★★★★★ — Could use black out blinds in master bedroom and a new mattress. Other than that everything was amazing.

204 was great! — We really enjoyed our stay in 204. There were 5 ladies on a girls trip and we had enough room to spread out and enough towels for the entire group. We really enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and the proximity to the beach. The only issue we had with the extra bed linens in the closet was remediated while we were out to dinner so I was happy to see that quick response. Would book here again!

Fantastic location! Budget Friendly! — 4 stars due to its proximity to the beach/restaurants and price vs hotels near as those things were the most important for us. Close to beach Close to restaurants/shops Pool area is nice. Condo has beach umbrellas and chairs to use (first come first serve) Condo (204) is darrrrk. You're not getting bright beachy vibes. The photo mislead that a little. The windows are few (literally 3 one in master bedroom) backs of buildings. No patio/outdoor seating. That wasn't advertised I just didn't realize how important that was for me until we went without The sofa mattress is awful. Awful. Thin wrapped box of springs and coils! My teenage daughter slept on the loveseat for 3 nights instead…. The 10 year old didn't mind the sofabed. But if you're traveling with teens/other adults be warned!! Property owner should replace with a quality mattress or include a 4” topper in the closet for it. Bring beach towels. We had just enough pool and shower towels for the 4 of us. You don't want those sandy as there is not washer dryer in the unit. Our check in and out was easy. Stay was great being able to get everywhere without a car and could run back and forth to the beach! Condo was clean and the price fits in our smaller budget!

Unit 204 — This unit worked perfect for our weekend getaway. Great location to beach and other amenities. Clean and had everything we needed.

Great Place On The Beach! — Great little place literally on the beach. Clean, nice pool, 2 minute walk to the beach, you are literally located in the public beach parking lot. Right behind Frenchy's on the beach. Within walking distance to many restaurants/bars/shopping.

Clearwater Beach Suites 204 — The location was perfect. We were at the beach in a matter of just a few minutes. The site itself was clean. The room was spacious. The only negative was that the tv in the spare bedroom area didn't connect to the WIFI or the controller. Overall this was a great place to stay for my son's senior spring break.

Perfect — We had a very enjoyable stay! Our place was clean and the location was great! Our suite offered enough space for our family of four. I really appreciated the safe-feeling of this spot; we will be back!

Best location on the island — We loved our suite. We went on vacation 2 adults and 3 kids ages 12-16. The little Suite worked great, no issues. Very safe environment and the perfect location!! Will rent again!!!

First time to Clearwater Beach — Everything met our needs. The unit was just as described. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the convenience of having so many dining options and other activities within walking distance.

Clearwater, FL 5 Star Vacation Condo — Location superb, 1BR/1BA Condo was perfect for a family of 3. The bonus room sofa bed is private and very comfortable. The Management Team was outstanding and could not be more attentive to our needs. The pool facilities are outstanding and the common use beach chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach was a great addition. It was a short vacation made everlasting thanks to the this incredible rental property.

Loved being close to everything especially the beach, as we rented an Uber to and from the airport walking was a must for us. We will definitely stay here again.

★★★★★ — The location was perfect- just steps from the beach, and plenty of dining options within a 10 minute walk, and a reasonable drive to many activities in the surrounding area. The unit was clean, with plenty of room for 2 travelers. I slept in the bedroom & my son used the pull-out bed in the living room. Oddly enough, one of my complaints is that the water pressure was too high in the shower. The spray was painful, and there was no way to adjust the shower head. My only other complaint is about parking. I ended up with a city parking pass so had to park in a lot a block away. Overall, would stay again, and would recommend.

Great stay — The unit was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and nicely updated. The only negative is the water pressure in the shower is very hard and made a shower painful. Everything else great!

Great location! — The location of this condo is great - close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! It was very quiet at night, the pool was clean and warm, the beach chairs were so handy to have available and great quality. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Winter Getaway — Our stay atClearwater Beach Suites 204 went flawlessly. The check in instructions were very clear and thorough. The electronic key pad to enter our unit did not work when we arrived, but there is a backup key box that we used to get in. Belloise Realty handles any issues with the condo, and after a call to them, they quickly reset the key pad and it worked fine for the rest of our stay. The unit itself is perfect for two people. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of closet and dresser space for clothes. The bathroom is small, but adequate. The galley kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there is a Kuerig, as well as a multi up coffeemaker. The pool is small but nice. The deck and water are kept very clean. The beach is a short 250 feet walk from the condo, and there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.
