Great House! — Great house. Fully updated. Great location!

Great Stay for a Family Beach Vacation — This home was wonderful! It was immediately apparent that the property had been updated, so the entire house was very nice. It was also clean. Every room and space was thoroughly clean upon our arrival. Communication from FVRCO was helpful and correct. No issues getting access to the house. Plenty of towels, washcloths, and beach towels. The pool was great! It was cleaned the first day we arrived. Somewhat shaded, especially in the afternoons. The house was a very short and easy walk to the beach. This house is located in the north residential area of Clearwater Beach. The beach is not crowded in this area. Perfect for families and kids. If you don't mind the walk, it is also perfectly walkable down towards the restaurants and shops as well. Overall, this was a great property and we will consider staying her again.

Great house near the beach — We had a fabulous time with our kids and the grand parents. Everything inside the house was brand new. Everyone loved the outdoor pool especially in the afternoons. The beach is an easy walk even for young and old people. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and Lovely Home — Our family loved the house and location being close to the beach! We had plenty of room for myself and my family. The pool was a nice plus to use as well. Kitchen was well provided with dishes. We didn't want to leave! The Hicks' family

Great Family Stay! — Perfect stay for the family. The house is close walking distance to the beach and the pool provides a nice alternative. I like the location, as it is close enough to the restaurants and shops for easy access, yet the beach is in an area much less crowded & noisy. Good value.

★★★★ Clearwater Beach Getaway — This house pretty much satisfied our needs for a beach getaway. Lots of space and seating in the living and dining areas. The kitchen was well stocked. Beach towels were supplied. The pool was great after spending time at the beach and was actually bigger than we thought from the pictures. Lots of TVs (but couldn't get the TV in the 2nd master bedroom to work (got error code)). The space in all of the bedrooms was small, but adequate. The master bedroom was in the back. The room itself had space with a large walk-in closet, but the bathroom was tiny, very dated, and the shower was as big as an old phone booth. The bed was very soft which forced me to sleep on the sofa.

Great family getaway — We had a wonderful stay!! We were four adults (including elderly parents) and two kids and this was very spacious. Loved that it was dog friendly, beds were big and comfortable, very clean, nice layout/setup. My dad and stepmom had their own private space in the back bedroom. Nice well equipped kitchen, though it could use some large bowls. The pool is small but perfect for my kids, and new floats and noodles were included. We liked that it wasn't super chlorinated (saltwater?) but still clean. Beach is a short easy walk away and there were chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels provided by this rental. We thought Clearwater was a bit less family oriented than we realized - parking was nearly impossible when we were there in late June, so we spent most of our time at the pool or beach. But we enjoyed the aquarium.

Coastal Breeze — Great house just a block off the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Close enough to walk anywhere you need to go. House was very clean at arrival. Everything in the house worked great. If you want to stay in a nice clean house thats very close to a quiet part of Clearwater Beach, then this is the perfect house for you.

Post Rental review — The residence was wonderful. Great location, accommodation and amenities. This location is highly recommended for any family. The Agents are spectacular in service and bookings.

Excellent — Great vacation for our family !

We would stay again! — The house was just fine for my family. I thought there were three beds in the room with the bunk beds, but the trundle mattress was missing. Thank god there was a pack in play. It worked out perfect. The pool is smaller than the pictures suggest. If you stay at this property make sure you stop at the store to grab dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent because there is none on site. Overall this was a great place for my family. Close to the beach, a little out of town, and a low traffic street. If we went back to Clearwater, we would stay again.
