Great vacation — My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Tropic Terrace, the location was great being ably to walk to the beach, and the grounds of the resort were well kept and clean. In fact we decided to stay 2 more days during our stay. Allison was very helpful and available for our questions and made our check-in easy and convenient. We would definitely stay again.

It is a king mattress, however, it is thin and extremely squishy, with very little support. Some people might like that, we did not. Tropic Terrace was the greatest little get-away and the updates to an older motel and efforts given to maintenance of the grounds were definitely noticed.
Great stay! — We absolutely loved this condo! It's small but very well stocked with everything we needed. The beach decor is adorable! The bed is soft but very comfortable. The pool area is so nice, surrounded by palm trees and tropical landscaping. It has a very cool old Florida beach vibe, which is exactly why we like this area. It's so nice not to see high rise after high rise. This small property is one of my favorites and it's very reasonably priced for being right on the beach. It's perfect for two people. We will definitely stay here again.
Tropic Terrace #37 — Great little studio on Treasure Island Beach! Would certainly stay there again, super convenient location, nice unit… The only two things that I would recommend. #1 - the TV should be viewable from the bed! And #2 there needs to be a safety grab bar in the shower. Other than that wonderful little condo!
Our stay — I have never stayed at a place that was so nice . very quite just couldn't believe how quite it was we had windows open in our room and the people coming and going couldn't be more respectfull . the staff who we encoutered were super friendly . This will be my our spot for now on . Thank you for a wonderful stay
Loved it!! — We really enjoyed our time at this property. The unit was exactly as pictured and was perfect for just the two of us. We would not hesitate to pick this rental for a future visit. The bed and pillows were so comfortable…like sinking into a cloud. The property was well-kept, very clean, and so welcoming. The people at the property were extremely nice, from the employees, to the property owners, to the guests…everyone was pleasant. We felt very safe in this area as well, and had no problems leaving wet shoes, towels outside to dry. We enjoyed the location on the beach as well as the use of the pool. The proximity to restaurants and shopping was wonderful…just minutes from anything we wanted to do, however, if you prefer not to walk in the heat, I do recommend renting a car or use the trolley system to get to shopping/restaurants. A couple minutes by car versus 15 minutes by foot. (We found a terrific car rental via Turo) If there was a negative, it would only be that this unit had no beach chairs, but our car rental lady supplied us with her chairs. All in all we had a fabulous time!
