This spacious, light, beach house is only steps to the white sands sparkling waters of Clearwater Beach.
The beach here is quiet, scenic and clean, great for sunbathing, walking, running, quiet evening strolls and watching spectacular sunsets.
HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
A valid ID and completion of signed electronic rental agreement will be requested once booking is confirmed.
No Smoking.
No Pets. (Unless approved by owner)
No Parties.
