Great Little Getaway — Great little place. Easy access to the beach, pool area is nice, area has a great vibe. Thanks!
Excellent! — The room was clean. It was stocked with the necessary items. It is 3 feet from the pool. The security system on the door was comforting even though I know I am in an upstanding area of Florida. Allison is always friendly, helpful and a problem solver. I will always recommend this resort and Allison to speak to. I love Tropic Terrace.
Perfect Spot! — We stayed at Tropic Terrace #18. Although there were not many cons, I will address the few things that others may find helpful. The rooms are pretty small (especially the bathroom) however, we were just there to shower and sleep. (note: this is also a studio) The TV did not work, we had no cable. Again we didnt watch much tv, but would have been nice before going to bed. After seeing pictures of the other units, this one seemed to be more out dated than the others. I wish they would of provided more things in the unit, such as more beach towels, beach chairs. We did purchase our own, which we had to leave because we did fly down. The pros: the place was very clean. The outside area was immaculate. Very pretty and well maintained. The pool was perfect. Short walk to the beach. The beach itself was gorgeous and not very busy. The property was also very quiet. If you are going away to have a nice quiet vacation, which we were, this is the PERFECT spot. Treasure island is beautiful. We would love to go back to Tropic Terrace, next time we just may try a different unit. Again, it was very nice, just not as pretty as the others.
Weekend get-away — Perfect place to relax right next to the beach. So many stores and restaurants within walking distance.
Enjoyed my stay — The VRBO was impressive. It was clean, close to the pool, had beach access and the other residents there were so nice and helpful. I felt safe and was happy to be able to stay in such a wonderful place. I will definitely return. Thank you!
Labor Day Weekend Stay — #18 was perfect. Very clean, well-stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
