- No boats or trailers may be parked on the property.
- $25 fee for lockouts or lost keys.
- No refunds for early departures.
- If the reserved suite becomes unavailable for any reason, a comparable unit may be assigned.

Wonderful, as always — Tropic Terrace was great, as always. Clean, comfortable units, kind and helpful people, like Allison, beautiful, lush grounds and great heated pool. Third time visiting here, and just perfect!
Perfection! — Exactly as described, this studio was clean and bright! A short walk to the beach. Friendly atmosphere with a daily happy hour “Bring your own and a little to share.”
Tropic Terrace — We loved the family-friendly laid back feel of Treasure Island. Although our room/studio was not oceanfront (we knew that ahead of time) I thoroughly enjoyed having coffee every morning with our pool/garden view. It was so relaxing and everyone we met was very friendly. #16 does need some improvements and updating but we were comfortable enough for the 5 days we were there. The walk to the beach is easy…. No deep sand to struggle through 🙂 We’ve already been telling all our friends and family about it. We will definitely be back!
