Great stay at Tropic Terrace! — We had a great stay at Tropic Terrace - unit 39. I love the ‘old Florida' feel of the resort! Everything looked fresh and updated! The room was perfect for two! Just enough space and had everything we needed! Since we flew in, it was nice having chairs, umbrella and towels available for the beach! Very enjoyable walk to the beach and close to several dining options!! We would definitely come back!
Relaxing Getaway — This place was special. It's really a nice little getaway location. Perfectly located...just steps from the beach. Johns Pass is less than 1 5 minute drive, if you like to shop. It's clean & well equipped. A grocery store is nearby, so we picked up coffee and essentials and just chilled at this little oasis. Spent time at the beach, reading, swimming and just relaxing. Beach is lovely, calm waters and not droves of people. We loved this little place, but it is little. Perfect for a couple for a romantic getaway. Great communication and effortless entry into this place. We'll be back.
Rental #39 — For staters the room was absolutely beautifully and so comfy and cozy and clean!! We had everything we needed for our stay that you typically wouldn't probably bring or all the extras I don't want to fly with such as towels, cooking utensils, pots, pans, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Everything on the resort was nice as well we enjoyed the pool and they have pretty late hours on the pool which is very nice especially because my fiancé and I enjoy nights swims and typically most places close the pool early. Was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay so much I come to this part of Florida quite often and usually stay somewhere else by myself or with family when I'm there and will definitely be booking with Tropic Terrace from this point on!!
★★★★★ — This was probably the best condo I have ever stayed in. Everything was new and very nice. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. Since it was a small complex, the beach was not crowded at all and the weather was perfect! Laundry room was also well kept. I can't say enough positive things about this condo and my stay, I would give it 10 stars if I could!

We love Tropic Terrace! — This was our second time staying here. We absolutely loved unit #39. It had everything we needed and was a pretty, undated unit in a nautical/ beach theme. We like it here for the boardwalk, close proximity to restaurants and a short walk to the beach! Highly recommend!
