620 Bayway! — This was the perfect rental for our weekend getaway! The home was clean and spacious for our group of 6 adults. You were walking distance from restaurants, shops, the trolley stop, and the beach! The hosts were responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Sunny Orange Stays and this wonderful townhome!

The pictures do not do this place justice! The place is very spacious, it is perfect for a family vacation. This location is walking distance from many attractions which we loved!

Great stay. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends. We were a group of friends traveling to Clearwater for a wedding. The house is a 5-minute walk from the beach and is surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants. Everything was as advertised. The listing description and pictures were accurate, and the house was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of kitchenware. The washing machine and dryer worked well, and the central A/C was also very effective. There is indoor parking right at the house, with an automatic garage door. The swimming pool was well maintained and fairly private. We even saw dolphins in the marina from the living room — what a great sight! The host was very responsive, and communication was excellent throughout the stay. Everyone loved it, and we would definitely come back.

When we called, they were very nice and helpful but their messaging was they didn’t want us to call unless was an emergency. There were some issues: not enough soap, toilet paper, dish soap-even though they had a minimum stay of 5+ days. Only one pool chair, floor was dirty. Excellent location for walking to the beach without having to pay beachside prices, so a great value. The rooftop deck is off the master bedroom, which makes it awkward to use. They said they fixed all of that after we left and wanted nothing but 5 stars from us. If you want “5 stars” then you need to fix it and hope the next renter gives you 5 stars. Sorry-not sorry. With just another few dollars spent on soap and attention to a few details you would have gotten 5 stars. We might stay here again if it were the only choice, but may try a different place first that hopefully lives up to their promises.

It was a great experience to be able to stay in this house. we booked it at the very last minute and they were nothing but helpful to let us stay right away. they made sure we had the house clean and with quick access to it. my family loved staying at this rental for a few days to complete our Florida's experience and picking this house made it fullfilling.

Beautiful home and gorgeous views. Great location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had eight ladies in their 60s and we had a great time. There are lots of stairs to navigate, but that was disclosed in the property description and we were prepared for it. Supplies were limited. Overall we had a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was located close to great restaurants and walking distance to the beach. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 to gather inside together and hang out; we didn’t feel crowded. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay! Tons of room and plenty of space to relax. Location was great and we could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. There is also a trolley stop across the street that is easily accessible.

Great April break: Beautiful townhouse 3 floors alot of room. So clean Everything you need in the kitchen to make you feel at home. Plenty of bath towels and even beach towels. The pool was ver clean and heated. We took our grandchildren who loved the bunk bed bedroom down stairs. Every room is very spacious its in walking distance to stores, restaurants and activities including mini golf across the street the house has to be sound proof because you never heard outside noises great vacation and one of my favorite houses I have rented

Spring break: Cable was not working for a day and a half. Tea pot was leaking and the dishwasher was full of water. Toilet on main floor hard to flush.

Beautiful with a convenient location — We booked this property for a work trip. It provided convenient access to the beach for morning walks and short travel times to Seminole, Pinellas Park, Madeira Beach, and the airport. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. We each had our own space to relax and work. We'd stay here again!

Great find! Quiet area but near everything, walked or took the trolley everywhere, didn't have to rent a car. Across the street from a nice beach that is much quieter and less packed than the main beach just a few blocks away. Tons of restaurants and bars, and even a 24 hour market also just cross the street or in walking distance. Apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Had mostly all the amenities we needed.

★★★★ — Upon arriving, I was very happy that they were able to accommodate us by allowing me and my guests to check in early! It was also offered for us to leave our luggage at their office if the property wasn’t ready early, but their office is more inland and it would have been somewhat inconvenient for us to leave our luggage there. So I was very happy and excited to be able to check in early after arriving in Florida. The house was very clean and the views are beautiful! There were many things to do within walking distance. The beach was approximately a seven minute walk from the property. There is a mini golf place across the street and many restaurants that are within walking distance. While this property is beautiful, I’m not sure I would label it as a luxury. There’s an elevator that guests cannot use, which was very annoying. Trying to take luggage up three flights of stairs was a bit of a pain. When you flush the toilet in one of the bathrooms, it smelt a little like sewage water. I’m not sure if the storm a few nights prior had something to do with that, but it was still unpleasant. This is not at fault to the property management team, but there was a power outage during our stay. When it happened, we were not at the property. So when we returned and none of the lights would turn on, it was alarming. I called the number that was listed for emergencies to report what was happening and asked that the representative call back with an update. He never called back. It took some research from one of my guests to find out that there was an outage in that area. Again, not at fault to the property Team, but if there was an outage in an area where you own a property and were notified by the Electric company about the outage, it would’ve been nice to have been notified by them of the situation so that we would have been aware. We tried to find flashlights and candles to use so that we didn’t have to use the flashlights on our phones, but there weren’t any available. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom that is attached to the garage stopped working after the power outage. We didn't know that all we needed to do was press the reset button on the power outlet. One morning I found a few of my guests that were staying in that room sleeping on the couch because the room had become too hot to sleep in. I had to call maintenance again about this issue. We left for the afternoon and by the time we returned to the house, the AC was working again. There are beach towels available for guest to use, which Was a plus! There are also beach toys And a few chairs available for guests to use at the beach. There is also a canopy, which we were excited about, but when we inspected it, the canopy was broken. I understand that things will not always go as planned. But if I’m honest, This was my birthday celebration, and there were a few things that caused me to be disappointed. My intentions are not to bash this company. I do hope that they will see this as an opportunity to improve in a few small areas. Would I recommend this property to a large group or a family? Yes.

Bayway Luxury: We enjoyed staying at this waterfront townhome. Very minor issues smoke alarm kept going off, but reported it right away, and someone came to address the problem immediately. The sink in the kitchen, the hot water didn't get very hot. Overall, we had a great time, located on the waterfront able to wake up looking out to the water.

Fabulous Waterfront Condo in Clearwater — The condo was perfect for me and my family for an extended weekend vacation. Very clean and spacious with all the amenities. The staff was quick to respond with all questions and requests. Would definitely rent again.

Great location, beautiful property!: We traveled to the Clearwater area for a 4 day 3 night stay and found this property to be in an ideal location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach conveniently located near convenience store, restaurants and shops. Property had a pool and 2 nice outdoor areas. We loved this and would absolutely stay again!

Convenient & Comfortable South Clearwater Beach Rental — Our family of 10 stayed here for a week mid-April and had no complaints about this unit in south Clearwater Beach within a short, 8 minute walk to the public beach. We saw dolphins in the bay almost every day. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bath towels, including beach towels. Kitchen has Keurig coffee maker. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The Jolly Trolley stop is across the street, in front of the gas station, which we tried once to get to north Clearwater Beach by Palm Pavilion. We had to change trolley's at the Marina, a bit of a pain but can be done. We ate at Palm Pavilion, food was very good. They had live music and were very busy on Friday night but easily accommodated our group of 14. We plan on coming back and renting same unit again.

We for a group of Nine people. The perfect Airbnb property for our group. The place looked exactly like it’s pictures and we each had our own space and did not feel crowded. We enjoyed the rooftop, private deck almost every evening. Everything was walkable distance, including the beaches and restaurants would definitely go again.

Great location! Beautiful setting on the water.

The place was very spacious and provided us with what we needed. A gorgeous view of the canal and a great location. Convenient to stores, mini golf across the street and walkable to beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. We were there for a family wedding so the location was important to us. The Rental company was excellent in communicating with me when I had questions about the rental. Rentors should know that you need to walk through garage to get to the bedroom in the basement. It was fine for adults, but inconvenient to get to a bathroom. The paper products and soap were limited so for more than a few days, you'll need to buy your own. Overall, I would return there and recommend it to vacationers. Also, there are a lot of stairs, which didn't bother us.

It was great location

The house was great and central location and mostly as expected and property management was communicative. However, we had some issues. We couldn’t check in to the house for over an hour because both door codes they gave us weren’t working. Once we got ahold of property management there was a lot of back and forth between us, the property management and the owner. Finally, after over an hour, the owner gave a new code that worked but it made us late to the event we had to get to that night. Also, the air conditioning control wouldn’t let us change the thermostat below 70 which was uncomfortable for some to sleep in and there was a clogged shower. Lastly, we didn’t realize the fourth bedroom was in the garage without a bathroom on that level. We looked back in the airbnb description and saw it is mentioned in there but it’s in the middle of a lot of information so it was kinda hidden so that came as a surprise to us and was a little dissatisfying to the couple who had to stay in there.

Beautiful place in a great location in Clearwater beach, highly recommend for big groups!

Wish there was a bathroom for the kids on first floor. It was hard for handicap child Wish there was a small secretary desk for me to do some work in main bedroom There should be some sort of safety latch or bolt , for back entrance kids room.

The rooftop really was very nice, the elevator was handy and the place was spacious!
