- Access: This studio is located on the second floor with no elevator and requires a few stairs to climb.
- Studio Size: This is a cozy, efficient space (approx. 265 sq ft). It is ideal for couples and solo travelers who plan to spend their days exploring or by the pool.
- View: While the resort is oceanfront, this specific unit (TT48) faces the pool/courtyard area.
- Parking: Parking is strictly limited to one car per unit. Additional parking must be pre-approved by the resort office and is subject to availability. No boats or trailers may be parked on the property.
- Wide Beach: Treasure Island has a wide, beautiful beach, so there is a short walk across the soft sand to reach the water's edge.

HOUSE RULES
- Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
- Occupancy: Max occupancy is 2 guests.
- Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.
- Rental Agreement Required: Electronic signature, including when booking through third-party platforms.
- Valid ID must be uploaded when booking directly or through a website where we process the credit card.
- Smoking: Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises (includes electronic/vape devices).
- $25 fee for lockouts or lost keys.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. All outdoor areas and pools are closed at quiet hours.
- The pool closes at times posted on signs.
- No refunds for early departures.
- If the reserved suite becomes unavailable for any reason, a comparable unit may be assigned.

Enjoyed Our Stay — We enjoyed our stay at Tropic Terrace. It's conveniently located and only a short walk to the beach. Although it's located on Gulf Blvd., it was quiet in the room. Parking was convenient and getting out onto Gulf Blvd. was easy because the parking lot was at a stop light. The shower was very nice. The bathroom and kitchen were quite small, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The only complaint would be that the room smelt musty and all of my belongings smelt that way when I got home.
Tropic Terrace — While the room was on the small side, I really liked it. There wasn't a comfortable place to sit, but having a king size bed was very nice. Everything was very clean. A simple thing that would have made a big difference was a soap dispenser in the bathroom.
Definitely not smoker friendly... even outside — The bed was extremely hard with creaking springs. Tiny studio, can use the toilet, brush your teeth & shave your legs at the same time. No place comfortable to sit indoors. Pool was very nice, residents were friendly, very pretty & great location. It is a good 150-200 yards to the waterfront. Very clean. No extra bed linens. Very quiet at night. Safe. Wish we could tell beforehand which rooms were on which level.

Excellent Vacation Location — Belloise Realty was very attentive to all details to make our stay painless and welcome. Property and unit were both very well maintained and the location was fabulous.
Clean, safe and quiet — Love the door locking system. No need for a key!! The room was very clean, we had a comfortable king bed, ample storage, and nicely decorated in a beachy decor. The only negative was the remote for Television. It could have had some drinking glasses. A couple of wine glasses would have been nice. The check in process was smooth and team was very helpful. We will be back!!
