• View: While the resort is oceanfront, this specific unit (TT10) faces the pool/courtyard area.
• Parking: Parking is strictly limited to one car per unit. Passes are provided inside the unit upon arrival.
• Wide Beach: Treasure Island has a wide, beautiful beach, so there is a short walk across the soft sand to reach the water's edge.
HOUSE RULES
• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.
• Rental Agreement Required: Electronic signature, including when booking through third-party platforms.
• Valid ID must be uploaded when booking directly or through a website where we process the credit card.
• Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
• Occupancy: Max occupancy is 2 guests.
• Smoking: Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises (includes electronic/vape devices).
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. All outdoor areas and pools are closed at quiet hours.
• The pool closes at times posted on signs.
• No refunds for early departures.
• If the reserved suite becomes unavailable for any reason, a comparable unit may be assigned.

Great Beachfront stay — Even though this resort is still renovating from Hurricane damages, it was a great experience! Everyone was so nice and we were allowed early check-in and able to get our laundry done from the first leg of our vacation. The heated pool was nice when the ocean was too chilly. The beach is a bit of a walk (all on sand) but well worth it! It felt like we were on our own private oasis.
Good and met expectations — Would give this 4.5 stars. Overall good and met expectations. Not extravagant but above average. Location was great, pool was nice, room was cute, and we paid a fraction of the cost compared to a friend that stayed less than 1/2 a mile and theirs was triple the price. What lowered our score was that our AC was not operating correctly on one of the nights so the room was warm. They offered to reimburse us to purchase a fan but we didn’t have time or a car to go to the store to purchase one. I would consider returning back here next time.
Quaint private resort — #10 (Studio) is quaint but has all the basic needs for a stay for 2 people. Resort itself is older but has some updates. Pool is nice and it is only a short walk to the beach. Centrally located so you can walk or drive to many attractions.
