OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
- Studio Size: This is a cozy, efficient space (approx. 265 sq ft). It is ideal for couples and solo travelers who plan to spend their days exploring or by the pool.
- View: While the resort is oceanfront, this specific unit (TT12) faces the pool/courtyard area.
- Parking: Parking is strictly limited to one car per unit. Passes are provided inside the unit upon arrival. No boats or trailers may be parked on the property.
- Wide Beach: Treasure Island has a wide, beautiful beach, so there is a short walk across the soft sand to reach the water's edge.

HOUSE RULES
- Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
- Occupancy: Max occupancy is 2 guests.
- Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.
- Rental Agreement Required: Electronic signature, including when booking through third-party platforms.
- Valid ID must be uploaded when booking directly or through a website where we process the credit card.
- Smoking: Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises (includes electronic/vape devices).
- $25 fee for lockouts or lost keys.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. All outdoor areas and pools are closed at quiet hours.
- The pool closes at times posted on signs.
- No refunds for early departures.
- If the reserved suite becomes unavailable for any reason, a comparable unit may be assigned.

TT 12 — Once again Tropic Terrace did not disappoint. The refurbished grounds and new pool looked spectacular and unit 12 was so beautiful and clean. I will be back
Great little studio — Great little studio at tropic terrace. Everything in the studio seemed brand new. There was beach chairs and a wagon to use for the beach. From room to the water it is about a 1/4 walk. We loved walking the boardwalk for places to eat. The pool was heated, even though we never used it. Everything is pretty much walking distance in treasure island. Everyone is so friendly! The bathroom is small but for 2 people, it's perfect.. Only thing is the bed is super soft and felt like I was constantly rolling to the middle. I would recommend this unit.
Loved it! — It was the perfect rental for my best friend and I on a girl's trip. The bed was large and comfortable and we loved how it was decorated. Our only issues were that the bathroom is a bit small, the air conditioning could be better at night for two older ladies and the tv kept kicking us out with no internet connection. None of it was a deal breaker. We would definitely return.
Tropic Treasure! — My husband and I stayed in a studio suite for 3 nights. The accommodations were perfect for just the two of us! The bathroom is rather small, but thankfully counter space and a full length mirror outside the bathroom made it easy to get ready simultaneously! The towels were very rough on the skin, but other than that the amenities were great! Bed was very comfortable! Had everything we needed kitchen wise. The proximity to the beach is amazing! Just a short few minute walk with direct access. Beach was not busy at all either visit. The pool was perfect temperature with ample seating. Was never crowded. My only complaint was that we could not find any information on how to rent chairs or umbrellas for the beach. We saw some chairs and umbrellas chained up on the beach straight back from the resort, but just a handwritten sign that said "BEACH RENTALS" with no number or information. Would have spent more time at the beach had we had access to this information. There was no desk attendant over the weekend or in evenings. Great location, which easy walking and driving to everything you'd want to do in the area. Overall, would definitely recommend and will definitely book again my next trip! The "penthouse" looks wonderful!
