- 1 parking pass per unit – additional parking must be arranged with the resort office before check-in.
- No boats or trailers may be parked on the property.
- $25 fee for lockouts or lost keys.
- No refunds for early departures.
- If the reserved suite becomes unavailable for any reason, a comparable unit may be assigned.
- Taxes: 7% sales tax + 6% tourism tax.

Perfect Location — We stayed here for the weekend so we could get married on the beach. The setting was beautiful! I was even able to get extra parking passes for my officiant and photographer just for the evening. The room was small, but had all the necessities. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Accommodating — We had a lovely stay in Tropic Terrace 15. It had everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway. The team was able to help us get a later checkout after some changes with our flight and we were very thankful for that. We did try calling to see if we could get into the room early as well, and we had to call a few times times before getting through, but ultimately they were able to help and make our stay very enjoyable. Very accommodating. We also got engaged during our stay, so this vacation will be one I always remember!! I highly recommend staying at Tropic Terrace. This was our second time and most likely not the last.
