Tropic Terrace Resort 59

Beautiful property — Great location with direct access to a beautiful beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with gorgeous sunset views and the heated pool was a great bonus!

Number 59 — The is an awesome condo. Second time we've stayed stayed here. Great view.

Room with a view — We have just finished our 5 th season in the penthouse. January & February. Under new ownership the last couple of years, the unit continues to improve. There is always things to be done on an older building but we are very comfortable with the progress made. Our kids love to visit & all visitors immediately comment on the great , very large porch & beach view. The boardwalk is perfect & the car stays parked when we walk to the many restraunts & bars. We are already booked for next season.

Unit 59 — Great unit. Items to think about. AC unit outside does not always drain through drainage tube. I put Chlorox in drainage box and it seemed to clear the drainage issue, something I regularly do in my unit 40. TV in main living room needs proper connection to cable system. Someone must have broken connector. Door handle came off and battery ran out on main door, not an issue just an issue that occurred during our stay. Would recommend adding kid friendly dishes, although ours disappeared in our Unit, either taken or moved to another unit. Love the deck and view of the beach. Not a big fan of the toilet paper we provide our guest and would like to see a larger container of shampoo/conditioner and bar of soap provided as well. Need to re-sod and fix sprinkler system for aestetic view.

Lovely spacious place with great views for a wonderful beachside vacation — It's a lovely place with spacious rooms, very nice, and clean. We especially enjoyed the great views, spectacular sunsets over the Gulf, sitting out on terrace, cooking in the kitchen, and super comfy king-sized bed. It should easily get a five star review but a few things need to be addressed that we'd like to see fixed before our next trip back. The vertical blinds in the great room are in horrible condition and need to be replaced with something better that provides privacy and easily opens up for the great views, such as lightweight panel curtains with grommets. A big hole in the dining area baseboard needs repaired. The kitchen sink handle needs a set-screw to stop it from falling off. All things considered, we plan to return as we loved this unit and enjoyed a wonderful beachside vacation.

Penthouse rental — Very nice rental. Very much enjoyed the balcony! What a beautiful site and easy access to the beach.

Vacation — Alison was amazing and the property was very well maintained. We had a great time.

Tropic Terrace #59 — This is an awesome condo with a great porch with a great view of the water. All of the rooms were great except the bathrooms could use shelving for our items.

Best view on the Beach — Unit 50 will not disappoint. The huge balcony is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Loungers and table are new this year. The kitchen and bathrooms are recently remodeled and are clean and bright. The new kingsize bed is very comfortable. Unit was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. People here are very friendly and welcoming. We love the boardwalk along the beach to walk to restaurants and the Publix down the street. Treasure Island has the best stretch of beach anywhere. This place is a great find and very comfortable. We have stayed here for the month of February for the last 4 years and look forward to coming back next year.

Best View on the Beach — Unit #59 does not disappoint. This penthouse condo has an unbelievable balcony and view. Watch the walkers on the boardwalk or catch the ocean breeze. This is a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. New patio loungers and table. The inside undertook a major renovation last year with a bright modern kitchen and updated bathrooms. Master bedroom furniture updated this year. King size bed is super comfortable. Unit was clean and ready to go at check-in. People was very friendly and welcoming. Pool super nice and this stretch of beach is unparalleled. Look forward to returning again next year.

Tropic Terrace 59 — We have stayed here multiple years and highly recommend. Very nice renovation done last year. This year new bed and bedroom furniture. Best view on the beach. Boardwalk along the beach is great for walking to grocery store or nearby restaurants. Look forward to staying again next year.

Amazing stay - clean, spacious and relaxing — Recently enjoyed this amazing penthouse; what a birthday! The unit is clean and spacious; and nicely renovated. Loved the granite and beautiful furnishings. Imagine awakening to a large veranda overlooking the ocean daily - just the perfect place to relax and enjoy peace and bliss. This unit is ideal for a small family, or a couple looking for some quiet time. The unit is really well furnished and clean, comfortable beds and adequate space. The kitchen is well organized with nice appliances that made our stay relaxing and comfortable. Everything you could possibly want is within walking distance. Never mind that I drove up from Miami, being just north of home and enjoying this lovely vacation home was the best part of my entire year. Brace yourself for amazing, albeit spellbinding sunsets. Thank you to the owners for such a clean and beautiful vacation spot. I will return soon!

Amazing condo — This unit was excellent. The location is perfect. It is directly on the beach and is on the boardwalk so you can just walk over to restaurants. The unit itself is well maintained and seems to have been recently updated. The kitchen and the bathrooms look brand new. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Could not ask for a better rental. Looking forward to booking this unit again next time we are in Florida!

Great — Great location, condo and staff!!!

Incredible view and deck — The roomy deck which is open on three sides with a 180-degree view of the gulf and shoreline was absolutely amazing, and entrance to the beach from the boardwalk is right in front of the building. Oddly, there are dozens of tall palm trees planted in front of the deck, and one palm tree on the side, which splits the view in thirds and blocks a large portion of it, preventing it from being the even more incredible panoramic ocean view that it could be. Still, it was the best ocean view we've experienced. The interior decor was newly renovated and pleasant, and having two full baths was very convenient. This is managed by a management company, not the owner, so don't expect the warm, personal greeting or food basket you find with some AirBnBs. In fact, you'll have to bring or buy your own condiments. Plenty of cookware and dishes are available, and really nice wine glasses. The information said beach towels are not provided, so we packed our own, only to discover that they did provide them. Wish we'd known. We had a few repair issues with the condo, but Jennifer and Jessica were both very helpful and resolved them quickly.
