Hello, I just came back from a wonderful weekend, I highly recommend. I will definitely look forward to go again!!!

Absolutely amazing stay! The condo was spotless, super fast feedback with all questions, easy check-in, front row parking, and didn't have to drive anywhere! We will definitely return!!!!!!!

Condo was very close to the beach as described! They provided ample beach chairs, umbrellas and more than enough pool necessities if needed. Place was easy to check into and host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely book here again!

Wonderful location!! Perfect for spring break

This place was a great space for our vacation! The location was amazing, just a few steps away from the beach (didn’t even have to cross any roads) and super walkable to all the restaurants we went to. The space was quiet but lively surroundings. It was the perfect amount of space needed. The bathroom was a little out dated and the shower leaked around the curtain, but other than that minor detail it was great! The place also provided beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas that were first come first serve but we had no issues obtaining those every day. If I were to come back I would stay here again. The location was perfect for the price! Would recommend

Great location!!

This place was perfect for the 4 of us. Walking distance to every restaurant. Literally 50 yards from the beach! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and we couldn’t ask for a better location.

The location is fantastic!!! The place was clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Cozy but plenty of room for 1-5. Not many windows, being a corner unit. But with that being said I feel it was extra quiet being away from the sound of gates closing. I would definitely stay here again if it’s available when I travel again. Great place! We had the smaller one bedroom unit but was still plenty of room for the 5 of us. Loved that we could easily get to pool and kids could go back to the room and we could watch them walk back. Had a lot of beach chairs and pool floats! Shower pressure was crazy good. Access to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Even had a community pool across the street that was only$15 for my family of 5. Kids loved the slide! Great place to go and stay !! for

204 was great! — We really enjoyed our stay in 204. There were 5 ladies on a girls trip and we had enough room to spread out and enough towels for the entire group. We really enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and the proximity to the beach. The only issue we had with the extra bed linens in the closet was remediated while we were out to dinner so I was happy to see that quick response. Would book here again!

Would recommend anyone to stay! It’s a great spot to walk to the beach, and Pier and literally anything else. Room was very clean! The water pressure is incredible in the shower. I didn’t make it to swim in the pool but it looked clean as well! It’s super convenient they provide a parking pass as well, considering you have to pay to park anywhere else in the area.

Location is fantastic: The location doesn’t get any better. Steps away from the beach & a strip of shopping & restaurants & ice cream! They do provide beach chairs & umbrellas! And, beach towels! Thank you SO much! Made breakfast in the unit & had to wash most of the dishes we needed to use before we could use them. Sheets on pull out sofa were dirty & pillow cover was stained with yellow. Mattresses on both pull out couches desperately need to be replaced. Bath towels feel like sandpaper. Our unit was on the 2nd floor. All the locked gates you have to go through is quite cumbersome when trying to handle luggage, groceries, beach stuff. I know it’s safety precaution for the pool. Understandable. What I don’t think we knew until we received an email for check-in is the parking pass situation. We were lucky enough to get a parking pass on the property by the pool. However, not enough spaces for the number of units. May end up with a parking space not on-site. I wouldn’t want to stay here if that’s the case. Also, parking spaces are not adequate for Chevy Silverado 2500.

So close to the beach!: Love staying steps from Frenchy’s and the beautiful beach!!! The place was quiet at night and family friendly. We loved it and would come again!

Great location! We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. I will say that our condo could have been cleaner. I also talked with other renters staying in other units that paid much less by booking directly through the condo.

Very clean and spacious. So close to the beach, will definitely be back.

Fantastic location! Budget Friendly! — 4 stars due to its proximity to the beach/restaurants and price vs hotels near as those things were the most important for us. Close to beach Close to restaurants/shops Pool area is nice. Condo has beach umbrellas and chairs to use (first come first serve) Condo (204) is darrrrk. You're not getting bright beachy vibes. The photo mislead that a little. The windows are few (literally 3 one in master bedroom) backs of buildings. No patio/outdoor seating. That wasn't advertised I just didn't realize how important that was for me until we went without The sofa mattress is awful. Awful. Thin wrapped box of springs and coils! My teenage daughter slept on the loveseat for 3 nights instead…. The 10 year old didn't mind the sofabed. But if you're traveling with teens/other adults be warned!! Property owner should replace with a quality mattress or include a 4” topper in the closet for it. Bring beach towels. We had just enough pool and shower towels for the 4 of us. You don't want those sandy as there is not washer dryer in the unit. Our check in and out was easy. Stay was great being able to get everywhere without a car and could run back and forth to the beach! Condo was clean and the price fits in our smaller budget!

Unit 204 — This unit worked perfect for our weekend getaway. Great location to beach and other amenities. Clean and had everything we needed.

Great Place On The Beach! — Great little place literally on the beach. Clean, nice pool, 2 minute walk to the beach, you are literally located in the public beach parking lot. Right behind Frenchy's on the beach. Within walking distance to many restaurants/bars/shopping.

Great location! Basically steps to the beach, easy walk to a ton of restaurants and shops. Quite complex with a lovely pool.

Clearwater Beach Suites 204 — The location was perfect. We were at the beach in a matter of just a few minutes. The site itself was clean. The room was spacious. The only negative was that the tv in the spare bedroom area didn't connect to the WIFI or the controller. Overall this was a great place to stay for my son's senior spring break.

Perfect — We had a very enjoyable stay! Our place was clean and the location was great! Our suite offered enough space for our family of four. I really appreciated the safe-feeling of this spot; we will be back!

We really liked it! It was perfect for me and my 2 adult daughters! We were able to walk to go eat and go to the beach!

Best location on the island — We loved our suite. We went on vacation 2 adults and 3 kids ages 12-16. The little Suite worked great, no issues. Very safe environment and the perfect location!! Will rent again!!!

Amazing location, very cozy space, clean, and well equipped! Beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice plus. Would gladly stay here again!!!

This rental was great for my family of 4. Location was great and the pool was well maintained. A lot of shade in the afternoons which helped after long days at the beach. Only minor inconvenience was the tv and ventilation in the single bed sofa room. There is not a vent so you have to leave the doors open, and they were not able to locate the remote to the small tv. Not ideal, but was able to work around it as a room for my 2 year old. Otherwise, a great spot, and would recommend.

Overall the unit was clean, quiet and close to the beach. The instructions on where to dump trash and where to do laundry locally was not communicated. I would recommend adding that to the instructions. Very happy with the experience for the price.

We loved this Airbnb so much. Great location. Clean. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. (which I love!) I was so happy with it. The only disappointment for me was that I booked it because it said it had 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, and 1 sofa bed. Perfect for my little family, but the single bed was actually a second mini sofa bed. Just be aware of that when booking, it's a little misleading. Other than that, it was a beautiful place in a great location and I would definitely go back if it were 2 people next time!!

The condo was a half block from the beach and a walkable distance to bars and restaurants. A car is really not needed to get around Clearwater beach.

Clearwater, FL 5 Star Vacation Condo — Location superb, 1BR/1BA Condo was perfect for a family of 3. The bonus room sofa bed is private and very comfortable. The Management Team was outstanding and could not be more attentive to our needs. The pool facilities are outstanding and the common use beach chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach was a great addition. It was a short vacation made everlasting thanks to the this incredible rental property.

★★★★★ — The location was perfect- just steps from the beach, and plenty of dining options within a 10 minute walk, and a reasonable drive to many activities in the surrounding area. The unit was clean, with plenty of room for 2 travelers. I slept in the bedroom & my son used the pull-out bed in the living room. Oddly enough, one of my complaints is that the water pressure was too high in the shower. The spray was painful, and there was no way to adjust the shower head. My only other complaint is about parking. I ended up with a city parking pass so had to park in a lot a block away. Overall, would stay again, and would recommend.

Great stay, right at the beach! They provided a clean pool area with foldable beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to carry to the beach with you free of charge!! Lots of great restaurants right there - everything is easily walkable! Smoothies, ice cream, snowcones 30 seconds from the condo and Frenchy’s - right down the street - has walk up ordering, a walk up bar and great beachfront seating! We enjoyed eating at Crabby’s Hideaway for dinner with live acoustic music as well! The condo was cute and the kitchen was well-stocked. As two younger mothers with toddlers by ourselves, we felt super safe and loved everything about our trip! Thanks so much!

Great location! — The location of this condo is great - close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! It was very quiet at night, the pool was clean and warm, the beach chairs were so handy to have available and great quality. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Winter Getaway — Our stay atClearwater Beach Suites 204 went flawlessly. The check in instructions were very clear and thorough. The electronic key pad to enter our unit did not work when we arrived, but there is a backup key box that we used to get in. Belloise Realty handles any issues with the condo, and after a call to them, they quickly reset the key pad and it worked fine for the rest of our stay. The unit itself is perfect for two people. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of closet and dresser space for clothes. The bathroom is small, but adequate. The galley kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there is a Kuerig, as well as a multi up coffeemaker. The pool is small but nice. The deck and water are kept very clean. The beach is a short 250 feet walk from the condo, and there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Great — We enjoyed our time here. Great location, clean, and well maintained. No complaints other than we had a dustpan but no broom. I called to ask for one but never heard back from anyone. We had a poolside parking pass and no issues with parking. Plenty of clear directions to ensure no one had a problem in that area. I did have to check my spam email for the check-in instructions/keycode. All other messages went to my inbox. Overall, we had a nice stay and were super close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.
