Located in the heart of the Tropic Terrace Condominium Resort, Suite #9 places you directly on one of the largest beaches in the area. No streets to cross — just open, powder-soft sand stretching from the resort’s heated pool to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
This beachfront gem offers quick access to the Treasure Island boardwalk and is just a short walk from vibrant local attractions, dining, and the famed John's Pass Village.

★★★★★ Amazing Stay 👏 🤩 — Wow, the unit has been tastefully remodeled. It has the feel of an upscale hotel & makes the most of the small space. The kitchen had all new appliances & the rainfall shower was fantastic! Everything you need for a quick beach getaway was there including beach chairs. The best part is, Tropic Terrace is directly on the beach, so you are in the sand in seconds!! The new pool was great & the best part - it's heated. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful unit! — Completely remodeled, gorgeous unit! Everything is brand new, and everything is provided to enjoy your stay at the beach, including all dining and kitchen equipment. Perfect for a single or a couple. You are steps from the strand as well as the beach, and it's a short walk to many restaurants and bars in downtown Treasure Island. There is a trolley shuttle stop out front that makes it an easy trip to John's Pass or St. Pete beach without having to take your car. The building also has a sparkling new pool and lobby. I would definitely stay in this unit again!
Great Stay — We enjoyed our time at Topic Terrace #9.
Tropic Terrace #9 — We reserved this room a couple of months before we arrived. The room was exactly as presented in the description and photos. The room was noted as 265 square feet....which is quaint, yet plenty large enough considering that we were not there most of the time. This property, including this room, is smaller than some in the area. For us, we really preferred it that way. The walking trail between the property and the beach was a real winner for nice walks. It was also only a 15 minute walk to the Thunderbird....where they played live music beginning at noon every day. Many restaurants within 5-30 minutes walking distance. We would stay at Tropic Terrace again...including this unit. It was a great week!
Beautiful, quiet, great location — This was a beautiful little room with a great location - just off of the path to the beach. It was quiet and had a lovely little pool area in the middle of the buildings. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and other things necessary to eat small meals/snacks. It was very convenient to receive the door code by email, so we were able to come in whenever we got to the area. We would stay here again!
Excellent — We absolutely LOVED the Tropic Terrace!! It was very clean, incredibly cute, quiet at night and right on the beach.
