OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

  • Multi-Level Living: This townhome spans three floors plus a rooftop. Guests must be comfortable climbing stairs.
  • Ground Floor Room: The 4th bedroom is located behind the garage. It is great for teens or young adults but may not be suitable for small children or those with mobility issues due to the lack of an immediate bathroom.
  • Supplies: We provide a "starter pack" of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. For longer stay groups, you will need to purchase additional supplies (TP, soap, dish detergent, trash bags, propane) for the duration of your stay.
  • First Pet: Allowed for free.
  • Additional Pets: Charged at $125 per pet + tax

HOUSE RULES

  • Pet Policy: Pets are welcome.
  • Occupancy: Max occupancy is 9 guests.
  • Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.
  • Rental Agreement Required: Electronic signature, including when booking through third-party platforms.
  • Valid ID must be uploaded when booking directly or through a website where we process the credit card.
  • Smoking: Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises (includes electronic/vape devices).
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. All outdoor areas and pools are closed at quiet hours.
  • The pool closes at times posted on signs.

Beautiful with a convenient location — We booked this property for a work trip. It provided convenient access to the beach for morning walks and short travel times to Seminole, Pinellas Park, Madeira Beach, and the airport. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. We each had our own space to relax and work. We'd stay here again!

★★★★ — Upon arriving, I was very happy that they were able to accommodate us by allowing me and my guests to check in early! It was also offered for us to leave our luggage at their office if the property wasn’t ready early, but their office is more inland and it would have been somewhat inconvenient for us to leave our luggage there. So I was very happy and excited to be able to check in early after arriving in Florida. The house was very clean and the views are beautiful! There were many things to do within walking distance. The beach was approximately a seven minute walk from the property. There is a mini golf place across the street and many restaurants that are within walking distance. While this property is beautiful, I’m not sure I would label it as a luxury. There’s an elevator that guests cannot use, which was very annoying. Trying to take luggage up three flights of stairs was a bit of a pain. When you flush the toilet in one of the bathrooms, it smelt a little like sewage water. I’m not sure if the storm a few nights prior had something to do with that, but it was still unpleasant. This is not at fault to the property management team, but there was a power outage during our stay. When it happened, we were not at the property. So when we returned and none of the lights would turn on, it was alarming. I called the number that was listed for emergencies to report what was happening and asked that the representative call back with an update. He never called back. It took some research from one of my guests to find out that there was an outage in that area. Again, not at fault to the property Team, but if there was an outage in an area where you own a property and were notified by the Electric company about the outage, it would’ve been nice to have been notified by them of the situation so that we would have been aware. We tried to find flashlights and candles to use so that we didn’t have to use the flashlights on our phones, but there weren’t any available. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom that is attached to the garage stopped working after the power outage. We didn't know that all we needed to do was press the reset button on the power outlet. One morning I found a few of my guests that were staying in that room sleeping on the couch because the room had become too hot to sleep in. I had to call maintenance again about this issue. We left for the afternoon and by the time we returned to the house, the AC was working again. There are beach towels available for guest to use, which Was a plus! There are also beach toys And a few chairs available for guests to use at the beach. There is also a canopy, which we were excited about, but when we inspected it, the canopy was broken. I understand that things will not always go as planned. But if I’m honest, This was my birthday celebration, and there were a few things that caused me to be disappointed. My intentions are not to bash this company. I do hope that they will see this as an opportunity to improve in a few small areas. Would I recommend this property to a large group or a family? Yes.

Fabulous Waterfront Condo in Clearwater — The condo was perfect for me and my family for an extended weekend vacation. Very clean and spacious with all the amenities. The staff was quick to respond with all questions and requests. Would definitely rent again.
