HOUSE RULES
- Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
- Occupancy: Max occupancy is 2 guests.
- Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.
- Rental Agreement Required: Electronic signature, including when booking through third-party platforms.
- Valid ID must be uploaded when booking directly or through a website where we process the credit card.
- Smoking: Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises (includes electronic/vape devices).
- $25 fee for lockouts or lost keys.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. All outdoor areas and pools are closed at quiet hours.
- The pool closes at times posted on signs.
- No refunds for early departures.
- If the reserved suite becomes unavailable for any reason, a comparable unit may be assigned.

Great vacay — Clean, quiet, comfortable, great pool, and beautiful grounds. Third time at Tropic Terrace, and love it more each time I stay. Friendly guests and staff, and Allison is wonderful! Highly recommend!
Quaint, Quiet and Cute — We thoroughly enjoyed #11 for our week stay at Tropic Terrace Treasure Island. The area was quiet and relaxing. Allison was helpful with all questions prior to our arrival. Check in process was smooth. Our unit had beach towels and chairs. However the chairs were very low and we did not use them- too difficult for us to get out of. I prefer hotels on St Pete Beach that have loungers and cabanas available- due to the chair situation we did not lay on beach. We walked down in the morning- and the walk on promenade was nice- along with the heated pool in afternoon. The area was quiet- the restaurants were packed- make reservations early. It was a relaxing week- convenient to places we like to visit. Easy access to John's Pass. Enjoy!

Unit 11 — Cute little studio , clean as well as the grounds Very well taken care of Ac worked great Good for 2 nights The beach is quite a walk from the condo But the boardwalk in front of property was great as brought our bicycles Would recommend for a short stay
