The Philadelphia Phillies train at BayCare Ballpark in Clearwater, and the Toronto Blue Jays are just up the road at TD Ballpark in Dunedin, where they have trained for more than 50 years, the longest one-town spring residency in baseball.

By early winter at the latest. March is the busiest, highest-rate month of the year on our calendar, and homes near Dunedin especially are reserved months before the season starts. Monthly rentals for the full spring slate go earliest of all.
