Family Reunions on the Gulf Beaches

Big homes, side-by-side suites, and a beach that entertains three generations at once. Here is how to get the whole family under one Florida sky.

The reunion where nobody fights over the thermostat

Hotels split a family across floors and hallways. A vacation rental reunion puts everyone around the same kitchen table, with bedrooms to retreat to, a pool or a beach out the door, and sunset photos that end up framed. Clearwater Beach and its neighboring towns are built for exactly this: warm shallow Gulf water for the little ones, restaurants and trolleys for the teens, and quiet balconies for grandparents.

There are two ways to house a big group with us, and we will happily help you choose: one large home that sleeps everyone, or several suites in the same building so each branch of the family gets its own front door.

Room for everyone

Homes sleeping 8, 10, and more, with real bedrooms rather than pull-out couches for the unlucky.

Or side-by-side suites

Book multiple units in the same building so every family gets privacy and nobody misses coffee hour.

Full kitchens

Feed a crowd without a nightly restaurant bill. Grill out, do taco night, and let grandma take over one evening.

Better math

Split across families, a large rental usually beats a block of hotel rooms, and it comes with a living room.

One big home

Our largest houses sleep 8 or more with multiple living areas, big dining tables, and yards for the kids. Everyone shares one address, one kitchen, and one epic group photo backdrop. Use the guest filter to see every home that fits your headcount at once.

Reunion planning, the local way

  • Book 6 to 12 months out for groups. Large homes and unit blocks are the first inventory to go, especially for spring and summer weekends.
  • Pick your photo night early. Sunset at Pier 60 is the classic backdrop; the nightly festival gives the kids street performers while you set up the tripod.
  • Ride together. The trolley's $5 all-day group pass covers four riders, so a caravan of cousins beats a caravan of cars. See our getting-around guide.
  • Plan one boat day. A private charter or dolphin cruise fits the whole family and becomes the story everyone retells. See boats and charters.
  • Check the calendar. Our events page shows festivals and markets during your dates, and the best-time guide shows when rates dip.

Let us do the matching

Frequently asked questions

How many people can your largest rentals sleep?

Our biggest single homes sleep 8 to 12, and by combining multiple suites in one building we regularly host groups of 15 to 25 or more. Tell us your headcount and we will show you every configuration that works.

Can we book several units in the same building?

Yes, that is one of our specialties. We manage multiple units at Clearwater Beach Suites, Tropic Terrace Resort, Coral Resort, and Bay Watch, so one email can reserve a whole cluster of suites around a shared pool.

How far in advance should a reunion book?

Six to twelve months for the best selection, especially for summer, spring break, and holiday weekends. Large homes are our scarcest inventory and unit blocks need aligned availability, so earlier is genuinely better.

Do the homes have space to cook and eat together?

Yes. Every rental has a full kitchen, and our reunion-sized homes have dining space to match. Many have grills, and a Publix run on arrival day beats a week of restaurant math for twelve.

Is there enough to do for all ages?

That is the Gulf beaches' superpower: calm shallow water and playgrounds for little kids, jet skis and trolleys for teens, fishing charters and tiki bars for the adults, and sunsets for absolutely everyone.
