Nice Stay — The room was very clean and updated. We loved that the area!! Steps away from the beautiful beach. Check in and out was easy. This room was listed as having room for 3 people due to a pull out sofa, but due to the small size of the room, the sofa bed could not be fully opened without rearranging some furniture. The room really only sleeps 2. While the sleeping arrangement was not the best, I’d totally stay there again if it was just two of us.
Perfect little getaway — Exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. All the things you may need at a beach stay are there for you to use. Centrally located to so many things. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Would highly recommend!!!

★★★★★ — Perfect place to stay for two people. Very clean. Cute decorations. Thoughtful selection of starter supplies. The bed was comfortable. We loved the pool and the beach here. Johns Pass is very close and a favorite place to check out shops and food. The sunsets are incredible. Only “con” so to speak is the beach supplies advertised. The chairs are camping chairs not beach chairs. No umbrella. The cart and cooler bag are nice though. There was a person renting chairs and umbrellas on the beach so it worked out fine. Great place overall and we would stay here again.
Exceptional Stay — Accommodations are so conveniently located to the beach, boardwalk and attractions of Treasure Island. The hotel is clean and the residents are welcoming to travelers. Alison, the Manager, is very helpful and attentive to the happiness and comfort of the guests. Note that the rooms are a studio, but the trade off of location, amenities and the beach access make it a great choice. We would definitely recommend and stay again!
above and beyond! — We stayed at Tropic Terrace #49. The room is totally renovated and gorgeous. The decor was beautiful. The kitchenette had everything you would need for eating in, if that is what you want to do. The bed is super comfortable. Steps away from the beach. If you don't want the beach, there is a pool. Beachwalk right outside your door. Restaurants and stores all within walking distance. Can't wait to come back to #49.
Unit was as Described/Pictured — Unit was as described/pictured which was perfect for our family of 3. Our 10 year old daughter slept on pull out which was perfect for her. We did have to move the barstools into the kitchen and slide the sleeper sofa over a few inches in order for it to fit in between kitchen counter and bed. It was perfect for just a weekend getaway for locals. Unit was super clean and provided lots of towels of varying sizes which is also nice!

Great get away spot for two — We read the reviews and knew going in that the space would be small but it was perfect for two people. The unit was decorated well, the bed was comfy and the unit had everything you need on vacation. It was a bonus the rental had camping chairs and a small cooler to take to the beach. We had a great stay. We couldn’t seem to get the ceiling fan to work but the AC in the unit worked great and we didn’t miss the fan. We would definitely stay here again.
Tropical terrace — Everything was great. It would have been nice to know that there was a laundry available and hair dryer in the room. I would have traveled with less stuff. Also, it would be nice to have a mattress pad on the bed. The sheets were directly a foam mattress topper. The condo was cute and well maintained. If has a great location on the beach. Beautiful landscaping!

Excellent — We spent a quick weekend at Tropic Terrace and wish it could have been longer. The unit was up to date in style and furnishings, clean, could see the beach from the little balcony area which we really, really enjoyed. Can walk to everything the beach being the best place to walk to. There is a pool but we didn't get in; we were at the beach. Very quiet location, couldn't hear any noise while in the condo. which was great. We liked there were 2 grills, we grilled one night. Will be back to this unit, hopefully for a longer stay!
Lovely getaway — We had a fantastic time at Tropic Terrace #49! The unit was very clean, updated and comfortable. The bed was great! Cannot beat the location. Can see the Gulf while eating our breakfast from the little balcony area just outside the unit! Seeing that every morning was incredible. The beach is lovely, clean area, walk to plenty of establishments, restaurants, bars etc. #49 had everything we needed and more.
Excellent stay in TI — We had a wonderful time as always at Tropic Terrace unit 49 and on Treasure Island. The beach there is the most beautiful paradise and we love, love being there. The unit was very clean as always, had all necessities for a quick getaway. Happy to have a variety of dishes, appliances etc as I do not like to waste time in restaurants! Love that they have 2 grills too on property. Biked and walked the walkway which we do every time, went in the pool, very few people, felt like it was all ours. Can't wait till the next time!
Weekend well spent! — We had a great time! The condo was perfect!
Highly Recommended — The property is well taken care of from the landscaping to the pool are that was sanitized daily. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a studio unit that was newly remodeled and very comfortable. My husband loved the chairs outside our room that looked down on the pool area. Can see the beach from there too. I enjoyed the walking path along the beach and the restaurants on the beach. The beach was clean and peaceful as it was not overcrowded even on the 4th of July holiday. Overall, this is perhaps one of our new favorite places to stay because the staff is friendly, landscaping is beautiful, the beach was clean and it has an overall cozy appeal.
Loved our tropical retreat — Tropic terrace was everything we hoped for and more. It had a lovely retro, old Florida vibe we thoroughly enjoyed. The unit was well decorated and maintained, everything perfect for our trip. There wasn’t anything missing from the room, even had beach items for us to use. Information about the area too. The room was nice and dark at night which we appreciate, everything comfy/cozy/bright. Nice furnishings. Location, location, location was perfect. We swam in the Gulf, pool, back to the Gulf. Enjoyed walking all around the area. Will be back for sure.
Fantastic stay at condo. #49 — We just got back from a 3 night stay and can’t say enough positive things about the unit and building. Clean unit, clean grounds, clean pool! Right on the beach, PERFECT location. The unit was very comfortable, great bed, big t.v., really nice kitchen and bathroom. We ate out a lot but there were lots of dishes, cooking stuff. Enjoyed the area so much, we ate at some really good restaurants, met some nice people, loved our mini vaca. The beach was so pretty the water is sparkling and saw 2 sunsets. Will be back for sure.
Great stay in #49 — We loved our 8 days stay at Tropic Terrace #49. Everything was neat and clean. Already looking forward to returning next year. Everyone at Tropic Terrace was nice and friendly. Can’t say enough about our wonderful stay. Five stars.
Fantastic — We loved our unit! Everything you would ever need when at home. Staff were very helpful and nice! The people staying in the other units were fun and knowledgeable of the area. Loved the pool only downside is not enough lounge chairs which is understandable because of the two tables. While we were there did not notice a lot of people using both tables at one time. Everyone wanted the sunshine. The boardwalk was wonderful nice walk every morning for us. We didn’t trek to the beach as it was a bit windy but we did see some amazing sunsets! Thank you for a great time Minnesota was not missed.
Great place to stay. Right on the beach, staff was welcoming and helpful. Condos are well kept, clean and comfortable. I’m planning to come back next year.
Awesome location, very nice condo. — We had an excellent time in Treasure Island at Tropic Terrace, unit 49. The unit was very, very nice and clean. Had everything we needed, well stocked kitchen, all the supplies we needed for our beach vacation. All the beach supplies were there for us which was really great, it was helpful to have chairs and 2 coolers to bring with us. Loved the location, right on the beach. Beach is gorgeous. We walked and took the trolley. Nice pool, didn’t go in as a little cool for us but it was clean. Grounds are realyl nice, location cannot be beat. I could walk the beach for hours and did. Nice and quiet there met some great people. Lots of restaurants, things to do close by. We walked to Johns Pass, that was a great place to see. Loved the unit, super nice. Played some of the games they had!
Awesome unit and getaway! — The unit was gorgeous, everything brand new. Bed is super comfy and had everything you need for a stay away from home. Kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, blender, small appliances, casserole dishes etc. Even beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to use! Cart to haul all of the stuff! Rich on the beach which is amazing and beautiful. We loved the location, plenty to see and do there. Very walkable area. Boardwalk right behind the unit that was fantastic to walk. Very enjoyable stay, loved it all!!!
