Summer Breeze was perfect! — We stayed at Summer Breeze with a group of 16 girls for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect house! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, awesome back yard and pool which the owner made sure was heated as requested, two minute walk to the beach. We couldn't have asked for more! The FVRCO team was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Summer Breeze — We were 7 adults and 5 kids, and the space was just right for us. The house is well-laid out, and we appreciated the two living rooms. Pool and patio were fantastic. Beach a very short walk away, and was practically empty during our stay (early August). Management addressed a few minor maintenance items very quickly.

Great house and a great location! — We had 4 families (17 people) stay at Summer Breeze and we absolutely loved it! We had 8 adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 10-16. The house had plenty of room and was a prefect distance to the beach. We took the trolly into town and would walk back it was so close (<1 mile). The Rental team was also great. They let us check-in early because nobody was renting the house the day we arrived and the house was ready when we got there. We also paid for a late checkout because our flight didn't leave until later in the afternoon. We did have an issue with the pool where the filter wasn't running and they had a guy there that day to fix it. We also had an issue with the garbage disposal and they had someone there within hours to fix it. Great service! The only downside of our week was that there were no beach chairs and we didn't bring any because couldn't fly with them. We went to Walmart and bought some cheap ones and we were fine. Problem solved! I definitely recommend renting Summer Breeze!

Summer Breeze — Great location close to the beach. Had issues with water pressure on the first day but it was fixed promptly. Propane tank for grill should be included. We started cooking and ran out of gas. Otherwise great stay and would rent again.

Spring Break — We enjoyed our stay and the house was sufficient for the 14 adults we had. We had a couple issues with 2 of the showers, one wouldn't drain good and the handle came off on the other shower. We had two days with shower issues. Repairs were made after a couple attempts when a plumber came to replace parts. We paid for the heated pool which was nice but the temperature wasn't consistent and we had to have someone come out twice to adjust it. It was nice but could be updated. Belloise and repair man were prompt and friendly on getting back to us and addressing the issues. Everything was functional but not to a 5 star. Kitchen could use a griddle to accommodate the 20 allowed guests to make breakfast cooking easier. Location was great for beach access and walking to town to shops and restaurants.

★★★★ — This place was great for our large get together. My only complaint about the property is an inadequate supply of toiletries/house supplies. For the amount of money that is charged, it would be nice if there was more soap/shampoo, laundry detergent (there are two sets of washer/dryer but no detergent is supplied?). That is my only complaint- otherwise our whole group enjoyed the property.

Fantastic house and great location! — We rented the house for my bachelorette party and the entire process was incredibly smooth and our stay was amazing. Right around the corner from public beach access which was basically empty and felt like a private beach. And right down the street from the main strip in Clearwater. Will definitely be coming back to stay!

Fantastic stay - Clear Water at 770 Mandalay Ave. — THis house accommodated my entire family (for our 50 th Anniversary ), "ALL" of the facility was welcoming and very accommodating. the two refers was the plus with the number of people we had (16 sleepers and 3 transit). The location exceeded our expectations, both to the beach and down town (trolly stoped in front, walking was easy also).Each member of my family (from senior to senior in high school) could not say enough positive thing about the property or it location. Even it's proximity to Tampa was a plus. We also were able to attend my son retirement from the Air Force (28 years, Chief Master Sgt. Mc Dill AFB). It was a Fantastic Holiday for ALL. Also thank to Allison, the initial rental and all of the follow-up was seamless and timely, she was very accommidating and answered all of my question, Thank you so much Allison!!!

Great house for family vacation — The house was just as the pictures looks. Close to beach and outside area with pool was awesome for the kids to enjoy. Some added features were pool toys and beach chairs and lots of towels. The double washer and dryer were a necessity with all the swimming. Lots of kitchen supplies (pans, toaster, crock pot, microwave, and two refrigerators).

Weekend Review — Our stay for my sisters bachelorette was amazing! This house was so spacious, clean, and accommodated our guests perfectly. The communication between myself and staff of the rental was great. I would definitely visit again and recommend this rental to anyone!

wonderful stay — Family get together was fantastic, there was plenty of room. Even though it was a cold weekend the kids loved the fact the pool was heated, couldn't get them out of it. Thank you for the great accommodations

Great family living with 7 bedrooms on one floor — We absolutely LOVED this house! No trip hazards for our older family members, the furniture was comfortable, and the central area allowed the family to interact with ease. The well-stocked kitchen had every small appliance we needed and we were ecstatic to find the 2nd refrigerator/freezer. There were extra filled propane tanks for the large grill on the patio, and the pool was well kept with lots of privacy and surrounding landscaping to help keep our noise contained. A bonus: The Jolley Trolley stopped right outside our front door on it's half-hour rounds. BTW, the tap water is fine for drinking. :-) Thank you for a delightful place to call home for a week!

It was great! — The house accommodated our group of 13 great. The pool was our savior with the bad weather we had during most of our stay.

Simply Incredible! — This house is simply INCREDIBLE! 3 minute walk to the beach and includes all the amenities you could ask for. The pool adds a great touch and is an ideal hangout spot. Beach chairs, towels, and a cabana all included!

10/10 — Very spacious house that held 13 adults easily. Great location walkable to the beach as well as local restaurants/bars. Backyard was our favorite! Clean and organized and Jenn is amazingly fast with responses! 10/10

Amazing! — This place was amazing! Plenty of space for our large family, lots of room to play for our youngsters, a fabulous pool and outdoor area, and a great experience with check in, check out and mid-stay questions and communication. I would definitely stay at the Summer Breeze house again!

Walking distance to most everything. — We enjoyed the pool and roominess of house. TV remotes were difficult to use without written instructions. Overall a great place to stay.
