Sunset Corner

The room was perfect! It had all the little “extra” things you need when going to the beach! Chairs, cooler, etc. The outside of the facilities are dated (at no fault of the owners of this particular room) but the inside of this unit was very clean, and so nice! We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect fit for our family of four with our 11- and 14-year-old daughters. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful view of the Gulf from the doors. Even though we weren't directly on the water, we could still enjoy those gorgeous views every day. The ladies at Sunny Orange Stay were wonderful to work with. They were friendly, accommodating, and always available if we needed anything, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Royal Orleans Sunset Corner, especially the convenience of the location with the porch and water view the peaceful and clean beach area, the nicely laid out apartment with extras like beach chairs, cooler, fan. Clean and simple kitchen with working appliances. Definitely worth the reasonable cost. Consistent respectful communication and support from the host. I'll be back thank you!

Overall a good place for the price. Had a couple issues during our stay but the owners were very responsive and helpful to arrange a solution for us. Beach is very close and tons of good food nearby.

This place was really nice. The beach is right get across the street. Lots of really good restaurants and bars near by. The pool wasn’t over crowded and was clean. Would recommend using the Suncoast Beach Trolley that has two stops going north and south real close to this place otherwise you pay for parking everywhere and the trolley stops about every 30 minutes.

Clean. Location to the beach was great. Minimal Space. I think it would’ve been uncomfortable for two people to stay there. Bathroom was not in the bedroom. But I was there just for beach and to see family. Reasonable for the price paid.

EXCELLENT visit. A true RAVING FAN(read the book) experience!! VERY good host. Responsive to our questions and concerns. Really enjoyed the unit. The views were spectacular and the sunsets were incredible. Look forward to our next visit.

We absolutely love staying at the Royal Orleans! This was our first stay in this unit, and we really enjoyed it. The location is perfect, close to John’s Pass and public beach access, which made everything super convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The pool was open and it has no specific hours so perfect for late nights. The only minor downside was that communication was a little slow at times. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

The location is easy to get to, and across the street from the beach. Parking was good and the place was very clean. Communication was friendly and clear. Extending the stay was simple and easy. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again on my next visit.

I gave five stars review bed was nice got a good view of the gulf would stay again i wish they had a frying pan and a better spatula, but I didn't ask for one there is some road noise but if you're watching TV you won't be able to hear it we drove to the beach when we wanted to go just about 2 miles there laundry on-site, bring quarters. pool and patio was nice my favorite place tto hang out in the morning drink some coffee or go for a swim you're not on the beach but you will be able to see it from any room in the home there's a park next door and lots of parking

Great stay at Treasure Island. The place was exactly as described, not luxury, but clean and convenient. What really makes it worth it is the location: right across from quiet, uncrowded beaches. If you’re looking for value and easy beach access without the crowds, this spot delivers.

Quaint and Cozy Beachview Comfort: A relaxing beachview comfortable unit. Roomy enough for the two of us with plenty of space to spread out and unpack our bags for a delightful 10 day stay. Very impressed how the area has recouped from the hurricane this past October. The beach is so close and not alot of folks on it. Two large televisions were welcome relaxation after a long day out beachcombing and sightseeing. Retail and grocery stores as well as restaurants are all within the neighborhood. The unit was equipped with beach chairs, hairdryer and a large refridgerator and microwave, all of which were well used. A BIG PLUS was the FREE easy access parking available to us, in such close proximity to the unit. Communication via email to the rental company was quick, timely and helpful. The only negative we felt was that the temperature of the shower water was too chilly for us, lukewarm. Odd, since the hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sink were always able to get warmer than the shower ever did. A wonderful stay! We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return again, should our future travel plans allow it!

Great location. Beach access close by. Beautiful view of the ocean. Very clean place and perfect for what we needed. Host was very responsive. Our lock quit working and that had it fixed immediately! Very thankful for that. I would recommend this home to anyone. Five stars hands down.

Just returned from our stay and can’t believe how clean & in the perfect location! We were a little hesitant to book at first because there were no reviews, but so glad we did! The unit had the best view out of the whole resort imo. It’s not only a beach view, it’s actually a partial OCEAN view from both balconies and the front sitting area, Woo hoo!! Bus stops right outside every 30 minutes and for $5 a day up to 4 riders, you don’t even need a rental. Beach access steps away. They Had everything you could think of that you might need for a day or a month! We ubered groceries on the first night and later found out we could have taken the trolly down the road a mile to Winn Dixie and gotten them ourselves, no fault to host but figured it’s worth mentioning. If you’re looking for super quiet location, this is not is the place for you. The road traffic is nonstop and louder at certain times, but that’s inevitable in this area and Can be overlooked for the price we paid. 5 stars!
