!

Absolutely Perfect!! 10/10 from all the Family. Beautiful bungalow, well furnished, spacious and spotless. Pool was fantastic and was great to sit on the jetty to watch the amazing Florida sunset over the lake. Lovely restaurants nearby and the beach was fabulous. One of the Best places we have ever stayed. We loved it.

Paradise — Absolutely gorgeous!!

If you want a getaway that makes you feel like you’re living the high life but with all the conveniences, look no further than this beautiful place. We had the luxury of a full kitchen with just about everything one could need minus the food. We spent our days fishing, sipping on drinks, sitting by the pool, going into town for dinner which was a short drive and even walking if you wanted. The beach was literally down the road. The house has recently been remodeled and done beautifully. The two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. If you have more than 4 people, you have the sectional as a sleeping option (there’s no longer a pull out couch as displayed in the pictures). We had intended for additional guest to join us but the sleeping arrangements were not accommodating. Overall a great place other than the sleeping arrangements.

Summer vacay — Very clean!! Well stocked kitchen. Lovely pool with a beautiful view and quick walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Only suggestions would be to add ventilation fan in bathrooms. Would totally stay here again.

Great Stay — Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt, Problemloser Check In, alles sehr sauber und tolle hochwertige Ausstattung!Komplett Ausgestattete Küche (Geschirr,Besteck diverse Elektro Geräte).Uns hat nix gefehlt!Pool Top wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Großartige Lage!Haben sogar Delphine von der Terrasse/privatem Pier gesehen (gegen 8Uhr beim Kaffee ist es sehr wahrscheinlich)ruhige Nachbarschaft sehr angenehm. Der Strand und viele Geschäfte (Shops,Restaurants)in laufbarer Nähe,der nächste Publix&Walmart/CVS nichtmal 5min mit dem Auto! Strandstühle und Schirme waren auch vorhanden ,das war großartig! Alles in allem großartiger Aufenthalt!

This place was everything we wanted. it was beautiful, clean, peaceful and perfectly located. The view was amazing and the amenities were awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. We will be back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this waterfront home! Waking up to views of the water every morning was a dream. We were lucky enough to spot dolphins right from the backyard, which made it extra special. The house was spotless, cozy, and felt like home. Towels were even provided. The location couldn't have been better. Indian Rocks Beach was just a 5-minute walk away, and there were several great local restaurants nearby. Walking along the beach, or exploring the neighborhood, everything about our stay was peaceful and perfect.

The home was amazing! Right on a quite channel of the sound, beautiful scenery from the pool, and 8 minute walk or so to the pristine IRB. We loved the location, and that it was dog friendly. Easy to walk the neighborhood and very walkable to an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, and boutiques at IRB. The home near almost everything we needed but there is close enough grocery to pick up some missing and additional items not provided like shower and bath amenities. In all, this home was quiet, comfortable, and relaxing; perfect for a beach vacation.

Excellent and very clean vacation home. — Great home for our weekend getaway. There were 2 couples and our 6 year old. House was very clean and perfect open plan layout. We also were able to dock our 25' jet boat at the house. We cooked most meals in spacious kitchen and had drinks by the pool at night. Highly recommend this vacation home. We will return.

We had a short stay over Easter Weekend. The place sleeps four comfortably. More than that, it's the couch, but it's a big, brand-new, comfy sectional. The place is extremely well stocked. There is a full kitchen and gas grill outside. The pool was warm, and the water view was wonderful. We saw dolphins, which was a nice surprise. The house is positioned on a cove, so it's perfect for paddleboarding—I brought mine with me. Also, there are fishing poles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels. Inside looks newly renovated and all new furniture. You can't go wrong staying here.

Perfekt Beach Home — We had a wonderful stay in the newly renovated house. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, lots of beach accessories and very nice pool.

The accommodations were exactly as described and was very clean. For a two bedroom home it was very spacious. Would definitely go back. The beach was a very easy walk, less than 10 minutes.

fantastic place to stay. very spacious-my family of five adults fit comfortably. The pool and view cannot be beat. the beach is an 8-10 minute walk--in the heat it can be slighlty uncomfortable if you are carrying gear. I just drove everyone to the beach entrance, dropped them off with gear, then drove back to the house and leasurely walked it by myself. We would stay again without hesitation!

Beautiful rental in a great little community! Walking distance to the beach & a wonderful view on the water. The sunsets each nice were amazing! I’d 100% recommend. The pool light was out and we just gave the company a heads up…could have cared less if it was fixed while we were there. The company was out the next morning at 8am & it was fixed.

The view — Spectacular view, sunsets and dolphins! Loved this rental. Close proximity to beach. We chose to drive with three small children and had no issues with parking. My only suggestion, having small children, would be to have chimes on the doors

This place was absolutely perfect! It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need or want for a beach house and MORE! The location was great, short walk to beach. The sunset view from the pool was gorgeous. Waking up to dolphins every morning in your backyard was icing on the cake. I cant wait to come back and stay again!!

Water Lovers Paradise — We stayed a month and truly enjoyed our stay. The property is updated and was stocked with most everything we needed. There was a problem with the pool heater in the first few days, but it was addressed promptly. It is a short walk to the beach and local attractions are a short drive away. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which was nice. There were a number of dolphin sightings as well. The property is pet friendly which is important to us. We would recommend this property!

2nd Time Stay: This is our second time staying here and we will probably do a third. Very clean and enjoy the decor. Being on the intercoastal, it's nice to sit out and have coffee in the morning or cocktails at night. Dolphins in the am and fish by the lights off the dock at night. Easy delivery of groceries and take out. We are locals and would recommend.

Great vacation: Was supposed to start vacation when storm came through. Owner was nice enough to move back to October for us . Pool water was a little cooler than advertised but didn't bother us. I give the stay 110%!!

A must: This one was fantastic ! Not only is it well decorated but it was furnished with loads of items !!! It made cooking at home very easy for my family. The views included beautiful sunsets, double rainbows and good ole Florida sunshine. I would definitely rent this place again !!!

Great house/location: This house at Indian Rocks Beach was just as advertised. Very clean. We love the location. We have stayed at two other properties similar to this one. The pool was nice. The view was spectacular on the intercoastal waterway would recommend this property.

Beautiful & Peaceful — We had a great week with beautiful weather. My husband fished off the dock and we both lounged around the pool. The house was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The kitchen furnishings had most of what you needed unless you use an AirFryer & Instant Pot (which I do). We had a light breakfast & lunch in and we ate out every evening. Great restaurant choices are available in the area. The neighborhood was very quiet and we loved that. Thank you for a Great Week and by the way we didn't visit the beach at all, no need to we had all we needed right here 😊

Very Nice — Upon arrival we did have some trouble figuring out the door lock. Once in the home is very clean, accommodating and comfortable. Great view with a wonderful pool. Restaurants are close as is the beach. Lifestyle in the area is very laid back.

Water Lover's Paradise — Two of my cousins flew down from Massachusetts and I picked them up at Tampa airport. When we arrived at the cottage it was much prettier then the pictures. The place was neat and clean. We loved being right on the water. Saw dolphins one night. Walking distance to the beach. Plenty of towels . There was a k-cup coffee machine, new refrigerator and stove. The only flaw was the every day silverware was scarce. and no potholders.There were plenty of sharp knives/carving knives and utensils. Beds were very comfortable. All in all we had a wonderful time!!

Perfect stay — The pictures don't even do it justice- it is such a beautiful home with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful touches to make it feel like home and a great location close to the beach. We were in town to see the Blue Jays spring training and it's only about a 25 minute drive into Clearwater/Dunedin. It was a perfect stay- only regret is we didn't stay longer!

EXCELLENT! — EXCELLENT!! We are repeat visitors to Indian Rocks, but this was our first at this beautiful home. This gem is directly on the intercostal waterway, but super close to the beach. The entire back of the home is open with views of the waterway. The sunsets are breathtaking. The back patio has a beautiful pool, with 3 pool lounge chairs, a patio table with 4 chairs and a great professional grill. Beyond that is a newly renovated dock that extends out into the intercostal waters. The back patio and dock is a magical place to watch a family of dolphins swim by on multiple occasions each day!! What a treat!! Indoors, the house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen is well stocked with every imaginable needed utensil, tool, and gadget. Dining options include a high top bar, dining table, and the outdoor patio. The linens are beautiful and the pool towels and supplies are plentiful. The house is within walking distance to the beach (at the end of the road is a parking lot with public beach access). While walkable, we typically drove as the house didn't have a “beach wagon” to carry the house beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, floats, floats, & “noodles”). Given that the pool was so nice and dolphin watching was available, we most often chose to stay at home anyway :) The laundry room is complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board - all full size. The bathrooms are super clean, stocked with many travel size toiletries, and quality oversized shower towels. The 2 bedrooms have plenty of storage in closets and dressers, flat screen TVs and quiet ceiling fans. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place the stay!! We were sad to leave but excited to return for another stay in the future! Some great local restaurants in the area to try: Kooky Coconut (delicious ice cream and Cuban sandwiches), Salt Rock Grill (daily, fresh caught seafood, expansive wine list, beautiful views), Guppy's (local favorite for great seafood), and Keegan's (local diner with great fish sandwiches - once visited by the food Network's Diners, Drive-in's and Dives!!)

Thoughtful touches — Overall this intercoastal home is very well kept with many features that reflect a strong attention to detail and a solid customer service bias.

Wonderful stay — Location...perfect. Couldn't be any cleaner! Quiet safe neighborhood. Backyard right on the water. We sat outside for hours watching all of the dolphins. They will come right up to the private bot dock

Absolutely stunning — My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights with one other couple. The place is absolutely stunning. It is better in person than in the pictures which we didn't think could be possible! The house was immaculate, the pool clean, the set up perfect. The lovely open kitchen made it great to cook in and the outdoor table was wonderful for our cookouts. The moment we arrived we joked about booking it for next April. Jenn was extremely responsive and pleasant. This is walking distance (less than a half mile!) to the beach and restaurants if you didn't have a car. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. We cannot wait to come back!
