Forever Sunshine

We have been going to Clearwater Beach for over 30 years. Our family has grown to 10 adults and 11 grandchildren and this house was the perfect spot. Lots of space for everyone from the living areas, to the beds and bathrooms, and the outdoor space was fantastic with the perfect pool to refresh in after most of the day at the beach. The walk from the house to the sand and beach is super short and even our 2 year olds had an easy time of it. It was also easy to walk to shops and ice cream in the evenings. We also loved having the large main kitchen and the second upstairs kitchen for preparing our large family meals. The house was spotless and well laid out for our varying ages. Once the grandkids were asleep, we enjoyed hanging out with our adult children on the large upper deck. We had a great time and We can't wait to return next year.

Awesome! — This house was awesome!! My family (16 of us) had an absolute great time at this house. The pool was a fantastic hangout space for all hours of the day. The beach is only a few steps away. Restaurants are only two blocks. The inside of the house is very nice. I would recommend this house to any large family.

We stayed for a week with 11 family members. There were both pros and cons. Some of the pros include the location, size, & pool. The cons include some maintenance issues. The shower on the top floor leaked onto the first floor. The maintenance guy came out and fixed it but it only worked temporarily because it happened again on our 5th night there. Also, one of the washing machines did not work. The dishwasher door was loose and there were some electrical outlets that did not work. For the price we paid we were expecting everything to be in excellent condition so that was disappointing. They should lower the cost of the rental until it is fixed up in my opinion. Also, the bunk bed room is actually on the top floor. It is listed on the main floor. Having 2 refrigerators in the kitchen was nice & the beds were pretty comfortable but some of the rooms barely had any room to move around in because the king size beds barely fit.

anniversary — Great place for a large family gathering! Easy access to the beach and the private pool was a great gathering place! We definitely would gather there again!

Wonderful Place! We were a party of 13 women. Stayed in the early summer -June . I called the office multiple times to check on things in the area, and the house-they always picked up or called back, answer questions accurately. Arrival was smooth, easy to find and access. Plenty of space, chairs, dishes, refrigerator's, TV's, and towels, i.e. The pool was clean and amazing! The outdoor area was perfect!. Bed's were very comfortable. Loved having multiple bathrooms. Access to the beach was the icing on the cake! walking maybe 100 feet.. Many restaurants and stores on the strip walking distance, but not too close. A park with pickle ball across street another plus! We loved out stay. Only down side was the water heater for showers was a little slow to heat up stairs. We would stay here again!!

Great Family Vacation House — Excellent location and accommodations. We had 22 family members for a week. Just excellent facilities. Will be booking again next year. Host was great .

We rented this for our family vacation for all 21 family members. This place exceeded our expectations by far. So much room, private pool, very clean and comes fully equipped kitchens and has several pack and plays with toys and such. We all loved this place and it was well worth every penny spent. Plenty of towels, beach towels and we even got early check in. Checking out was a breeze also. We hope to see you next year. We have found our new yearly family vacation getaway

Place is very fun and in a perfect location for some fun with a large group of friends, beach and restaurants are easily walkable along with the beach just being a few steps away

Great stay — 2 GP, 6 Adults, 6 GK (8,7,5,5,2,2). We loved the location of the house. Minutes from the beach and steps away from McKay Park. Played on the park equipment as well as pickleball everyday with the GK. (Several of the PB courts were used to "paddle in" so individuals could play as well). The house had some beach toys and we rented chairs and umbrellas from Frenchy's. Restaurants and ice cream shops are within walking distance. To be transparent, the house is not perfect. First floor bedrooms are little tight. Inside there is only a spiral staircase to get upstairs. (We used the outside stairs to take up the luggage). However, we would easily rent again in the future. Many positives as well: The house was clean!; 2 each: refrigerators, washers and dryers; Lots of TV's; TV in outside bar was great for watching golf while swimming with GKs; beach towels provided.

★★★★★ — My fiance and I's family stayed here for our wedding . It was the perfect place. I'd say the home feels a little bigger inside than the pictures even and the outside/pool area is the perfect place to hangout. My fiancés family is a little bit louder and those that slept upstairs could barely hear us outside. It is a beautiful place that is soooo close to the ocean, and where this is located at is just north of Pier 60 enough to where there aren't a lot of people on the beach but only about a 5 minute walk to the pier. We loved our stay. Our only issue was some cleanliness when we first arrived but Heidi, the operations person, did us right and was very kind, responsive and helpful. We will for sure be taking our families back in the future. 10/10 would recommend this home in terms of size, location, and working with Heidi.

Great location, excellent for hosting large group

I was a little confused at check in. Multiple doors with different lock systems but communication with host was amazing. House was much better than pictures and location was perfect. On the beach, close enough to walk everywhere. Rooftop deck was amazing. Great bedrooms and plenty of space for all of us

We thoroughly enjoyed the long weekend in Clearwater Beach. The house was a big part of it - excellent layout for a large group, nice pool and rooftop deck, everything was clean and in great shape, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We'll be back for sure.

Great place for our family gathering of 18. Many places to congregate and many fridges for food storage. Less than a block off of the beach! Also just a few blocks from the main business area and the pier. Would love to come stay again!

Location was great, house was amazing, and the pool was comfortable... even in mid February. Really need some new beach chairs though. A lady on the beach recognized the rusty beach chairs we were carrying, and knew ecactly where we were staying. Lol. We totally enjoyed our stay though!

Golf trip — Great location. Lots of room. We had 12 of us there for a golf trip. Easy to get to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were attentive.

Amazing — This house was great. Plenty of space. Our family had a great time. Florida Vacation Rental quickly took care of anything we called about. Restaurants and Ice cream shops were all within walking distance. The best part was the park across the street. The kids loved the playground and the adults loved playing pickleball everyday. We would definitely stay here again and book directly through Florida Vacation Rentals

House was clean and plenty of room for our family.

This space was perfect for our group of 12 for a family celebration. The first floor is accessible for our Mom who cannot climb stairs, which was exactly what we needed. The living space was huge... had 4 couches, with 4 TVs and lots of seating around the room. There was a huge dining area and extra seating at a kitchen bar. The upstairs deck was beautiful, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Everything we needed was in this house with the exception of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. I noticed in the description that they only gave 1 roll per bathroom, 1 garbage bag and 1 roll of paper towels. While this was annoying for our 5 day stay, I recommend reading the whole contract so you can be prepared. With that exception, the house is beautiful, clean and conveniently located to the ocean and the beautiful Clearwater strip.

Great spot for a great price in a great location. We had a large group and were very comfortable throughout our stay. The house is right next to the beach and close to local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had the PERFECT stay!!!! We had our entire wedding party stay here and we had PLENTY of space. Pool was a HIT! Everything was perfect.

4 1/2 Stars — Our stay was great but we did have a few hiccups that kept us from giving 5 stars. The property listing mentions a high chair and play pen available. The messages sent through the VRBO app were not responded to in a timely manner. We received one response saying the high chair was no longer available and no response when asked about the play pen. Half way through our trip we found a play pen in one of the bedroom closets. It would have been nice to know from the start of our stay. The dishwasher needs repaired/replaced. We had to run dishes multiple times to get them clean. While a king size bed in every room was great the smaller rooms were quite cramped.

Family of 15 July 2025 — Only complaint, at this price point garbage bags, TP and paper towels should be provided. Great location, nice comfortable beds, loved pool.

The home was as advertised and really was what we were looking for. Catered to a lot of people, however, you could tell the property has been very heavily used as there was a lot of drywall work visible on ceilings, the grill barely worked and was rotted through the bottom. Mostly was an enjoyable trip though!

The house was absolutely beautiful. There were plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space for 15 women. Having towels and on site laundry was very appreciated and it was all very clean. We were aware of the amount of paper products but wish there had been a better supply for toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. We also had to buy dish soap to clean the dishes we could not put in the dishwasher. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay there and we highly recommend the property.

This place was amazing! So many bedrooms and bathrooms with large beds. They were very accommodating to us with a flexible check in. House is perfect and in a perfect location. Love it and 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Large family short term visit — We truly enjoyed our time there. The location was good; the pool was awesome; the lay out of the home was excellent for people who wanted quiet time or social time.

Forever Sunshine: means FOREVER MEMORIES, GREAT ACCOMODATIONS & HAPPINESS — Our family's stay at FOREVER SUNSHINE, to celebrate a 67th Family Reunion, far exceeded our hopes and expectations. There were 20 of us (3 yrs to 88 yrs) for this well designed beach house of 9 bedrooms (all with King-sized beds), adequate bathrooms, a large fully and very well-equipped kitchen, a large propane grille and plenty of seating outside and inside, a large family room for our indoor activities and a lovely pool. The instructions prior to arriving, while we were there and departure instructions were clear and timely. We are planning to return soon and often and are telling others, as well.

Perfect — 6 couple birthday trip the place was amazing. Great location. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Easy company to work with. No issues.

Our family vacation was great — This property allowed 5 couples and a baby to have a very enjoyable stay near the beach. I think we could have held twice a many people and been fine. It was nice to not need to drive to a public beach, the beach was clean and not crowded. The property provided beach chairs and toys, we used the barbecue for burgers and brats, there are many television screens, sufficient towels for a large group, and two full sized refrigerators. The bedrooms offered king sized beds, which is nice because all of us are tall. The bedrooms are somewhat crowded, but we did not spend much time in them other than sleeping. We appreciated the extra bed space in exchange for less walking room. The property is well maintained and everything worked as expected. We would definitely stay here again.

★★★★★ — The location is great, close to the beach, shopping , and restaurants. The heated pool was used every day for many hours. With 9 bedrooms the house had plenty of room for our party of 15. The accommodations included about everything you need for the stay. We all had a great time and would like to return.

★★★★★ — This is our second time staying at Forever Sunshine. We had an excellent week long stay for spring break. The house was clean, pool clean and warm, beds and pillows were comfortable. Two washers and dryers which made it convenient for our large group to keep up on laundry. There is a nicely equipped kitchen downstairs and a small kitchen upstairs, we utilized both. Three full size refrigerators and a mini refrigerator in the bar area outside. Great space outside and you can see the gulf from the top deck. The house is located in the perfect spot and walking distance to many stores, restaurants, pickleball courts, park and the beach. The property management company was great to work with. I highly recommend this vacation home!

Family vaca! Ages 8-70!: This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house. The location is second to none, literally just steps to the beach and definitely within walking distance to Pier 60! The space in the home is great. There were 14 of us and we never felt as though we were on top of one another. The home seems to have been popular since our last stay in 2022. Just little things, the stools at the table need replacing, some of the doors around the handles were dirty. I’m just being picky, it’s a great house in a great location. The kids loved the pool! The management company is awesome - they respond promptly to contacts and sent a rep very quickly (like within hours!) to remedy our AC and make it much more comfortable! Read thoroughly what is included so you can plan accordingly. All in all, great property in a great location.

Christmas 24: This is an amazing property for large groups. Description was right on. Proximity to beach and downtown was perfect. Highly recommend

So only negative..there’s a gate to the side that does not lock because of fire code..? Basically, anyone can open side gate and get in, so make sure you lock doors! Upstairs slider also did not lock easily, so the only drawback to this place is security. Other than that, clean, HUGE, and right on the beach!

Family Reunion — It was an amazing rental for a family reunion of 17 people ranging from 5-75! Something for everyone. Great location to beach. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. Pool very clean. Many memories made. Highly recommend.

The place was just as advertised. Checkin was easy and the owners communicated clear instructions how to get in. The was an issue with one of the fridges, and they let us know ahead of time. It was no problem as there was another full size fridge 5 ft away. Great space for a group a 11 guys, ample space for everyone. Pool was fun and the accordion windows was a nice surprise. The beach nearby still had heavy debris, but the city is cleaning up quickly. Restaurants and bars were all open. Would definitely book again.

The house was very clean and it is definitely designed to house a big group. It had lots of towels and plenty of TVs and sitting areas. Just note that there are five bathrooms and no extra toilet paper! Bring extra. And bring paper towels and trash bags as well. The kitchen refrigerator wasn’t working, but there were two others so that was workable. There are lots of silverware and dishes that can handle large groups. The upstair deck is nice but there really no sunset view due to another house blocking it. It’s only a block from the beach though, so it’s easy to just stroll over and watch the sunset. The outdoor bar area is nice. The location is at the north end so it’s a little hike to restaurants but not bad if you don’t mind walking about 1/4 to 1/2 mile. The pier is about a mile walk. Overall a great place if you need a house for a lot of adults!

We loved the house and location! It was perfect for our special family trip. There was some major miscommunication between the owner/Property Management regarding the requests approved for our stay. The rest of the stay was amazing!

Great house and location! — We had a fantastic stay at the Forever Sunshine property! It is a fantastic property to host large groups. Many rooms and bathrooms and ample indoor and outdoor seating. The pool is lovely and it is setup with an outdoor bar and TV. We very much enjoyed our stay!

if I come back to Clearwater this is probably the place I'm going to head to. it would be great with several families. we used it for a corporate retreat and it worked perfectly for us, though we used only half the space.

Went here for my bachelor party. Was able to Check in early. Right next to the beach. Bars a couple blocks down the road. Not far from downtown clear water. Place looks just like the photos. Had a solid time and I definitely will recommend this place for the homie getting married. Could be a solid spot for a couples get away as well.

Clearwater Florida! — This rental fit our family of 14 perfectly! We loved the privacy of the trees, our own private pool and easy access to the beach. Truly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend to large groups.

Perfect for large groups — Just as all the other reviews say, this is the perfect house for a large group. Plenty of fridge space. Lots of chairs and room. Bedrooms are a little small, but they work out for the time we were there. Plenty of beach chairs already provided. Definitely would recommend and would go back!

House was very spacious. Plenty of sleeping for 16 in our party. Outdoor bar by pool with mini fridge and TV was a hit! All linens and small appliances were stocked. Rental also supplied a number of beach towels and pool supplies. No need to bring your own. Second story patio area has a view of the gulf. Area has plenty of activities within walking distance or a short drive. Cant wait to go back! Would recommend for large groups.

Amazing stay for my entire family — This house was beyond perfect for my family. We have been saying prior the trip, this was our last vacation to Florida, but now we are saying - when are we coming back here? There was a lot of information in the other reviews that were helpful and I echo many of the sentiments - location is perfect, towels and amenities were perfect, plenty of space in the home for 20 people, pool-toys-closest had plenty and a great benefit. There are only two things that would suggest for improvements. The pool area is beautiful but we did have a disabled person that a railing of some sort would have helped to get in the pool (we just substituted a chair)and there are fans in the bar area, but a few around the outside of the house in the pool area would help because the beach breeze is blocked and that Florida sun is HOTTTT. Again, nothing that was really terrible but would have been helpful. Another note, the agency was beyond accommodating. I can't believe their kindness and helpfulness to make this such a great family vacation.

Perfect piece of paradise.: Came down to Clearwater to celebrate my daughter's bachelorette weekend, with a total of 22 friends and family. The rental was plenty big enough for our large group and the location was easy and convenient to beach, restaurants, and shops.

Great space. Would be nice to have shade on the top deck. Lots of pool toys and beach toys and chairs to use. Loved having so many beach towels available as well. Great decor and cleanliness. Would buy ice as the ice makers didn’t seem to work well. Tons of space for cooking and storing cold foods with 3 fridges available and plenty of bathrooms. Overall an awesome location and comfortable space to spread out in. Would highly recommend anyone needing to accommodate lots of people and wanting to be close to the beach.

Great location and setup!: The description and pictures are very accurate. We knew the pool would be small but it served us well. This house really is perfect for a group -plenty of comfortable beds, which to me is always a number one priority. There are enough bathrooms, though little bit awkward of layout of bathrooms to bedrooms. Clearly the house is older- retrofitted but they’ve done a decent job of it ! However it’s starting to show some wear and tear in the kitchen and a few other places. I should warn everyone especially the downstairs bedrooms about the noise levels throughout the hous. You’re up until the last person goes to bed and awake when the first person gets up, these are not thick walls and you hear everything but that was ok for us. The location cannot be beat. Just on the edge of town which is perfect - easy to get to but you don’t have to listen to it and the beach access is wonderful. Would recommend for a big group! You do need lots of supplies to get through the week- trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc. we found very little spices and no pay it forward condiments etc. which drives up your grocery bill. And as everyone said older and very little kids would struggle with the spiral stairs. Regardless great management team super helpful and nice!

We had a great stay and loved the house we stayed in. I felt like it deserved a 5 star review. The pool was clean and was a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed sitting around the bar outside and were able to watch our hometown college team play on the TV while enjoying the pool. The rooms, bathrooms, and remainder of the house was very clean and appeared well taken care of.

this was a great house to stay at. We had a large family that came from all over the United States and even from Brazil. the house had outside gates and gates on the upper deck/stairs which was very helpful with the young children and the pool area. They had an awesome supply of pool towels available and the washers and dryers were a plus. The posted photos do make the areas appear bigger than they are but we made it work. the only thing I would recommend is some larger pots and pans to cook for a large group it would be helpful. It is not right on the beach but it is about 10 car lengths away. great shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. It was a great place to stay.

Great space with ample sleeping room!: This was a great vacation space, extremely close to the beautiful white sand beach, great shopping and restaurants, short distance from airport, clean, modern, spacious rooms with great beds and 3 fridges which was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect spot and accommodations were spot on! Our whole group LOVED their stay.

Large Family Vacay: We enjoyed our stay and the large house met our needs for the number of guests. There were tons of pool and beach toys/chairs/floats/towels available, which made the stay easier for packing. The kitchen did provide basic cooking needs and there were a handful of spices. There are 2 full size refrigerators in the kitchen and seating for 12 plus a sofa with a coffee table in the kitchen. Ample outdoor seating for 20. The property manager was easy to communicate with and provided quick responses. 14 smart tvs available and connectivity was great, even with the number of guests using the wifi. Only 1 bedroom has a private bathroom, all others are shared. We will def consider staying here in the future for a large group!

We went with a bunch of friends and it was great! You are right by the beach and also have your own private pool! The location is great because you can walk to the strip! We had so much fun.

Forever Sunshine — Forever Sunshine IX is definitely a place you'd want to stay at forever. It was 15 of us and we could have easily fit 8 to 10 more people. A few things to follow up on from the other reviews. The rooms on the main level are smaller than most of the rooms upstairs. Unpacking clothes and storing your luggage in the closest will give you more space. The room with the queen size bunk beds is small. This room has little walk space. Maybe the owners should consider full sized beds. Then again, the Florida sun will have you outside your rooms all day. Plenty of shopping options to buy your necessities, but check every open door, drawer and cabinets to ensure you need to buy certain things. The house has beach toys for the kids, floats, and chairs for the beach. People pass it forward with hand soap, paper towels, hand sanitizer, closed snacks, trash bags, etc. For the coffee lovers, the coffee makers are regular coffee makers, not Keurig. Filters maybe left behind. The beach is less than a five minute walk house…depending on how fast you walk. Staff will come around to conduct standard landscaping, and pool maintenance. Overall this is a beautiful home, that I highly recommend for any large groups looking for a vacation home.

Close to the beach — I will start by saying the management company is incredibly responsive. The house is beautiful. A few takeaways: the bedrooms are small (like you can’t store your luggage in the rooms small) and there is a lot of bulky furniture in the rooms, the first floor AC doesn’t work great (but does work). There was a pack n play at the house which was a plus for us. Outside furniture is high quality (polywood). Very close to the beach. 3 full size refrigerators which is great. We had a good time.

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot!! — This rental is amazing!! We had 18 people in the house and it was a perfect fit! We did have a couple that used one of the pull out beds for 2 nights making it 20 people total but they did say it was pretty uncomfortable. The LOCATION is perfect! You can walk to all the busier areas to find things to do or a place to eat but you are further up the strip where it is nice a quiet. The upper deck is a game changer! You have more than enough room to spread out and see the beach or just enjoy the night. Having three full size refrigerators was great to make sure we had plenty of room for food and drinks for the whole group. The pool closet with all the chairs and beach stuff was so nice to have and all the "house towels" allowed everyone to have access to a beach towel for the pool or the beach. Having a private pool with the bar area was also great! After being at the beach being able to come back and hang around the pool was so nice and relaxing! If you have a big group I 100% recommend this house be on your list!! We all were so happy with it!

Great home for family vacation — This home was great for our large family vacation with a total of 20 people. The first thing we noticed was how clean and well stocked the home was. Having the pool option was also great after a day at the beach which is less than a block away. Bedrooms were not huge but it's great having a king bed in each room, along with the room with the bunkbeds. My only complaint is that the instructions for TV usage wasn't very clear but a quick call to management was helpful. We didn't spend much time watching TV but there are PLENTY of them at this rental. Our family all loved it!

Perfect!!: This is our second time staying at this property. We love it so much, we'd love to own it!! Location is everything! We are steps away from the beach which is a must when traveling with young children. The kids loved the pool and very large living room! Perfect home away from home!!

This was the perfect place for 8 couples to stay! The location is incredible. We were able to walk to every restaurant and bar easily, and were steps from the beach. The outdoor pool & patio setup is wonderful. Everything was clean and just like the photos. 10/10 would rent again!

Very nice stay! — This was a great stay for my group and we'll be back again! The house was just as advertised and very clean. My guests also loved that the local spots were walkable. Check-in/ out were both smooth and clearly detailed. The beach chairs and towels were also appreciated.

It was great!: I booked this property for a trip for work. We comfortably were able to house all 7 of us with room to spare. We would definitely stay here again. It is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, so that was great. Book this place if you are looking for room and not wanting to break the bank!

Spring Break: We brought a group of 20 to stay for Spring Break. Multiple families of lifelong friends. We absolutely loved the pool area! The amount of TVs was amazing for March Madness! Having 3 full-sized refrigerators and the bar fridge made it perfect for the large group with all the room for food and drinks. We were able to fit 5 cars in the drive. We had never been to Clearwater and fell in love with the walkability of all the restaurants, bars, and shops. We would definitely stay again!

Great — Home was large enough for 20 people. We loved the proximity to the beach, to town and the house pool. The only issue we had was that there weren’t large pots to make pasta and knives were very dull. We had to wait about 30 minutes to check in because one of the cleaning crew was late. They have pancake griddle and large roasting plug in pan. There are full pot coffee pots upstairs and downstairs. They have one beach umbrella and a bunch of beach towels. Plenty of refrigerator space 3 full refrigerators and 1/2 by bar outside by the pool. The sheets for pull out couches are upstairs in closet and will have to be put on. Air conditioning wasn’t cool enough in our opinion as they set at 72, but we understand it is hard to get cooler in a hot climate. We had a great time and it’s a good home reasonable priced for a group.

My Daughter's Wedding — The bride and grooms immediate family, with the wedding party were able to stay in this house . We all were in awe of how spacious, well stocked, clean and beautifully decorated this home is. There were 3 large refrigerators and everything you could need to cook for your guests, including a grill on the deck.Each room had it's own TV, the large living room/den had four TV's. We didn't have time to watch them but if someone wanted to host a game party, etc. This would be the perfect place. The location is awesome , the beach a few steps away and the entertainment district all within walking distance. The pool and bar were perfect for entertaining, and the lighting in that area was perfect. There's also a spacious deck where everyone can relax and enjoy the sunset, there was a nice breeze and it felt like you could reach up and touch the moon and stars. Our family and friends will be bragging about this beautiful home for years. We're looking forward to planning future family get togethers and coming back here whenever possible.

Amazing place — This was an amazing place to stay with my family for my destination wedding! Great home with great little touches! Location was perfect and mere steps from the beach! We had a great time and the beds are so comfortable! If you have a larger party coming with you then this is the place!

What a great house! I loved that every room had a king bed, plenty of space for our group of adults. And there were plenty of bathrooms as well. The location is amazing - very walkable to bars and restaurants, and it's practically right next door to the beach. Finally, Jennifer is an awesome host - very responsive and friendly!

Forever Sunshine — We had 7 couples come in for a 5oth birthday celebration and the house was absolutely ideal for a group that size. Noone ever felt cowded. Excellent — This house was amazing. 20 of us fit comfortably. Closer to the beach than I thought. Restaurants within walking distance and plenty of shopping!

Wedding Perfect — We held our wedding at San key beach and used this house for our wedding party to stay in. we had a small intimate wedding and held a reception at the house. It was a perfect option with a large patio upstairs, the large pool for our guests to swim in large kitchen to be able to prepare food, and the bar was an awesome touch. The only things that we wish we had was additional blankets. It was a little chilly, and we did not have any throw blankets in the house.

Sports Playoff Weekend Getaway — The property was advertised well, slept the group comfortably, and provided great access to the beach, restaurants, and area amenities. The group would also highlight the pool and grill area as a key property feature.

A week to remember!: The neighborhood was very quiet the beach was closer then expected the agent was excellent quick to answer and very friendly and helpful the pool was clean also the house was spacious would book again and tell friends about it!

Excellent — This was the perfect place for our family of 19. Close to the beach and walking distance for restaurants and shopping. The pool was great and was nice to have beach chairs and towels. Everything about the house was quite satisfactory. Feel like we rented the perfect place. Highly recommend it.

26 Heilwood in Clearwater — Beautiful house and so close to the beach! My family and I had a ball here and would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful home!: This house was absolutely perfect for the 10 people in my party. Allison was very helpful with the check in process and we were able to get in a little early! We all had our own beds, and mostly our own rooms. 5 bathrooms was perfect! The kitchen is great, and well stocked with dishes. The pool was amazing. However, we got into town early and walked by the house and noticed the pool was a little murky and needed to be treated. I let the realtor office know and they went over that night to treat the pool. It was sparkling clean and ready to go for us the next day! The only “negative” I have is that the house is stocked with literally nothing. The email I received ahead of time said we’d be provided with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathrooms so we planned ahead to get more of that. However, there was no dish soap, garbage bags, hand soap, or any sort of cleaning supplies. The front gate lock was broken (the realtor company was aware of this and said it was in the process of being fixed.) throughout our 4 days stay, there were 3 different occasions that random people walked through the unlocked gate into the outdoor pool area. One man asked if he could use the pool. If the lock was fixed, this would have been a very safe home and the area is great! Overall it was a wonderful stay, just a few things that could be improved.

Great for Large Family Gathering — This was the perfect house for a large family gathering. The beds are very comfortable, there are large indoor and outdoor areas to gather.

Forever Home Vacation Celebration — This house was perfect for the 12 of us. we came to Clearwater Beach to do a celebration of life for my spouse. We are a group of friends that don't get to see each other often and the set up of this house inside and outside was perfect because we got to enjoy each other's company because of how spacious it is. The house was spotless when we got there. We also loved that it had more than one refrigerator so it was easy to stock up for 12 people. We would definitely go back to this house. It is located in a perfect spot because everything is within walking distance .

Would recommend to a friend and return again however the house didn’t have laundry detergent or hand soap in any of the bathrooms.

Perfect House in the Perfect Location — This home hosted 23 of our family members for a week and we all fit perfectly. The house is located in a wonderful location - close to the ocean and plenty of bars/restaurants. The decor is lovely and very beachy. The beds are comfortable and there are closets in each room. Having three full size refrigerators was magnificent and the kitchen areas were well stocked. Our family hung out by the pool most of the time and the bar area and mini fridge was nice so we didn't have to run back and forth into the house. There are plenty of pool towels and toys. All of my family was very pleased with our stay and we hope to come back in the future! Thank you!

Forever Sunshine XI — Forever Sunshine turned out to be a great stay for us. The space was huge with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms to serve our needs and it was also very clean. The amenities were also wonderful, including walking distance to the beach, private pool, rooftop deck, and roku TVs in almost every room! Any items (beach chairs, noodles, towels, shade canopy) we needed for a great beach day were also provided, which was awesome. The only thing that could have improved our stay was access to more cleaning/household items. For instance, there was no dish soap provided for either hand washing dishes or for the dishwasher, which made it difficult at check-out to meet the request of cleaning the dishes. Additionally, we were only give one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and we quickly ran out. Finally, have aluminum foil and sandwich plastic bags/plastic wrap would've also been super helpful. Other than those few things, we loved our stay and had a great time!

Great condo for a large family gathering. — We enjoyed gathering our children and grandchildren together for several days at this property before heading to Disney. The layout of the rooms, beds, and bathrooms was perfect for our group, and we enjoyed the pool and the upper deck for play and social time. The condo was sufficiently clean for a group like ours and we appreciated the double washers and dryers very much. (Conversely, the number of televisions is over the top.) We were also pleased to have beach towels, chairs, and amenities to use. The proximity to the beach was perfect, yet the condo was quiet and everyone slept well. Our only real complaint involves the trash situation. Garbage bags were not provided and should have been.
